• Cecilia (9/5): Un séjour dépaysant sur la magnifique île de Lanzarote - La vue sur l’océan et les volcans depuis le balcon de l’appartement et depuis la piscine de la résidence ; L’arrivée en totale autonomie ; Les hôtes Alan et Don très réactifs et sympathiques ; La résidence sécurisée ; La proximité des commerces, plages et restaurants ; La situation géographique. La piscine n’est pas chauffée mais ce n’est qu’un détail.
• Cheryl (10/5): This is apartment is 10 out of 10 and I would highly recommend it. - This apartment is perfectly located a short walk down to all the bars and restaurants in the old town and a few minutes walk to the Biosfera shopping centre. It has amazing views. It was spotlessly clean and the hosts provided plenty towels including beach towels. The bed was really comfortable. Access to all tv channels was a bonus too. The hosts were quick to get in touch after we booked to tell us more about the apartment and were very helpful and friendly they also left a lovely welcome pack of water, beers, Prosecco and delicious chocolates.

• Gabriela (10/5): Super Apartment mit grandioser Sicht über Meer und Vulkane - Die Wohnung ist liebevoll dekoriert, blitz sauber, und alles sieht aus wie auf den Fotos (oder noch besser). Die Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer und den Vulkanbergen, die man von der eigenen Terrasse aus beobachten kann, sind grandios. Das Bett ist super bequem. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. 2 Minuten zu Fuss hat es einen SuperDino zum Einkaufen. Restaurants aller Geschmacksrichtungen gibt es viele in der näheren Umgebung. Zum Hafen sind es etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuss, zur Playa Grande etwa 10. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern ist super schnell und herzlich. Auch die Infos über Eintrittscode und Schlüssel waren komplett und einfach anzuwenden. Mit hat es rundum super gefallen. Freu mich bereits auf nächstes Mal. -

Absolutely immaculate and in an exceptional location plus the views are out of this world. Brilliant, helpful, and friendly communication from the owners - huge thank you to Alan and Don for a perfect experience and I can’t wait to return. If you are considering an apartment in Carmen - book this without hesitation - it’s as good as it gets. Nothing. Well, other than leaving!

• Beatriz (10/5): Estancia de lujo con vistas al mar - Todo. Es un lujazo esa terraza. Todo el apartamento en sí, todo muy nuevo, la cama muy cómoda con un ventilador en el techo muy agradable. La cocina con absolutamente todo lo necesario (incluso un set de estropajo, bayeta y friega platos). El baño con ducha estupendo. Y esa terraza con vistas al mar y sus tumbonas dan la vida!! Buena ubicación, supermercado y farmacia justo al lado (a parte de bares y restaurantes). Fácil aparcar en los alrededores. Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en la isla, venimos enamorados de Lanzarote y de este apartamento 😍. Durante la estancia estuvieron pendiente de nosotros y que todo fuera de nuestro agrado. Nos dejaron unos detallitos en la nevera de bienvenida de verdad, todo perfecto!!!! Mil gracias!!! Nada

Modern and clean. Appreciated the welcome drinks and sweets 😋 after a late flight. Great location. Some great restaurants in surrounding area. Old town definitely the place to go. Alan an excellent communicator. Nothing to dislike. Can't wait to return. Happy memories made 😀

• Susan (10/5): Ocean View Apartment... certainly lives up to its name! - My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. The selling point for me was the sunloungers on the amazing balcony. It was a real suntrap with sunshine all day. The views from here are spectacular, from the harbour all the way to Fuertaventura with some beautiful sunsets.The apartment itself has everything you need. Super comfy bed, lovely shower, and spotlessly clean. Communication with the hosts was excellent from the start. They were on hand to make sure our stay was everything we wanted, and the welcome pack was very much appreciated. Thank you. They were also kind enough to let us have a late check-out at no extra cost. I will definitely be staying here again when I next visit Lanzarote. Thank you, Alan and Don, for an excellent holiday experience. There was nothing not to like. We loved it!
• Kathy (5/5): underwhelmed - lovely apartment access to pool was by a pool card. so on leaving with a late flight there was no access to pool. pool was baltic as water heater was broken and not likely to be replaced till after RESIDENTS meet3/25. no cushions on sunbed as residential complex. no facilities for left luggage on site. you need to take your suitcase to a left luggage site down the street. which may or not be open. waited 2 hours. and charged 10 euros for the privilege. there is no welcome pack in apartment to advise of emergency contact numbers. pharmacy. doctor. hospital. etc or fire exits. or local restaurants and beaches and sight seeing experiences.

