Wszystkie naczynia, garnki, sztuće, szklanki jakie są potrzebne dostępne w wystarczającej ilosci i jakości. Blisko centrum, sklepów, parku, stacji kolejowej. Naprawde bardzo wygodna lokalizacjia. Dość sporo włosow/sierści psa na podlogach i w czesci salonu na dywanie i sofach.

• Michael (10/5): Cozy Penrith Property - We liked how cozy the house felt. The decor was extremely tasteful and appeared to be redecorated quite recently. It was in a good central location and ideal for exploring the Eastern lakes and fells. We were told exactly what the situation was re parking so no complaints there but ideally parking adjacent to the property would have been more convenient. Also smiling about this one really but the wash basin in the en suite room was annoyingly small had to keep mopping floor.

• Steven (9/5): Lovely large apartment in Penrith town centre - Lovely huge apartment spread over three floors with several bathrooms, a utility room, a large lounge/dining room, nice soaps and useful items for use e.g. washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, board games, ground coffee. Arrived having been washed out of a campsite, so loved all the radiators and facilities for cleaning, drying and warming up all our goods and us. Penrith's varied shops and services all in easy walking distance. Key lock box was broken so phoned the host who pleasingly talked us around to the back of the property to another key box - meant coming & going via the backyard/alleyway so no real problem. Parking is a hassle - in the town centre so need to pay for parking outside of evenings and Sundays, or move the car further afield. More should be done to help guests recycle - nothing beyond a landfill bin. Quite expensive for our 4 to stay there: accommodation serves 6 across 3 rooms. Still, it was a lovely retreat from wet weather!

• Mamta (7/5): Good - We liked the living room, the seating was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with everything in working conditions. The host was proactive with instruction received before arriving, and was responsive during the stay on messages. The instruction were clear to enter the place. The place was clean. - the dinning table chairs were wobbly and broken - the locks of th door were not working - the hot was unclear and white in colour, not sure why - the washroom on the second floor did not have hot water for bathing as the water system was not working with hot and cold water switching unexpectedly - the car parking was not available and had to be paid

Host very responsive to messages and allowed a late checkout which was fabulous as we were able to take our time on the departure morning. Shower on middle floor was impossible to get temperature consistent. The house faces onto a road so there is road noise during the night.
• Gavin (9/5): Great accommodation in central Penrith - Very nice holiday rental in a great location for Penrith. Clean and comfortable. Very minor gripe would be a lack of hand towel in the downstairs W.C. Otherwise excellent
• Lindsey (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Everything about the house was excellent. It was beautifully presented on arrival and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The location was excellent and we were in walking distance of the town centre, places to eat, nice walks and the shops. The owner did everything she could before our arrival to assist us with our stay and her communication with us was great. Nothing to dislike

• Joe (10/5): Stayed for 2 nights with a party of 6 celebrating a friends wedding and we all said how lovely the townhouse was and we - The property was immaculate with all the facilities you would need and expect. Good location with lots of shops in the local area. Hosts were contactable if needed.
• Charles (9/5): Excellent - Very impressed with the welcome pack and communication with the owners Car parking is a bit of a pain. I got a ticket in the car park as I had to be away from the house at the time.
