• Tihončuka (4/5): - В целом для "переночевать" -сойдёт,особенно если спать в кресле (к нему меньше всего претензий, плюс что есть сауна,бильярд. Грязно,мебель поломана (из дивана пружина,раскладной диваны-вовсе не раскладные),от холодильника лужа,а в холодильнике мокрые полотенца и неприятный запах в дивана грязь,по всем -мусор , в мусорнике мусор, плита грязная,шкафчики тоже,душ-течёт.

• Joanna (3/5): - Stół bilardowy. Zimno, brudno, pleśń, zapach masakra. Piłkarzyki - są zepsute. Sauna - baliśmy się ją uruchomić, niby ok i chyba to była jedna w miarę czysta rzecz w tym miejscu, ale są na niej jakieś rzeczy w trakcie remontu, moim zdaniem nie spełnia norm bhp. Podobnie jak całość. W łazience wielki grzyb na rurach. Całą noc kichałam (alergia na pleśń). Kanapy dramatycznie niewygodne. Katastrofa.

• Rima (10/5): - Patogi buto vieta. Buvom vieni, be kaimynų, nes rūsys. Kai kieme karšta, čia maloniai vėsu buvo. Įspūdingi piešiniai, ne paveikslai ant sienų. Daug žaislų/žaidimų vaikams. Nors mano jau didoki vaikai, bet rado kuo užsiimti bute ir be telefonų. Puiki vieta didesnei kompanijai su vaikais ar net jaunimui. Pirmas šokas įėjus - labai tamsu. Gal būtų galima įrengti kokią švieselę nuo judesio daviklio (ar durų atidarymo), kad atidarius duris šviesa įsijungtų...
• Emi Lija (10/5): Nestandartinės patalpos vakarėliui, šeimoms su vaikais - Patalpose yra elektrinė sauna, biliardo stalas, Xbox, Netflix ir dar daugybė žaislų mažiems vaikams - buvo patogu užsiimti savo veiklomis, kol vaikai savarankiškai žaidė, o žaidė labai ilgai, kiek galėjo, ir tai paros neužteko, verkė išvažiuodami :D Patalpos labai originalios, nestandartinės, ypač patiko tapybos darbai ant sienų ir nuoširdi administratoriaus komunikacija. Patalpose vis dar vyksta remonto darbai - dar ne iki galo įrengtos, kol nežinojome rezervacijos metu. Trūksta dušo užuolaidų (ar kito uždengimo), nes šalta praustis. Nepalikta degtukų virtuvėje dujinei viryklei užkurti. Šaldytuve likęs praėjusių nuomininkų maistas :)
• Burget (6/5): A hippie-like experience. OK to stay with children for a few nights, at least in summertime. - Quiet and private location not too far from city center. Couches for enough sleeping room. TV, pool table and games that children liked. Located in the basement and stone floors were cold but slippers were provided. Supermarket just across the street. Poorly equipped with dishes and kitchen utensils, not too clean. No shower gel nor cooking oil etc. Everything felt unfinished and not properly built or renovated. We spotted some mold in the bathroom.

• Teovitk (2/5): Owner lied to us about the refund, we didn't stay at the place and haven't got a refund Place stinks - The only good thing about this place is that it is spacious. Outside entrance looks horrible. It leads to the basement which looks like a beaten down soviet union times bunker. Inside it smelled very bad and moldy. Even with the doors and windows opened for a while the smell wasn't going away. All the furniture and equipment inside is worn-out. Immediately after entering the place I have connected with the owner and mentioned how horrible it smelled and that my 4-year old boy was getting sick of that smell. Owner said that there is no problem and he will return the money, so we left. It's been 2 months already and I haven't received any refund from the owner. Couple times I reached to the owner in the later weeks asking about his mentioned refund, and all the time he was making excuses that he is checking on something. Do not trust this owner, plus like I said this place is not worth any cent, just for how horrible it smells not to mention all other disadvantages.

• Aris (3/5): Poor - Staff was very friendly There was no real beds. I would say that the facility is more appropriate for teenager party rather than as an apartment. Also the smell was bad. If we would not arrive so late, I would go to another place. Also booking rating 8.2 was very misleading
• Alisa (10/5): Exceptional - We traveled with the family. Kids really liked the place, older had Netflix and billiard and the little one enjoyed playing with the toys. Beautiful paintings and very unusual design, The location is very good. Maxima is the next door. The host is super friendly! The entrance maybe a little bit scary, but inside is really cool.
• Pauliina (1/5): We couldn't stay there at all - Owner was superfriendly and helpful, that was the only positive thing at all. Everything else. We stayed there 39 minutes and decide to leave. I got bad headache and my daughter got breathing problems. We use always budget-friendly accommodations so we know what we can expect for cheap prices, especially in Baltic countries. What we don't expect is very bad smell of mold and dirtyness. I didn't want to take out my shoes or touch anywhere. I touched for one sticky kettle, saw the dirt and that was enough. This place is renovation place without beds, they are dirty sofa beds. I actually feel bad to say this cause owner was really nice to us, but I just want to be honest and tell that there is so many problems what need to be fixed, starting with mold.

• Edmunds (9/5): Superb - Sauna was 70 degrees for us, wide place, slippers, children enjoyed playing, you won't trouble other neighbours, Maxima next doors, Old City 4 minutes by car. Quick communication.
• Marcela (2/5): Very poor - Unfortunately, we were not too happy. The air in the accommodation was very bad. Furthermore, it was not cleaned well, the kitchen was not clean and the cooker did not work, so we couldn't make dinner the first night. However, the next day the owner brought us an electric cooker, but I think everything should have been fine when we arrived as we had asked about the kitchen beforehand. I understand that the owner is renovating the accommodation, but unfortunately for us it was very uncomfortable and we would definitely not choose this accommodation again.
