Kontakt z gospodarzem wzorowy, pomimo porannego przylotu było możliwe wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Apartament godny polecenia a dwa balkony z pięknym widokiem są "wisienką na torcie" udanego wypoczynku.

You had to go down a lot of steps, go up steps and then go up more steps, then cross a road to take out garbage, meet ubers or get food deliveries.

• Niamh (6/5): Lovely apartment with a view. Many steps. - The apartment was lovely, clean & spacious, with beautiful views of Old Town. The host was easy to contact before arrival. The location worked well for us but there are quite a lot of steps to reach the apartment, both down to the apartment block & up to the apartment door. The kitchen had good air conditioning. While the apartment was clean and spacious, the air conditioning was only really effective in the kitchen, which made the bedrooms and hallway very warm. Some guests slept on the kitchen couch as a result. There are a lot of steps outside and inside the property and the area can be quite dark at night. We also noticed the external apartment block door was permanently open, which felt unusual but perhaps this is commonplace in the area.

• Debbie (9/5): Great location, Incredible views! - Great location just outside the Old Town, the views from either of the two balconies are incredible. Easy walk down stairs to Banje Beach. Nice spacious apartment for a family of 4. The host was amazing, very attentive and responsive. I’m not had air conditioning in master and lounge. Our teenage son ended sleeping on the couch as the 2nd room was warm. There are many stairs (4 flights), didn’t bother us at all, but worth noting.
• Charlotte (9/5): A great location for exploring Dubrovnik - The flat is really well laid out and very comfortable. The location was great and it only took us about 10 minutes max to walk into the old town. The view was amazing as well. It has been mentioned before but the aircon in the main bedroom took a long time to cool the air. There were a lot of steps but we took an Uber back to the Biker Cafe so this helped! More info about the recycling and bins in the info booklet would have been helpful.
• Kylie (10/5): Amazing views, short walk from Okd Town, clean and spacious with comfy beds. - The views were sensational! Could not get better views. We were also lucky enough to be there for the opening of the Summer Festival and the fireworks were right out front. Amazing! It was clean, good space with a good sized living/kitchen area and also another little sitting room. There was only one bathroom but we knew that when we booked. And you have to walk 70 stairs to get to the apartment. Worth it for the views though!!

The contact from our host was brilliant, especially as our fight was delayed and we were late checking in (and couldn’t find it in the dark)!!! The facilities were also great with lots of towels and bedding available (and a fab coffee machine with coffee provided). Lots of stairs involved but we knew that already! The beach is a stroll away and was very welcome in the heatwave. We also made it to Jacov beach but we got a taxi there and an uber back. Would happily stay here again, we loved it. Everything, especially the view!

• Sarah (10/5): Fantastic stay with stunning views - The views from the apartment were stunning! The apartment itself was spacious, clean and comfortable, providing a great base for the four of us. The contact/communication with the host was great. This wasn't a negative from us, as we're all pretty active people and were aware before booking, but there are a lot of steps up to the apartment which should be taken into consideration by those less mobile.
• Jack (7/5): Breathtaking. - In short, absolutely everything! More specifically it was unbelievably spacious, the view was nothing short of breathtaking. The apartment was super super clean, and had everything you needed to cook, clean etc. Our host was fantastic replying extremely quick to any messages, checking in on how things were going and whether we needed anything. I only have positive things to say about this place, I'd 110% recommend, and without doubt if I return to Dubrovnik I will most definitely be booking this apartment again! Amazing! I loved everything, no negatives to comment.

We are a fit family of four, the stairs didn’t bother us at all, but do ensure of booking you are aware property is on 4th floor and depending on how you approach the property from the old town, some extra steps to negotiate too.

• Heidilou (10/5): Unbeatable views and all the comforts of home - We loved our stay at Viewpoint. The views were breathtaking! The apartment had everything you needed for comfort and to feel like a home away from home. The check in process was easy as was communication, and the location on the hill up from Old Town was perfect. There was no air conditioning in the second bedroom (we had a heat wave during the stay!), needing to open the windows at night, which meant mosquitos and noise. A plug in pedestal fan would be welcome.

• Aisling (9/5): The best of Dubrovnik - The view was out of this world, with two terraces you’ll get the sun all day. The host, Adela, was so lovely and hospitable. We really loved our stay, so much room and space and everything you’d need for a holiday apartment. A short 5 min stroll down to the lovely Dubrovnik old city. We loved this apartment and are very happy and able to walk but if stairs is an issue for you, it’s good to know that the apartment (like most) are up a lot of steps and located on the 4th floor.

I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment and will hopefully stay again sometime in - The property is extremely spacious with excellent views from both balconies. Everything is well maintained and clean and tidy. Contact with the apartment manager is easy and all questions were answered. Nothing. The building itself looks a little tired from the outside but don’t let this put you off as the apartment itself is immaculate. Just be prepared to climb a few flights of stairs!

• James (8/5): A comfortable stay in a lovely, clean and well fitted out apartment overlooking Old Dubrovnik. - Clean, modern and fitted to a high standard with a great view of the Old Town and the sea. So many steps! Aside from the walk down or up Lazarina Ul, there are many steps from the road to the ground floor of the building and then the apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift. Difficult with a child and a pushchair/buggy and two suitcases!

Views are incredible and my boyfriend proposed me to get married!!! The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. The bed is very comfortable! I’m never going to forget our stay here! Thank you!
• Carly (9/5): Superb - A lovely clean apartment with the most incredible views. The host left a lovely welcome pack and was easily contactable for anything we needed. The location is wonderful. There are a lot of steps, this wasnt a problem for us but guests should be aware this is a 4th floor apartment with no elevator... but the most amazing views!

• Maros (10/5): Very nice appartment with two balconies and fantastic sea view - Big and very nice appartment with fantastic view on sea. The appartment has two balconies which is great. First has beutiful view on old town. On the other balcony you can seat in shade during all day, which is great. The apatment is roomy, has good equipted kitchen and is perfect for big familly. Comunication with the host was great and she was very helpful. The location is also very good. Benje beach is 10 minutes walking, city center around 15. The appartment is on 4th floor with no elevator. But there is lot of stairs all over Dubronvik and you have to take it into account. On the other hand, with no stair there would be not such a beautifull sea view.

• Michael (7/5): Great place to explore Dubrovnik - The view from the apartment is stellar. The apartment has AC and can open doors for breeze. It's very comfortable. Can easily fit 6 people. Shower has slow drain, flooding in the bathroom is possible. We had to take our trash out. Our bath towels were wet. :(
• Graham (10/5): Exceptional - The living space was large, comfortable, and light. It has been very extensively refurbished. There is a second living room not mentioned in the property description. The views over the rooftops to the Old Town and across the bay to the island of Locrum are spectacular, especially as there are two balconies, one open and one covered. Our host could not have been more friendly or helpful. She responded to any messages really quickly. Not a big deal for us, but the apartment is on the fourth floor and not served by a lift. This may make this more difficult for anyone who has a disability.
