• Agris (6/5): - The apartment was good and had everything needed for living, except for the upstairs neighbours. When we arrived at the accommodation on the first day, we heard loud footsteps stomping on the second floor — at first we thought a small child was running around up there, but then we noticed it only happened when we came home. Very loud walking continues until late in the evening and also early in the mornings. A couple more things to note: after the first day we found a note in Italian asking us not to slam the doors loudly; on the last night we were watching TV until 11 PM, quietly, at around volume level eight, which is normal — quite low. Having read other reviews, we realised this had happened to others too — it seems the apartment owner is not on good terms with the residents of the upstairs flat.

• Andrea (9/5): Soggiorno molto piacevole (con un piccolo appunto) - Posizione eccellente per raggiungere i maggiori luoghi di interesse; reperibilità dell'host quando abbiamo avuto bisogno, L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito, accogliente e luminoso L'unico piccolo neo è stata la rumorosità: in alcuni momenti della giornata si sentivano dei rumori. Nulla di insopportabile, ma per chi ha il sonno molto leggero potrebbe essere un dettaglio da considerare.
• Rebeka (8/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, közel a belvárosohoz, tömegközlekedés is könnyen elérhető. A szállás közelében sok jó étterem, bolt is található. A szállásadó készséggel állt rendelkezésre mindig, az apartman felszerelt volt, pont megfelelő. A szomszédok nagyon hangosak voltak, dübögtek, rohangáltak, ugráltak. Mindegy volt, hogy az éjszaka közepe van, hajnal egy órakor, vagy pedig reggel nyolc óra, esetleg délután kettő megállás nélkül ugráltak a plafonon, szaladgáltak.

• Rhiannon (6/5): A great space and good location. - Great location, easily accessible and a big living space. After the first night there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom that completely overwhelmed the space.

• Arasolpi (8/5): Retired couple - Spacious flat, everything needed found there. Nice location, easy to get in. Venice was a little bit moist and the heating was complicated.

• Kamilė (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is in a really good place. Also there’s everything you need. The host is really nice - she even let us leave our baggage earlier than we were supposted - and it was such a nice thing to do, because getting around Venice is so uncomfortible :) The main thing that was a game changer for us - the sound isolation between this apartment and neighbours above. We could hear everything and they were so loud running around until really late and from very early. We couldn’t sleep without our earplugs and it’s not very comfortable for 5 nights in a row. Maybe other guests aren’t so sensitive, but it was very annoying for us. Also the flat wasn’t so clean.
• Mehmet (8/5): Very good - amazing location in the Cannaregio district, with easy access to many popular locations in Venice. due to the structure of the building, you could hear neighbors in the building easily; but since we didn't stay in most of the time, it was not a big problem

• Merili (6/5): Pleasant - Unbelievably hear-through walls and ceiling. Upstair neighbours started running back and forth already 6:30 am.

• Nicola (8/5): A wonderful little apartment in a great location. - Location is excellent…very close to Vaporetto stop for easy connections to the airport and northern islands of Murano, Burano etc, but also close enough to easily walk to key places, e.g Rialto and St Mark’s. There is an excellent little bakery in the square and also a fresh fish stall…fresh veg stall 5 minutes walk. Perfect! Apartment very well equipped…coffee machine was brilliant ( note Lavazza coffee pods not Nespresso type…delicious coffee! ) Very comfortable and stylish place to stay. Much has been said about the noise…it is true that footsteps from upstairs are clearly heard…at times it sounds like a herd of elephants running around, but that’s all…no music or shouting or anything of that nature. As a female travelling alone I was slightly unsettled that the door cannot be locked from inside and it is a keyless system with codes instead, so anyone knowing the code could come into the apartment freely. Regularly changing the code would solve this. Sometimes there was an unpleasant drain like smell within the apartment.

• Όλγα (5/5): Good location, but VERY noisy and dirty (full of animal hairs) - + Great location + Quick response and help by the host - Tidy but dirty - Full of animal hairs - Towels smelled bad, due to humidity in the bathroom - VERY noisy (sometimes it felt that the neighbors were in the apartment) - Didn’t clean it during 3 night we stayed, didn’t change bed sheets
• Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - Great localization, flat was very clean and spacious. All the things we needed were here - we were especially glad to find iron. Air conditioning was present in the flat, so it was easier to stand very hot nights. I strongly recommend this accomodation :)
• Laura (9/5): Superb - Location was great! Clean and comfortable! Good bed. Nice modern bathroom. Washing machine was a plus. Beware of the lady living above :)) she almost knocked our door down shouting and screaming for not locking the main entrance door in the building after 22:00.. 5 min right after we got there on the 1st night. We got the message after that so everything was ok.
