• Taryna (8/5): Great first timer’s stay in Seoul - Very central and convenient to move around especially since it was our first time visiting South Korea. The check in and check out process was also seemless, instructions were clearly given. Luggage storage room is spacious and can be accessed on day of check in (if arriving early) and check out (if leaving later). No room cleaning provided. It can get a bit messy especially if staying longer than 3 days. Would have appreciated a bit of basic clean up service for those staying longer.

Otel hizmeti yok. Havlunuzu kendiniz giriş katta değiştirebilirsiniz. Odamızı süpürmek için de otelden süpürge aldık. Güvenlik problemi yok. Sessiz ve temiz bir yer. 3 kişi çok rahat kaldık. Kıyafetler dolapları da yeterli. Otelde sigara içme odası yok ancak otelin karşı kaldırımında sigara içenler vardı ve sorun olmadı. Myeongdong caddesi bir durak mesafede. Yakınında bhc chicken olive young 7/11 ve birçok market bulunmaktadır. Konumu güzeldi. Tekrar tercih ederim

• Carla Susana (7/5): Nice for a short to medium stay - It's located near a few metro lines, which is good. It has everything you need for a short stay and the room is spacious enough. The bathroom is not a wetroom which is a bonus. I didn't love the location but it was alright. It would be nice to include a vaccum cleaner or a broom to sweep the floors
• Xin Hui Rachel (7/5): - Room was clean, as per other WECO STAYs I've stayed in before. Amenities in the room are always functioning well, and the included washer dryer combo is always welcome. Loved that everything was self service, and getting assistance was also so easy. There was a 711 located right opposite the building, and airport limousine bus was about a 5 min walk away. At night, there are street lights in the area. Chungmuro is about a 5 min walk away, while Euljiro-sa ga was about 20 min straight walk. Myeongdong is also accessible by a 25 min walk, or 10-15 min bus ride. The lifts were my biggest issue. This property has 2 lifts that serve 15 levels. The lifts don't communicate. On the day of check out, we were waiting for the lift for minimally 15 minutes. Some days the wait for the lift was so bad that we ended up taking the stairs (thank goodness we were on the 6th story). Location wise, this building was located in Chungmuro, around a number of print and label shops. On the weekdays, there can be a number of forklifts in the roads leading up to the building.

Windows were easy to open and close. Washer was making loud noise when spinning. No confirmation of email or text after checking out. No iron for ironing the clothes.

I think maybe the washer wasn't used in quite some time so my clothes came out smelling a bit musty but besides that everything was perfect!

• Shanelle (9/5): Enjoyed my stay and liked the property, will definitely be back! - Very clean and spacious! Lots of storage space. Also all the amenities provided were well maintained. Check in and Check out was very easy. Only one small thing was that the ac system had a few problems during my stay but the Weco stay manager was quick to sort things out each time and was quick to communicate.

• Kwong Keong (9/5): Great value and awesome service. - Great location. Very responsive host - we had a problem getting into our room on our first arrival at midnight because the door entry code was erroneous. I texted the host and they responded within a minute and they were at our door in the next 5 minutes to sort out the issue. Awesome response time! We also had an issue on our first day with the wash basin leaking but again the host responded immediately after we brought this to their attention. Two potential issues were solved immediately - fantastic service! Please see response to previous question - obviously the 2 problems were not ideal BUT the host responded and solved the issues so quickly, it makes me very grateful we had such good hosts with great service. One thing I didn't like was the long wait times for the lift, especially during the peak hours (11am - midday, 5-6pm) and also the lifts were always full because there are only 2 lifts servicing the whole building. One suggestion I have for the bathrooms in the room I rented - please attach a clothes hook to the back of the toilet door. This would make it a lot easier to hang towels and clothes when going for a shower.

• Cindy (10/5): - I found this hotel through TikTok and honestly, I loved it. The location was perfect for anyone traveling to Korea. There was a 7‑Eleven right across the street, and a bank nearby for easy money exchange, which made everything super convenient. One thing I really appreciated was that they stored our luggage for free since we had a late flight no extra charge at all. The hotel was also extremely clean, and having a washer and dryer in the room made the trip so much easier. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re traveling internationally. It checked all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and a stress‑free stay.

