- Stephenson (9/5): Fabulous, quirky property in good location - Great location, very close to centre of old Jerez and easily walkable. Our apartment (9-Seville) was right at the top of the building, accessible via a flight of stairs that were quite steep however there was also a lift. It was quirky in decoration which we loved and gave a flavour of how a traditional Jerez townhouse might have looked years ago. It was nice to have a rooftop terrace outside with good views. Keycodes for the entrance and our own door meant it felt safe. Great bar/tapas just a few minutes up the street. The bed was really hard-however we slept well! We couldn't use the safe as it was locked- this may simply be that we couldn't understand the operation instructions though! A suggestion- a kettle would be useful, though there was a coffee machine which might have done the job too.

- Johann (9/5): Sehr rustikal aber uns hat es gefallen. - Die Einrichtung ist richtig rustikal, uns hat es aber gefallen. Schöner Innenhof. Die Unterkunft ist richtig groß und es war auch alles nötige vorhanden. Tee und Kaffee wäre schön gewesen. Die Schiebetür zum Bad lässt sich nicht offen halten.

- Faye (5/5): - The location was great clise to all sightseeing. There was no kettle, no tea or coffee or any basic cooking requirements like salt or pepper, milk. After travelling for many hours its always nice to arrive with some basic requirements like tea!

El pestillo de la ventana de la puerta de la habitación estaba roto y avisamos al alojamiento pero no se arregló. La alcachofa de la ducha pierde agua y sale el agua muy dispersa, lo digo como recomendación para que lo arreglen.

- Francisco Jose (8/5): Original, cómodo y muy buena ubicación - Buena ubicación. Fácil acceso y todas las comodidades. La casa en su totalidad y la habitación tenía una decoración maravillosa. Cada habitación tiene el nombre de una provincia de Andalucía, lo cual nos resultó muy original. En particular la nuestra, Sevilla, era perfecta.

- Peter (4/5): - Zentrale Lage und grundsätzlich eine interessante Anlage mit schönem Innenhof. Wir hatten ein Penthouse gebucht und bezahlt, jedoch ein deutlich einfacheres Zimmer mit Innenansicht auf eine Mauer und den Fahrstuhl erhalten. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde vor Ort nicht reagiert, und bis heute haben wir keinerlei Rückmeldung oder Erklärung erhalten. Zusätzlich waren die Balkontüren (zum innenliegenden Flur) defekt, morsch und ließen sich nicht richtig schließen, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt – ein unbefugtes Betreten wäre problemlos möglich gewesen. Insgesamt entspricht die Leistung nicht dem bezahlten Preis.

- Manuela (10/5): - I was very impressed about the place, so nicely decorated house. And my room was just lovely, spacious with very nice furniture in a bohemian chic style which i really liked. Everything was functioning, no noise at night. There is also a shared courtyard/balconies, every room seems to have like a small space to sit & enjoy outside and it felt quite private. I hope to be back❤️

Check in online y con tu código vas al fin del mundo. La almohadas por favor que eso te destroza el cuello ajajjajjaja y la fuente por la noche habría que pararla, un temporizador para dejarla descansar no vendría mal, es relajante hasta cierto punto porque parece q no para d llover . Pero por aportar porque lo demás un 10!!!!. Gracias
- Jack (6/5): Spacious but water damaged. - The bed was very comfy, lots of space within the apartment. Great location for getting around town. The entrance and coutyard of the building is very enjoyable. There was water damage in both the bedroom and bathroom ceilings which had become mouldy. The drains within the bathroom would become blocked and affect eachother. There was dirt and mould within the freezer.

Настоящий дом Андалузии. Жаль, что мы были в дождливую погоду и не удалось насладиться этой красотой в полной мере. Нам любезно разрешили выехать позже установленного времени без доплаты. Спасибо огромное! Вход в ванную комнату из спальни не очень удобен. Окна разбухли от влажности и не закрываются до конца.

- Sarah Jes P (8/5): Muy céntrico y con encanto - La ubicación perfecta para visitar Jerez. Edificio y apartamento muy bien decorado. Habitación amplia y cama cómoda. Entrar con codigo fue rapido y eficaz. Algunos detalles podrían mejorarse seriamente. Falta de limpieza en la cocina y los alrededores de la cama (pero el baño limpio). A mi no me gusto que no se puede abrir las ventanas para ventilar. Y las toallas para las manos muy, muy pequeña.

En ambos apartamentos no hubo una visita de control antes de nuestro check in, era notorio que hacía días que nadie entraba, y en este tipo de hospedajes hay cosas que deben revisarse. Independientemente de ello, siempre será mi primera opción para dormir en Jerez.

The apartment we stayed in had a lot of potential, but the decor was looking a little old and tired. The apartment and sheets could have been a cleaner.

- celi (7/5): Lovely room, very dirty patio and lack of attention to details. Great location though. - The apartment is big and has a very nice bed. The location is great! The soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty. The toaster rusty and the patio just outside the room was very very dirty. It could do with a good power wash, a lick of paint, and some love. The property is very interesting but it is lacking some love from the management.

- Paula (10/5): Remanso de paz en el centro de Jerez - Lo cogimos por su buena ubicación y cuando llegamos allí tenía un encanto indescriptible. Nos sentamos en uno de sus preciosos patios y escuchábamos un hilo musical que resultó ser un músico tocando la guitarra en directo en otro patio más al fondo. Quien nos atendió, se adaptó a nuestras necesidades con una actitud muy amable. La habitación era amplia y cómoda, muy recomendable si vienes en pareja. A pesar de estar en el centro, no se escucha ni un ruido. Por decir algo que puede ser un handicap si no vienes en pareja, la ducha está directamente en la habitación siendo poco íntima
