- salima (8/5): Bonne situation géographique et bon rapport qualité prix - Appartement spacieux et confortable, très bien situé, proche du centre. Très bonne boulangerie en bas de l'immeuble pour le petit déjeuner. Travaux actuellement en cours dans l'immeuble, extrêmement bruyant. Les travaux commencent très tôt le matin (perceuse, disqueuse): notre hôte ne nous avait pas prévenu. Coupure d'eau de plus de 24h (en plein mois de juillet, à 35 degrés). Très difficile de trouver une place de parking.

- Sophie (9/5): Comfortable - Lovely place with all the essentials (even washing up powder) close to the center, even walking distance to Dajti and Bunk'art. Awesome bakery down the stairs. Nothing I didn't like but it bears reminding that this is still Albania, so parking is awful, rubbish bins are full on the street and everything is always a bit broken but those are really minor details so if you are looking for a nice place in Tirana I definitely would recommend this place.

The bakery recommended by the host is located down the block and is amazing Double balcony. Noisy neighbors and children in front of the building
