• Guest (9/5): - The design of the lobby, the art, the furniture was all outstanding. The host had lots of suggestions and an excellent email that he forwarded to me to handle both the suggestions and the mechanics of the stay- door codes, building codes, etc There was no external building signage. And you are required to pay to use the elevator during key times. I found it very annoying to have to get change just to leave or return to the residence. There should be a few coins left at the front desk on an honor system to make this part easier.

The room was amazing, especially with the whirlpool, such a nice touch after a long day exploring. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more special. Highly recommended!

• Lesley (9/5): A nice spacious room in the heart of the pedestrian old town. - Nicely renovated spacious room in a great location. Coffee/tea room was appreciated. Elevator to third floor cost .5 Euros so save some coins because it’s a long way up the stairs with luggage. It was a bit loud at night but ear plugs were provided.

Näkymä sykkivään Napoliin parvekkeelta oli myös hieno. Mielestämme erinomainen hinta-laatu,, rahalle sai todellakin vastinetta! Ystävällinen isäntä Lucio antoi myös erinomaiset vinkit kaupunginosaan. Soitti meille myös taksin kentälle, kun kaupungissa oli lakko päällä ja julkiset eivät kulkeneet. Huoneessa oli myös netflix ja valtavan suuri poreamme jota valitettavasti emme ehtineet käyttää. Täällä kannattaa yöpyä useampi yö, jos Napolissa viihtyy, parempaa majoitusta saa hakea! Aamiainen oli kuppi erinomaista kahvia, siinä croissant tms olisi täydentänyt hetken, sillä kahvihuone oli niin hieno muuten. Tämä nyt ei ole mikään varsinainen puute kuitenkaan, sillä majoituksen ympärillä oli kahviloita vaikka ja kuinka monta!

• Julienne (9/5): Comfortable Refuge and Great Location - I stayed 8 nights and was very comfortable and satisfied with the beautiful guesthouse including comfortable bed and pillows, great bathroom, good bedside reading light, mini refrigerator, 24-hr espresso, good air conditioning and central location. Also enjoyed the view, balcony and sounds of people enjoying themselves late into the evening including the live street music. Lucio is an exceptional host who wants guests to be happy. I hope to stay again next time I visit Naples. It is a fantastic area for food, history, culture and exploration. At the time of my visit, my understanding was that the elevator is free for a couple of hours in the afternoon, but outside that window, you walk up 3 flights of stairs to the property unless you have a 50 cent coin for the elevator.

He goes above and beyond to make sure you know where you are going and have the resources to have perfect days! It’s right in the heart of Napoli. It is such a clean and modern design.

Also, an amazing greeting and lots of information and help provided to help you maximise your time in Naples. Well situated for some key attractions and for the hustle, bustle of naples. Some noise from the surrounding area, since it is a busy spot, so check on your tolerance for this.

• Tereza (10/5): Artsy place in the heart of the city - Lovely rooms and cool common areas with loads of nice art and design elements, and the manager/owner Lucio was so lovely and helpful. The rooms are on a very popular street, so it is not for early and light sleepers but I’m an easy sleeper and had absolutely no issues - actually enjoyed the hum of the locals having a late aperol out. When I arrived I got served a proper espresso and got lots of tips for the city. Would definitely come back!

The accommodation has the best location in the city – right on the main street, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. You really can’t ask for a better spot. We were warmly welcomed by Lucio, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He even allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out so we could enjoy our last hours in Naples without any stress. Everything was absolutely perfect, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples! All good!

Die Unterkunft ist etwas unpersönlich wir wurden persönlich begrüsst aber nachher haben wir niemanden mehr gesehen. die 0.50 Euro für den Lift wurden uns abgegeben, wofür wir froh waren... Wir hätte uns eine Hotellobby evt. mir Bar gewünscht. Natürlich hat es vis-a-vis viele Lokale und wir haben uns gut zurechtgefunden. Grosszügige Zimmer, bequeme Betten und ein grosses Bad mit genügend Abstellfläche.

Spacious room with nice bathroom and plenty storage. Whole property was spotlessly clean. Speed of lift to property- but this is not the fault of the hotel- it’s shared for the building. Everything else was great.

Les équipements proposés étaient parfaits, jusqu’à la machine à café laissé en libre service dans la salle de pause commune qui donnait un excellent expresso italien, avec en prime petits biscuits italiens. Nous étions 4(2 enfants et 2 parents) , la suite était suffisamment grande pour nous, décorée avec soins et beaux matériaux. Notre hôte était aux petits soins avec nous, à notre arrivée il a pris le temps de parlé avec nous des activités et des bonnes adresses à découvrir. Il a été après pendant tout notre séjour , toujours soucieux de notre bien être. Rien à redire sur cet hôtel, allez-y les yeux fermés!

