- Isabel (1/5): DECEPCION ABSOLUTA - NADA. CUIDADO! Fraude total. Un día antes me cambiaron la fecha del apartamento sin mi consentimiento. Reserve del 21-22 y me lo cambiaron para el 26-27. Que casualidad. 5 días para que ya no pudiera cancelarlo. Cuando les envío mensaje me dicen que el alojamiento no está disponible y me meten en otro sitio. Ante está posibilidad o dormir en un coche 3 personas ( una niña menor) acepté. Mi sorpresa fue cuando llegué. Era la parte baja de un chalet que daba miedo. Oscuro, sin aire acondicionado, el sofá cama se desmontaba. Los muelles de la cama se te clavaban literal. Intenté poner el colchón del sofá cama encima del de la cama y cuando lo levanto tenía bichos. El automático de la luz saltaba. Un sitio muy muy cutre. Desagradable! No pegamos ojo. Llame a Booking y ni caso. Y para que hablar de la dueña del supuesto apartamento... HORRIBLE.
