- Gizem (9/5): F/p bir yer aranıyorsa gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilir - Konumu fabrikaya çok yakındı, yakınında market vs vardı. Eski Tiflis tarafına geçmek kolaydı yakında otobüs durağı ve döviz bürosu mevcut. Üç kişi kaldık gayet geniş ve yeterliydi, temizdi ve şampuan vs olanakları yeterliydi. Sadece evin girişini bulmakta biraz zorlandık. Ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. Evde tek cam olduğu için biraz havasızdı ama rahatsız etmedi, onun dışında beğenmediğimiz bir durum olmadı

Продуктовые магазины, кафе, отделения банков, даже серная баня в шаговой доступности. До метро Марджанишвили 10-15 минут пешком. Чистая квартира, фото соответствуют описанию. На кухне достаточно посуды для самостоятельного приготовления пищи. Вход через общий двор с доброжелательными соседями и милой собакой. Хотим сказать большое спасибо замечательной хозяйке Нане за гостеприимство и приятные сувениры при отъезде.

Понравился внутренний дворик с доброжелательными соседями, окунулись в настоящий грузинский колорит . Было ощущение, что мы приехали к нашим родственникам, которые нас встретили и проводили как родных. Рекомендуем побывать в этом прекрасном месте.

- Ekaterina (10/5): Прекрасные хозяева, в номере чисто, заселили быстро. Хозяйка даже подарила детям и нам сувениры на память. Остались толь - Достаточно просторно, есть свой двор с чудесной собакой) ты как бы в центро и одновременно на природе. В номере есть все необходимое. Нет парковки, но это в целом проблема Тбилтси. Хозяйка показала укромное место, где мы оставили машины, сами кружили минут 20.

Очень просторная, всё есть, все очень чисто, отдельно хотел бы отметить очень удобную бесплатную парковку, которая находится в 2 минутах ходьбы от дома, что редкость для центра города. Огромное спасибо Давиду и Нане , они потрясающие люди!

- Pavlo (10/5): Comfortable, cute, and clean place for any stay 👍🏻 - This apartment is located in a private house, so you’ll have separate housing with a yard. A very kind dog is there, don’t be afraid – you must pet it! 😁 This place is at a quiet street, but actually there are many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and well-furnished inside. It has a kitchen corner and sleeping areas for at least 6 people. Also the room is clean, it is nice to be there. The mistress Nana is a very nice person. She presented churchkhela and souvenir postcards as a gift when she came for payment. Living there gave us great comfort and positive emotions only. We liked this place ♥️ It's always dark there because the room has only one window. You should always turn on the lights even during the daytime if you need. Don’t forget about 30 GEL additional cost for cleaning, this price doesn’t depend on length of stay. Anyway, these reasons didn't spoil our impressions at all.

At first, you will think twice if it's really the place but when you get inside, viola, a comforting place welcomed you. As we booked the apartment URGENTLY (we've booked at 2.30pm after the cancellation we have in other hotel) we understand that some misunderstanding happens but good thing, it resolved. The owner been apologising to us but Sir, its ok. We understand. As we liked the place and the owner, we booked again for another day😊😊😊 P.s. my son misses the dog. He name the dog "Doggie Arf Arf"😂😂😂 Things you Will like: -accessible place to resto, money exchange and groceries -you can cook -you can own the place like yours -the owner been checking you every night -we were able to left our things when we went to Kutaisi☺️☺️☺️ None
- Parsa (10/5): Exceptional - Everything here is great, it's close to the city center and attractions, it's clean and has everything for a family trip specially good internet, and the owner is a very nice and kind person. My family and I loved it very much and we will definitely use the same apartment on the next trips to Tbilisi and we recommend it to all our friends. It would be much better if there was a slipper in the bathroom and in the house
- Andrey (10/5): Great located cosy place with extremely hospitable owners - It was an exciting time! I can't describe the hospitality of nice and kind owners. They helped us a lot with traveling from the airport to the place. The flat has a lot of space and a cosy yard outside. It 's quiet and comfortable. The location is great. The metro station is very close. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, banks, notaries and so on. You can easily combine leisure and paperwork, if you need. I recommend using of slippers or warm socks in the cold part of the year.
