W budynku jest winda, cicha okolica w porównaniu do pobliskich wielkich hoteli z imprezami nocnymi😃 Cały teren ogrodzony bez możliwości wejścia osób postronnych. Prywatny parking obok obiektu. Dobra lokalizacja, do plaży jakieś 15min spacerkiem, blisko mały sklepik spożywczy
