• Karola (1/5): All the key locks are not working, Door to our apartment was Brocken and not lockable. Agent not helpful, had to stay tw - Lage Almost everything Electronic key are not working, broken apartment door, dirty all over the place, shower was overflowing, had to spend almost of 2 of pur 4 days to wait of someone to fix our apartment door. Had to sneak in thru the neighbours entrance door. Paying almost 500$ for bed linen, towels and cleaning. We can not recommend this apartment, no communication with the agent of Five-O. Definitely coming not back or book any apartment from this guys. We are so disappointed about everything.
• Sstolo (10/5): Schöne Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage - Große geräumige, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. Nette unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Alles bestens!
• Thomas Gourmet Zug Event (1/5): Wohnung und Lage, Sauberkeit alles super. Vermieter löst die angefallenen Probleme überhaupt nicht und spricht noch Unte - Die Unterkunft war sehr gut Die Unterkunft hat elektronische Schlösser. Wir sind ein Tag gar nicht in die Unterkunft gekommen. Der Vermieter hat es nicht für nötig gehalten, sich zu melden. Wir haben dann eine Nacht woanders geschlafen. Am nächsten Tag haben wir einen weiteren Code für eine andere Tür bekommen. Sind abends wieder gekommen und wieder nicht in die Wohnung gekommen. Es gab ein Lang Schriftverkehr. Der Vermieter wurde langsam wirklich frech. Ich habe Booking COM darüber informiert und eine Gutschrift angefordert, die ich auch bekommen habe. Kann von dieser Wohnung wirklich sagen, dass die gesamte Wohnung top ist aber leider, wenn das Probleme mit dem Schloss gibt man wirklich nicht in die Wohnung kommt auch die Nummer die wir hatten, die wir anrufen sollten war nicht erreichbar. Also alles in allen sehr sehr schlecht.
• werner (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage zu Altstadt und Hafen. Die Wohnung ist gut mit Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Die 2 Bäder und 3 Schlafzimmer waren ideal für uns drei Freundinnen Da wir alle drei schon über 70 Jahre alt sind, war die steile Treppe in den oberen Teil der Wohnung etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig
• Gökçe (7/5): Thank you this great home and hospitality - The house is really beautiful. Quite spacious and comfortable. The host is very helpful. Definitely should be preferred for accommodation in Wismar. The house is very clean.