• Boyd (10/5): Absolutely perfect in every single way - The property was very clean and had a lot of little personal touches to cater for all your needs. It was a fantastic location in the heart of the lively historic centre yet the room felt peaceful. Air con was much needed and amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Luciano, the host was exceptional. He was so welcoming and provided a huge list of activities and places to eat and drink which was so helpful. It ensured we totally embraced the culture and tried lots of amazing food. Nothing at all. We loved it and would highly recommend!!

• Deepika (9/5): - Very clean and spacious apartment. Stayed for 2 nights. 15 minutes walk to station although if you have bags then remember it’s hard to roll them on cobbled streets. It’s also 15 minutes walk the other way to the Spanish quarters which is a bit cleaner than the historic Centro area. The house itself was very good and the host Lucio was amazing. Thought of everything a traveler would need and provided information proactively. The property and the host were great, but if I had to pick next time, I’d probably stay near Spanish quarters instead of the historic center neighborhood.

There are loads of cool food bars and cute shops nearby, which made our stay both convenient and fun. The place was neat and had really nice decor, and the beds… just perfect for a good night’s sleep. And the host, Lucio—such a great guy—he answered all our questions without any hassle. In addition to being very helpful about the property, he offered lots of good advice on where to eat etc - and he was spot on. Overall, a real haven in what is otherwise a chaotic, overwhelming city. I am getting really picky to say that maybe a chopping board in the kitchen would have been welcome. But that is being really picky!

Pas grand chose … Une trace d’infiltration dans une des chambres. L’ascenseur payant à certaines heures - que 50 centimes certes et pas la faute du patron (décision des autres propriétaires de l’immeuble)

• Phyllis (10/5): Very Comfortable and Great Caring Host! - Lucio is amazing and took very good care of us, making suggestions for food and shopping, and arrangements for taxi. At the hotel you’ll need a coin to go up and down the elevator (or walk the steps). Just be aware that Naples is very busy and you must be aware of your surroundings and take care of your purse. We had no issues because we walked safely. There are no cars allowed on the street of the hotel so pick up and drop off for taxi must be around the corner.

He is very welcoming and gives you a good insight into things to do in Naples and restaurants to eat at. Tea and coffee (along with a selection of biscuits) is also available for guests 24 hours. Would definitely stay at this hotel if ever in Naples again.. Nothing

Struttura top sia per pulizia che per posizione veramente comoda per raggiungere a piedi moltissime delle attrazioni della bellissima Napoli. Siamo estremamente grati a Lucio, il proprietario che ogni turista vorrebbe incontrare. Estremamente gentile e disponibile ci ha fornito ogni genere di consiglio, da cosa vedere per ottimizzare i tempi ai posti migliori dove assaggiare le prelibatezze napoletane. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura e se torneremo a Napoli sicuramente soggiorneremo al Deluxe Spaccanapoli.

I recommend this place with all my heart especially that his demeanor contributed to all paperwork solution we needed upon checkout. 24/7availability of great cookies, coffee and and other necessities is a big plus. Rooms are very clean and we'll maintained. Fresh water provided everyday. Highly recommended place.

Además te asesora sobre lugares para comer, pastelerías, qué visitar y todo lo concerniente a Nápoles. El lugar está en pleno centro del barrio Spaccanapoli, lleno de restaurantes, bares y turismo. El lugar cuenta con un ingreso muy bien decorado, habitaciones amplias luminosas e impecables. Consta de un desayunador donde hay heladera, agua, café, té y pastelería. Si bien el ruido del exterior es excesivo, las habitaciones son silenciosas. Excelente colchón y dos tipos de almohada. Lugar súper recomendable si vas de paseo a Nápoles.

• Hoogendijk (7/5): Goed! - Goede locatie in de stad, vrijwel alles op loopafstand. Prachtige kamer, super schoon en hartelijke ontvangst met allerlei tips over restaurants en bezienswaardigheden. Heel erg gehorig. Onze kamer grensde aan de straat alwaar terrassen en tijdens ons verblijf was daar bovenop ook de kampioenswedstrijd van Napoli met bijbehorend gejuich. Erge leuke vibe maar op een gegeven moment wil een mens ook slapen.

You should go
