• sally (10/5): Easy access to all the sights and a great roomy little house... - Fantastic location in between 2 rocky beaches Silic and Dance. 5 mins walk in to town, near a couple of supermarkets and easy to catch the bus and find places for tour information. Also near several restaurants in the old town. Easy instructions for keys and a roomy place for 2 people. Recommend the Dubrovnik Pass for walls museums etc. Recommend taking a tablet for things like Netflix as these aren't available. View is not beachfront but it's very near by. We would stay here again. The shower is great too.

• Mike Shinnors (9/5): location location l;ocation - Location view comfort all top notch it was immaculate clean Directions to gain access could have been better - now we had organised a transfer with the accommodation unfortunately this was not able to be fulfilled due to a family emergency- totally understandable and if the accommodation transfer had gone ahead there would have been zero issues - however the taxi did take was unsure of the location so he dropped us close by and then we had to do some walking about in the dark to locate the accommodation/lock box - I think this could have been improved but - as I already said if the transfer had gone ahead this would not have been a problem

• Stefan (4/5): Ophold primært på grund af lokation i forhold til Old town. - Kontakt personen var sød. Dejligt at bo nær Old town. Fint køkken med det nødvendige. Der var fugtigt og koldt (især om natten) i lejligheden og der lugtede jordslået. Billederne gav ikke et realistisk indblik i hvor lejligheden lå og hvordan vi skulle finde frem til stedet.

• Hamideh (7/5): Perfect location, easy access to everything, fairly comfortable bed, outdated TV - Access to the lockbox Inadequate dishes, pots & pans. Lots of mosquitos that prevented us from getting enough sleep
• LarissaA. (6/5): - The location is fantastic. The bay and the old town were very close. The apartment was very spacious. The beds were comfortable, the wardrobe offered a lot of storage space and plenty of towels were provided. The contact to the host was very friendly. We used the transfer from the airport for 45 € and it worked out very well. The floor was greasy and the bathroom smelled very bad. There weren't any tabs to use for the dishwasher and there was only one dish towle and one sponge. We arrived in November, so ist was colder and there were only thin blankets. The heater wasn't working at the beginning because of the low battery of the remote control. There weren't any coffee capsuls for the very special coffee machine (Nespresso) and nowhere to find in the near supermarkets. One of the stovetop burners wasn't working. Make sure you bring your own spices like salt and pepper.

• Gayle (10/5): Once we found the property we loved it. Very spacious as well - Being just outside the gates to the Old Town it was a great location being so close yet It was lovely and quiet. We didn’t get any directions & check in information

• Mariagrazia (6/5): 6/6,5 - Ho soggiornato in coppia in "Beach Apartment Francesko near Old town" per due notti in agosto 2025. Complessivamente la struttura è da 6/6,5. La cosa migliore è la posizione: la struttura dista 4 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia, percorrendo alcuni vicoletti con qualche scalino in discesa e in salita. Altra esperienza positiva è stata la comunicazione con l'host, disponibile tramite WhatsApp anche in tarda serata, anche se non ci siamo mai incontrati. Mi ha permesso di fare il check-in un'ora in anticipo rispetto al previsto e mi ha subito fatto consegnare la carta igienica che purtroppo non abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo. La struttura è un intero appartamento a piano terra, affaccia su un piccolo patio di ingresso coperto da un pergolato d'uva e su strada asfaltata, c'è un parcheggio a qualche passo di distanza. Non è fronte spiaggia, la spiaggia mostrata nelle foto si trova a 2 minuti a piedi percorrendo un vicoletto e una breve scalinata in discesa. Purtroppo la porta d'ingresso, senza zanzariera, è l'unico punto di apertura dell'appartamento, non ci sono altre finestre ma solo delle prese d'aria nel soffitto (in cucina e camera da letto). In bagno, dove purtroppo c'è un lieve odore di fogna, c'è una presa d'aria sulla parete chiusa da una retina, da cui a volte si sentono persone camminare e chiacchierare, affaccia probabilmente sulla strada. Nonostante siano poche le aperture, in appartamento ci sono molti insetti: zanzare, mosche, moscerini e ragnetti, purtroppo a noi è capitato di trovare uno scarafaggio in bagno. In conclusione, la pulizia dell'appartamento non è profonda, ma accettabile per una breve permanenza. Per quanto riguarda i servizi offerti, l'aria condizionata funziona bene, anche se probabilmente i filtri andrebbero puliti. Non abbiamo utilizzato lavatrice, lavastoviglie, WiFi e le TV, ma potrebbero essere utili.
• TIFFANY (7/5): Great place near the town and beach. - It was close to the old town and small beach. The bathroom had a musty smell at time and the shower leaked a bit.
• Anastasia (8/5): - We liked the proximity to Old Town, just a few minutes walk and no stairs to get to it. The house manager was very responsive in coordinating transfer to and from the airport. In general, it is comfortable for two people on a short stay. We feel bad about writing anything negative. When we arrived, the apartment had a funky mildew odor. The floors were filthy. Our socks were black from walking around the apartment. The property isn't really beach front-it is more just really close to the sea. The swimming area does photograph beautifully, but the area seems to be a popular location for a college crowd or younger.
• Vivienne (8/5): Inside apartment good , wouldn’t stay three again as outside area poor. - Location to the old town, cool and very clean great service from the staff. Taxi organised from Airport and back again. Clean towels half way through the week. The outside space is very limited outlook not great pictures are deceptively deceiving there’s always a car parked directly in front of the apartment from another letting not much privacy as people walking in front of the property looking for the beach!

• Angela (9/5): Superb - Nice very large apartment. Location excellent close to 2 beaches, 5 minutes walk to Pile gate at old Town. Big plus not many steps to apartment. Big fridge and freezer....able to do ice cubes with tray or bags. Cannot think of any negatives.
• Adam (9/5): Excellent location for Dubrovnik stay with good beach basically out the front door. - Location was ideal and quiet. Good swimming beach literally 2 minutes away with a bar. Good coffee nearby and it was a 3-5 minute walk to the old town city walls. Not great for making food. Only half of the stove top worked and the apartment is very limited with pots/pans and utensils. Also some of the lights and electrical plugs did not work throughout the apartment.
• Taha (9/5): Perfect - The property was amazing and very well equipped. The host provided prompt responses and got us fruits, water/juice and icecream when we were arriving late. Location is perfect near to two beaches and 10 mins walk from the Old city. A lot of restaurants and cafe nearby. The sockets in the bedroom were not working but didn’t really impact our experience