• Barbara (10/5): Beautiful! - We loved the amazing ocean view - you can see all the way to Fuerteventura. We enjoyed the swimming pool, which was peaceful and clean. Overall the apartment is modern, well equiped and clean. Mr. Don was an exceptional host- he was always available to help and assist with all the needed information and was extremely caring. To sum up- our stay here was very pleasant and we would love to stay here again.

• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - Well equipped, clean newly refurbished, studio apartment with comfortable bed, large sunny balcony with panoramic view which facilitates outdoor living. Extra towels. Water and drinks very welcome. Hosts helpful and available. There is only a short walk to Playa Chica, a lovely sheltered beach. Nothing really, but future guests need to be aware of the two flights of steps to apartment. But the elevated view over the sea is worth it!
• Twan (10/5): Wonderful, one of the best stays on Lanzarote - Location, location, location. A modern new corner apartment on the top floor with a beautiful unobstructed view of the sea and the Vulcan. A big balcony which is fully private with 2 comfortable lying chairs. Inside a big bed with sea view when you wake up. A modern, clean bathroom with enough warm water for an entire family. The kitchen, which I didn't use because the restaurants are very close, had everything you wanted. The building is also very quiet, I could sleep well on weekdays at 22:00 and work on the balcony during the day. The beach was located at walking distance, very handy for the lunch breaks. Note that I didn't have any problems with doors, the front door only releases the key at a specific position, you get used to it, and the door that gives access to the complex works without problems when entering the code 2 times. Nothing !
• Sabrinab88 (7/5): Good - The view is spectacular. The guys that own the apartment are great, friendly and very helpful. There were no parasols at the pool so we could not use the pool. The door into the complex was an absolute nightmare to use the pin would not work properly. We had to do our own cleaning and wash bedding, towels etc. This complex is stairs only so carrying the suitcases to and from the room was a mission.
• Julia (10/5): Cosy apartment with fantastic view. - Everything perfect! Clean, quiet, nice apartment. Close to everything you need. The homeowner is amazing, always in touch, he will do everything to make your stay comfortable. No air conditioner
• Amy (10/5): The perfect apartment for exploring Puerto Del Carmen. Can’t wait to go back! - Alan was an amazing host he couldn’t do enough for us. He was there to meet us when we arrived and helped with our bags. He even had a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us! The apartment is lovely and bright and super clean. The balcony is amazing with views right over to Fuerteventura. There is plenty of pubs and restaurants right on the door step location is perfect.

Myself and my daughter had the best time. - Alan met us at the property carried our bags up to the apartment, nothing was a bother. On entering the property my first word was wow and the full week every time we entered that word stayed in my head. It was WOW the view was to die for, the balcony was so big and had the sun all day. Great washing machine, cooker and great facilities. The welcome bottle fizz sitting on the balcony beers and water in the fridge was such a lovely touch. Thank you again Alan for sharing the beautiful apartment with myself and daughter. That it isn’t available my next stay.

• Geraldine (10/5): Well equipped apartment in great location with great hosts! - We were so lucky to get a booking at this apartment again. Alan and Don are the best hosts, and attend to every detail in the apartment, and the booking process itself. Their communication is excellent, from arranging arrival to checking if everything is ok during your stay. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need to make for a comfortable stay, right from the start with lovely welcome touches. The private balcony which has all day sun, overlooks the harbour, and has a view out to sea all the way to Fuerteventura. From breakfast to sunset the views are magnificent, and you have the choice of sun loungers on the balcony or by the pool on the complex, with towels supplied. This apartment has shops, bars, and restaurants right on the doorstep, with several on Calle Reina Sofia, and lots more just minutes away at the Old Town Harbour. There’s a large SuperDino about two minutes walk, and the Biosfera Shopping Centre about five minutes. TIP- to walk to the Biosfera, turn left on Calle Botabara to avoid the hill. Also within walking distance is a larger Spar, and Lidl. Ideally situated for travel to other parts of the Island, there are bus stops either uphill at Balcon del Mar, or downhill at Costa Volcan (near Drunken Monkey bar), and a Taxi Rank outside the Biosfera Shopping Centre. The water taxi in the harbour, which you can see coming and going from the balcony takes you to Puerto Calero and takes about 25 mins. The only problem I have in recommending this apartment is that it may be fully booked when next we visit Puerto del Carmen!!
