Guest Reviews
- Alan (8/5): Friendly and good location but in need of updating - The apartment is spacious and well located for a short journey to Skomer Island. It has everything you need. Parking was easy close by. The people in the pub below were very friendly. We would rather not have had to vacuum the lounge/kitchen and empty the fridge of a half eaten wrap. Other leftover food items can be useful but when the tops have not been cleaned properly it’s a little offputting. In our opinion, decor and furniture is rather dated and there are areas that could do with being refreshed.

- Murray (7/5): Nice, great for access to Skomer, friendly local pub downstairs with decent food options - Nice quiet village and excellent access for Skomer Island. Nice friendly pub below but not noisy and closes early. We were 4 and there were 3 forks. Its trivial I know but a small bit of extra investment in cutlery and crockery like more, larger mugs and it would have been a higher mark from me

- Philomina (10/5): Lovely relaxing stay - Loved the whole apartment, the little extras of sugar, coffee, milk and orange juice was amazing! The towels and blankets and bed were so soft and comfy. Just a lovely apartment to stay in.
We visited Skomer Island boat trip and Marloes sands and beacon, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path little walks from the village itself and where Marloes beacon is.
Had lovely dinners at the pub downstairs and lunch / cup of tea and cake at Marloes sands beach restaurant, breakfast at the village garden centre- highly recommend all of them! Nothing.

- John (10/5): Nice bright clean place - Nice staff. The makings of tea and coffee. The electric cooker was a museum piece!
- Rhiannon (10/5): Perfect - Comfy and convenient. Really enjoyed our two nights at Brookside. Nothing.

- Emma (10/5): Amazing stay at this fantastic apartment. - Great location, excellent hosts, the food in the pub below was delicious and good value for money. Really enjoyed the stay. The little touches of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and fresh orange juice were very welcome after a long drive to get to the property. There is a garden centre 2 minutes drive away that do lovely breakfasts which was recommended by the hosts. Nothing, all was good.
- Chloé (8/5): Good place to stay in St Ishmaels - The apartment is situated above the pub The Brook Inn. The atmosphere is very lively, there is a nice garden. There isn’t much noise, no problem to sleep. We recommend the restaurant, the food is really nice especially the catch of the day : really good homemade chips. The apartment is very spacious, two bedrooms and a big kitchen. The shower was leaking a little, hard to understand and low pressure.
- Barrett (8/5): Very good - Helpful hosts, great location.
