Guest Reviews
- Sarah-Jane (10/5): - Beautiful big property. Very clean and lovely comfortable beds
The garden is massive with loads of seating. The road outside is so busy. We couldn't hear it from inside, and it didn't disturb our sleep but it was noisy from the garden
- Gaynor (10/5): Most enjoyable stay within easy reach of the Cotswolds. - Cottage was clean, spacious and had everything you need for a lovely break. Nothing
- Maxim (10/5): - All Super
- Dawn (9/5): Lovely stay - Clean, roomy, comfortable & lovely place to stay
- Keith (9/5): Would return again and recommend to others - Comfortable, spacious , well positioned for Broadway.
Milk and cookies were a very nice touch and consumed ! No dislikes
- Susan (10/5): -
- Linda (10/5): Lovely property ideally located to visit the Cotswolds - Exceptionally clean and spacious property with good facilities.
Hosts kept in touch to make sure everything was okay. The cottage is situated close to a busy main road; however this wouldn’t stop us from booking it again.
- Laurel (10/5): Like home - The house is perfect, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. It feels like home. I only wish we had stayed longer. The cottage is centrally located as a home base to explore all that the Cotswolds have to offer for both sports and sightseeing. Our host was available for any questions, and the self check in was easy.
- Hazel (10/5): Beautiful stay with a lovely walk to the local pub. - Beautiful house, with everything we needed. Nothing
- Deborah (10/5): Really cozy cottage!!
- Sally (9/5): Superb - Very clean and spacious
- Jon (10/5): Exceptional - Everything spot on Nothing not to like
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Angie (8/5): Very good - Full kitchen facilities, large lounge, great heating, lovely showers, fabulous views, plenty of space, very clean. No wardrobe or chest of drawers or mirror in two of the bedrooms so we had to live out of our suitcases.
- Jamie (10/5): Great house, Great host's would defiantly recommend staying here. - Great house, Great host's would defiantly recommend staying here.
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - The property
- Laura (10/5): Very enjoyable and would recommend - Lovely property very homely and comfortable, loads of space for 6 of us. Close to Broadway and we visited Bourton on the Water too. The milk and biscuits were a nice treat :) Nothing
- Alexandra (9/5): Lovely cottage and a wonderful stay! - Great location with lots to do locally (Cotswold via villages to the south, Warwick and Stratford-on-Avon to the north, near the Cotswolds Way for walking). Lovely welcome pack of local milk and cookies much appreciated. Great parking. Big garden but we didn’t use as it was wet during our stay. Comfortable rooms, with a convenient extra toilet downstairs. Well-stocked kitchen. Having two living rooms was great, and the TV can’t be heard at all upstairs - important when staying with young kids! Generally a spacious and enjoyable accommodation. The cottage is on the A road, which was quiet at night - but obviously not silent. Within the cottage, minor points only for possible improvement- eg blackout blinds, storage in the twin bedroom, all crockery being dishwasher safe. Overall none of this spoiled our stay.
- Sabrina (10/5): Wonderful stay, highly recommended. - Exceptionally well equipted house, they though of everything !!
Fresh Milk and cookies was a lovely touch and even tea, coffee and sugar.
Very clean and comfortable and spacious and a good location/base for visiting around the Cotswolds, nice size garden for our dog to go outside and lovely seating area with table and chairs to sit outside for the warmer evenings.
Excellent Wifi with good connection as my husband had to have a Teams business meeting.
A great stay and highly recommended. Nothing !
- Tracey (10/5): Just great! - The cottage was lovely - comfortable and clean with absolutely everything we needed.
Fresh milk and cookies were a lovely added bonus plus Julie popped by to let us know they were there if we needed them.
Great all round really!
- Hollie (10/5): Great stay in comfortable home, no complaints - Everything about the house was great and as shown in the pictures. The instructions to find the property were clear and gaining access to the house was straightforward. The interior was clean and all beds/living room was comfortable. Big kitchen with plenty of utensils etc for cooking. The garden had plenty of space for our dogs to have a run around, and lots of options for walks nearby. The host was also great at contacting me/responding. N/A
- Roy (9/5): Excellent.Made lots of memories. - Excellant, clean.Ideal as a base for exploring the Cotswolds. The enclosed rear and side garden. Double beds, although we did know at the time of booking they were not king size.
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Esther (10/5): Great cottage and owners. - Size-plenty of room, clean, great base for exploring. Road noise, outside area a little tired.
- Ann (10/5): Fabulous cottage and facilities. - Beautiful light and bright rooms. Immaculate throughout. Gorgeous bathrooms and garden. Large airy kitchen with everything you needed and utility room with washer.
Milk and biscuits left for us.
Easy to find and on site parking. Will go again ! Traffic noise as it’s on a busy main road but this died down in the evening when we wanted to relax.

- Yvonne (10/5): our stay was perfect and the hosts were very responsive. They even went the extra mile to pass me some baby bottle steri - The property is new, clean and spacious. could have bigger beds (haha). but we knew that the beds were double bed when we booked it, so it’s an informed decision. the mattress was firm and nice though. we slept well.