• Fiona Chung (10/5): Best stay for budget friendly - It was really clean and comfortable The heat in the room, opened windows for fresh air, 1 had a mesh and the other was fully unmeshed, and got bit by mosquitoes the next few days until i found it. So, have the window open with the mesh. Had the air con on but it wasnt giving enuf cooling and it was always warm in the room even tho i turned down to 5 degrees...it was kept at room temp 25 degrees. It promised a city view, unfortunately i had a view of industrial mini site that is very noisy in the morning. Enough rubbish bags were provided. Apart from the noise in the morning, the heat temp in the room and the air con not cooling enough and promised city views....everything else was perfect.

Close enough amenities within only 5-10 minute walk. 7/11 across the street. Breakfast was quite expensive down stairs, I understand it’s not directly linked and entirely optional but just seemed expensive when you can go to a cafe down the road and get the same for less. If I had to pick a fault the bed was very hard to what I’m use to. It was only a temporary stay so doesn’t outweigh the great facilities.

• Emily (8/5): Great amenities, but not fully secure. - The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Laundry and a kitchenette were very appreciated. The front doors to the property are always propped open, and there is no security (eg, a key card) to prevent non-residents from using the lift up to all floors. As a result, I didn't feel the safest as a solo female traveller. If I was in any country other than South Korea, I probably would not have stayed in the hotel.

Ubicación perfecta, en medio de la línea 2 y 4 de metro, en el distrito de myeongdong La gestión de la limpieza. Entiendo que es un apartamento, y que la limpieza no entra a menos que pagues extra, pero no había ningún tipo de utensilios para limpiar uno mismo. Sí que dispones de un aspirador si lo pides, pero solo dentro del horario establecido, el cual supone un problema porque es muy limitado.

• Elaine Aishley (9/5): Stayed here twice already, would stay here again - We‘ve stayed here twice already. And we would love to stay here again for our next visit. 1st and 2nd stay, we stayed here 8 nights each. A total of 16 nights. I love the location, just one station from Myeongdong and i have 3 metro lines in my vicinity. Check in and out is easy and contacting the staff, if i needed something was very easy and they responded very quickly. There are staff on the second floor should you need anything. But they are only on site during the day. The rooms are large enough for 2 people and 4 luggages. We had enough space packing 4 large luggages after our shopping spree. The have a walk in closet, a kitchen and the most important thing for me was the washing machine. Seperating ang recycling trash downstairs was not easy but you learn how they do it, so it’s an experience.

We had everything we needed in the room, plenty of towels, and the bottles of water in the fridge per person was a nice touch after a long flight. Lifts were quite slow when recalling to the top floor.

Spacious for solo traveler but may be more tight for two people. The washroom was a little smelly with a wet smell and the ceiling to the shower was dirty with mold on the ceiling fan. Had to sort and throw away your garbage on day of check out the blankets were very thick so it was very hot. Random hairs found. No room slipper available.

• Carlos (7/5): Céntrico, bien comunicado y con buenos servicios en la habitación. Pero cama y almohadas incómodas - Destacaría su ubicación céntrica y muy cerca a varias líneas de metro, por lo que su comunicación es excelente. La habitación tiene servicios muy útiles como lavadora, tendedero, cocina, nevera, mesa y TV. Por estos motivos, la relación calidad-precio nos parece buena. La cama y las almohadas nos parecieron un poco incómodas. La cama, además, es pequeña para ser doble. No hay recepción en la planta baja, por lo que nadie te atiende al llegar, lo cual es poco acogedor, aunque tengo entendido que atienden en una oficina de la segunda planta en horario determinado. Existe un depósito de maletas en planta baja pero no está vigilado y cualquiera que tenga el código puede acceder, por lo que no es muy seguro. En cuanto a la calefacción por suelo radiante, nunca conseguimos averiguar cómo controlarla. Unas noches pasamos mucho calor y otras mucho frío (en marzo-abril). No nos quedó claro si era un control centralizado para todo el edificio.
