• Jaanus (9/5): Üldiselt hubane ja avar kahele paarile puhkamiseks. Soovitame ;) - Avar korter kolme tualettruumiga. Kaks terassi. Teise korruse terass eriti avar. Hea vaade. Suur basseiniala, üks bassein soojendusega. WC basseinialal. Külmkapp ka teise korruse terassil. Hubane :) Parkimne maja aluses parklas (kuigi väga kitsas) Koristatud oli natuke halvasti. (4 palli 5-st). Üks veekeetja oli must, oma aja ära elanud. Teine veekeetja lasi vett läbi. Lift on väga aeglane, aga polnud probleem ka jalgsi minna ja jõudis natuke kiiremini :)
• Peter (10/5): Very relaxing holiday in a super apartment. - Very spacious for two couples. Particularly enjoyed the balcony and the wonderful upstairs terrace giving us sun all day. The view from both is spectacular. The separate loo and shower upstairs was great as I was not keen on showering in the bath downstairs. The gardens and pool area are very well maintained; communication with our hosts was perfect. Any request or query was dealt with quickly. Taxis and buses are close by and inexpensive; if walking is a problem you will need them as the apartment, which is accessed by a lift, is at the top of the town. Hence the wonderful view. Bit of a pong from second bathroom. Not unusual in Spain mind you. The oven controls remain a bit of a mystery! The lounge could do with a standard lamp in the corner by the table and another on the opposite corner. This will soften (eliminate) the rather harsh overhead lighting. The between bed cabinet in the twin room is too low. This means the lamp is ineffective for reading. These minor problems would not put us off renting the property again.

• Jakub (10/5): - The apartment is clean and spacious. It's well equipped, the view is stunning, Katy is helpful and responsive would love to stay again when I'm in the area. The only bit that was missing was lack of any spices in the apartment and an oven proof dish. Both minor and not affecting the stay as such

• Anna (10/5): Will stay here again. 10/10 - Belvedere penthouse is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in! The pictures don't even do it justice. Me, my parents and my baby stayed here for a week and it was just fantastic and was the break we all needed. There are two big swimming pools which one is slightly warmer than the other and given that the nearest beach is a 20 minute walk this was ideal. The communication with the host was great also. 10/10 Everything was great. A bit of a walk to the town but that didn't bother me.
• Daria (10/5): Comfortable apartment with amazing ocean views - We are very pleased with our stay in this apartment. For two couples it was absolutely sufficient and comfortable, equipped with everything you need and even more. The beautiful view of the ocean and Gomera from both terraces is unforgettable. The large swimming pool in the facility was almost exclusive to use. A place for a car in the underground car park is an added advantage. The nice owner will help you in any matter. We recommend indeed.

• Kimberly (9/5): Superb - The condo matches the photos; it is spacious, clean, and comfortable. My daughter and I stayed for a week and it felt luxurious to have two terraces, two living room areas, two big screen TVs, two kitchens (one on the upstairs terrace) etc. The parking garage is vital as parking is hard to find in the area, and a car is necessary as you are high up on a hill. Having access to the Mercadona grocery store right around the corner was really nice too. It's important that you realize where you are located on the island and in relation to the town (look at the elevation not just the distances), for my daughter and I, being up on the hill was fine, but if you have mobility issues, make sure you realize that you will be walking up and down hills to get anywhere unless you take a car everywhere (and if you take a car, leave extra time for parking). The parking space in the garage is narrow, you are squeezing between a column on one side and a parked car on the other, this is not unusual for Spanish parking lots, but just something to be prepared for (or you can park on the street if you prefer, but then you are going to have to walk up a hill every time). The pool was cold (maybe it warms up later in the year, we were there in March), and there is no shade in the area around the pool; I'd recommend bringing or buying a cheap beach umbrella and using it for shade if you want to hang out by the pool.
• Sarah (10/5): Amazing property, amazing host - The property is amazing! Every room is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for our stay. Lots of space for the family to be comfortable and have family time as well as enough space to have time away from each other. The balcony’s were amazing with beautiful sea views. The location was a little remote for us as we didn’t have a car. So we had to walk to a local hotel to order taxis for us and always had to taxi home as it was a far walk when bars/restaurants closed.
• Koen (9/5): Big apartment with 2 terraces, beautiful views close to the swimming pool - The 2 terraces were lovely, very spacious with table, seat or lounge and beautiful views. Good beds. Our host was easy to contact and fast in response to our questions. Cooled drinks upon arrival and very good reception. We asked for a child coth which was provided by Cathy. Peaceful atmosphere around the swimming pool. Nothing important, we liked everything!

• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - This is the best apartment in all of Tenerife. We have been vacationing here for 20 years, stayed at the Carlton Ritz Hotel, the Hard Rock Hotel, villas and apartments, but this is the first time we have met such an attitude and amenities! Absolutely everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The whole penthouse is sparkling clean. It consists of a kitchen, a huge hall, a large bedroom, a bedroom for children, a hall, a veranda on two levels, where there are all barbecue facilities, dishes, stove, grill. Both verandas are decorated with fresh flowers, on the second floor there is a washing machine, dryer, shower, and a relaxation room with beautiful furniture. The stairs to the top are safe, with good handrails. A bright mountain of oranges in a vase and good white wine in the refrigerator awaited us in the kitchen. Shampoos, shower gel, excellent quality toilet paper, new kitchen towels, slippers (not just rags, but terry, soft ones that can be worn), garbage bags, hand steamer, water - absolutely everything was prepared for us. TV in the hall and in the bedroom and in the recreation room upstairs. There are all channels, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. The location of the penthouse is wonderful. Between Los Gigantes and Puerto Santiago, near Mercadona, there are no problems with the car at all. There is a parking lot. Everything is very convenient. Many thanks to Cathy, our Host

• Mary (10/5): Excellent holiday accommodation. - This large spacious apartment was in a great location with fabulous sea views from both the terraces. Outdoor furniture was plentiful, comfortable with lots of space for outdoor eating and relaxing. The flat was very well equipped in all areas, with comfortable beds, high quality furniture, linen and towels. The pool and surrounding area was cleaned daily. We were met by Katy who was very friendly and excellent at communicating with us before we arrived and during our stay.
