The owner was very welcoming, respectful, and personal. We felt at home. Wished there is a sink in the kitchenette area. But compared to the price, it's still a good value to stay here.

Nei dintorni sono inoltre presenti vari servizi e luoghi in cui poter mangiare, dai ristoranti, ai fast-food alle pizzerie. E' stato tutto molto piacevole e la struttura si presta a soggiorni brevi o lunghi... suggerirei di inserire una piccola cucina e un lavello nella zona pranzo.

• JIYAO (10/5): From the time I made the reservation until after I checked out, the owner's personality was excellen - There was welcome water, and the owner showed me to my room upon arrival. There was a refrigerator and electric kettle, and I could buy snacks at a nearby supermarket. There was also a microwave, although I didn't use it. There were two air conditioners, which were effective even in a large room. The hot water in the sink wasn't working properly, but the hot water in the shower and bathtub was fine, so I had no trouble brushing my teeth. I had some questions about luggage after check-out, and the owner was very attentive and helpful. From the time I made the reservation until after I checked out, the owner's personality was excellent. None

The bed was very comfortable too. It was a lovely walk into the town and the neighbourhood was quiet. The apartment is close to the bus and train station which made an easy journey from the airport.

The location was perfect — conveniently situated between the train station and major attractions, so it was easy to get around. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. • Katrina (9/5): Great spot to access the city - Was an exceptionally large apartment with seperate lounge and bedroom. Host was nice and showed us the facilities. Location was great, easy to walk to all major attractions, shopping and restaurants. There was no sink apart from the bathroom.

He met us to welcome us and show us around the apartment - or should I say a house, it was huge! There was some facilities for making coffee and had a fridge which was good for making a sandwich for busy walking days. Aircon in the main room and lounge which was a life saver in the 35 degree heat in summer.

It was fast (15 min) and safety. In the morning you can eat a sweet or salt breakfast just 3 m from the entrance, in an authentic Veronese bar
• Lesley (8/5): Excellent overnight stay within ten minutes walk of the old town. - Midway between the train/bus station and the old town. Air. Con was great. Comfortable beds and everything very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Fridge, kettle, coffee machine crockery, cutlery and microwave all very handy. As we had to use the bathroom to wash our pots a bowl to carry them through and some washing up liquid and a t towel would be useful. It is made clear that there is no kitchen sink though so this is not a criticism just a suggestion.
• Marina (10/5): Amazing place, amazing host, amazing location - I have to begin by praising Francesco! What a great host! The best one that I've met. But he wasn't the only great thing about Residenza Locatelli. The apartment is huge, very clean, very safe, extremely comfortable and quiet. Francesco left tea, water and coffee for us, which was really kind. And the location was perfect for us. The apartment is about 7 minutes walking from Verona Porta Nuova Train Station, and about 8/10 minutes to the Arena di Verona. We had the best time at the Residenza Locatelli and we'll for sure recommend it to our friends and hopefully come back! The only thing is that you can't cook at the apartment neither wash dishes, it doesn't have a stove or a sink. But, who wants to cook while visiting Italy? Haha! So for us, it wasn't a problem

He is fast in responding messages that makes the check in process flawless. Francesco is very helpful and went beyond his duty in helping us solving some issues. We are very grateful for his help. After traveling so many countries and staying in different accommodations, I must say he is the best host I have ever met. Other than that the apartment is great. It is spacious, spotless clean and attentive to details. Location is in between the train station and Verona arena, we walked around the area and enjoyed the old town. Verona is a nice place and I will be back and stay at this apartment again. Nothing

A great location in a quiet residential area but near to the old town and the train station. Very spacious and clean. The space is a converted office and is very large with a sitting room, dining room, full bathroom and bedroom. The accomodation is basic, furnishings were new and the place was clean. While it does not have a kitchen, Franchesco very thoughtfully provided coffee pods; spare chargers and tourist information.

I think it's great for a family. The location is not in the center of the city. I personally liked it because the center of the city is crowded and I don't mind walking 10 min to get there, but it might be difficult for some people.

• Israel (9/5): Great stay and lovely apartment, very close to train station and so many choices close by. - Francesco, was absolutely amazing, what a lovely guy and the place has so much to offer, It lacked nothing. Great WiFi, plenty space, nice tea/coffee choices, fridge and Microwave. I will definitely highly recommend. Deserving of the 9+ rating. This isn't an issue but a request if possible. It would be nice if the TV software could be updated, to use the apps like Netflix and etc.
• Daniel (10/5): Convenient and spacious apartment in lovely Verona. - This conveniently located apartment on a quiet street was fantastic. I wish that I was able to stay a few more days and enjoy both the apartment and the city of Verona. The location is only about a ten minute walk from the train station and about 15 minutes to reach the center of the old town. Francisco is a very friendly and detail oriented host. I would gladly stay in the apartment again if / when I return to Verona.

All was good, starting from the check-in when we met with the host Francesco to collect the keys, the process went very smoothly. Francesco is an amazing host, super kind, helpful, and willing to be there for you for anything you might need. The location couldn't be more perfect - you could walk over to the train station, in case you want to visit other cities while sleeping in Verona since it has good connections to many other fantastic places, such as Venice, Trento, Vincenza, etc. Moreover, you could also walk to the center of town and feel safe even at night. As for the place itself, the apartment is spacious and clean and it smells heavenly. The rooms are cute and have all that you need. You can find tea, coffee, and even water in the kitchen. It truly felt like home, I had lovely evenings there. Grazie mille Francesco, it was an incredible experience. No complaints at all! Perfetto! :)

He gave us a full tour and explained how to use things and showed us places we could visit on the map. The apartment is huge and the bed super comfy. We will be recommending this place to our family and friends and would stay here again if we come back to Verona. 10/10!
