Guest Reviews
- Iryna (10/5): -
- Emma (8/5): Excellent location but apartment could do with a re vamp - Location was excellent for Winter Gardens. Apartment was spacious A lot of mess outside the apartment when we arrived, apartment could do with a lick of paint and get rid of the damp/mould patches, beds were quite uncomfortable, could do with investing in some new mattresses!
- Aleksandr (10/5): - Все просто великолепно. Наличие одного маленького ножа)))
- ANGELA (9/5): Tammy and Darren are fabulous hosts always on hand to help with anything needed. We were there for a dance competition i - I love the location of the property as it’s close to the town centre. Just a short walk to the winter gardens & tower. All amenities are close by. The property is home from home has plenty of space and with a washing machine, fridge and microwave you can have the choice of making dinner on a budget or dine out. There were a few cobwebs this time round and the cigarette butt trashcan was overflowing and hadn’t been emptied also the wheelie bins were both full so couldn’t put bags inside the bins so had to leave at the side of the bins but other than that we had no other issues and would definitely stay again in the future.

- Claire (9/5): - Great location, comfortable and clean. Having the owners knock on to ask us to leave at 10.30
- Sally (7/5): October stay - Perfect location for Winter Gardens. It could do with some more kitchen supplies, e.g. sharp knife for cutting etc.
- Oksana (9/5): - Great location, good size bedrooms and nice kitchen!
- Emma Jy (7/5): Good Blackpool apartment, well situated - Super location, just a short walk down the road from the Winter Gardens arena, and then to the Blackpool Tower. Self-contained flat. Easy to access. Warm with heating on (late October). Main bedroom was very spacious and comfy, as was the living room. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. The Internet was intermittently "connected but no internet" especially Saturday evening. Parking was £27 for 3 days as the cheaper carpark was full (we arrived Friday lunchtime), but was just down the road, and I think all central Blackpool has similar rates. No dishwasher. No tea towel.
- Daryl (9/5): Was very enjoyable,we would always try to stay here first if it’s available.. - It’s the second time we’ve stayed here for our annual Blackpool weekend, four of us were there(blokes)…we like it that we got room to relax and move about in there, have a cuppa and a bit of telly before going out..the facilities are spot on for what we need/want..will always try and stay there for future trips..👍 The only gripe one or two of us had was getting in at the end of the night trying to line the key code numbers up…but that was probably down to a lack of light and a high alcohol consumption 😳
- Tracy (10/5): - Great location Nothing
- whitby (7/5): Great loacation nice little set up all and all a nice stay and would definitely stay again - The bed in the main room was super comfy couldn’t wait to get back into it The Wi-Fi was a bit of a struggle but there was a few people using it to be fair
- Stephen (10/5): - Everything in apartment that was needed
- Paul (10/5): - It was very lovely and a very comfortable stay People dumping rubbish in the alley
- janet (7/5): Good location and okay generally - Location was close to winter gardens. Was comfortable stay. Well equipped with basic furnishings generally.
Was generally clean apart from what is listed below. There is a lot of black mould in the bathroom on the tiles. Shouldn't be there. There is also some mould in the bedroom with the double bed by skirting board which needs attention.
Could do with a chopping knife in the kitchen and some privacy coverings over the windows so can leave curtains open to allow daylight through.
Was expensive for what the apartment was.
We also did not like the stairs up and down from one side of the apartment to the other. We had a blind person in our group and although it lists stairs to access the apartment it does not say that you need to navigate stairs up and down to get from the lounge to the kitchen or the bathroom. This was hazardous for my son. Had he not been blind it would have been fine.
- Maureen (10/5): Family get together - Not far from train station or the town centre.
The apartment was very nice, comfy beds a d everything we needed was there.
Good value for money.
I would recommend. It could've had a full length mirror, I could only see top of my head in the bedroom mirror..
Everything was perfect in every way, and there was a lot of car parks nearby so we put it In one of them.
Brilliant weekend. Thank you.
- Julie (6/5): all in all was ok. - ok overall stair carpet at top needs repairing, kept catching toes on the carpet gripper.. property a little dated.
further from park than i expected, thought we would be able to leave car at property.. too far to do that.
- Phillip (8/5): Great stay marred by a few little issues that could be easily remedied . - Great location for the Winter Gardens, very clean, spacious, quiet location. The mattresses aren’t great, not very supportive. On a number of occasions the shower went from perfect to scalding in a split second causing me to be whelp a couple of times it was that hot! The small stairs between rooms have grippers under the carpet that pierced my foot a couple of times.
- Nadine (10/5): - The location was brilliant
And it was so clean and tidy
Everything we needed was there
Fresh clean towels
Iron, hair dryer etc
Toilet roll kitchen roll Nothing it was perfect
- Rebecca (10/5): - In a great location, absolutely beautiful apartment. Even better in person than the photos! All plugs have a stopper on one side of a 2-sided plug
- Michelle (8/5): - Ideal location for winter gardens event
- Sarah (7/5): We had a nice time at Blackpool zoo and had a lovely take away a change only 2 nights arrived late - It was a nice house we stayed there a few years ago I think there were a few changes from last time different furniture and possibly decorated the wallpaper was lovely there was a TV in one bedroom and the lounge and it was clean I think perhaps new appliances and worktops? It has a nice bathroom with a bath and shower over it we shared a few nice messages with the hosts they kindly posted few things I had left there I offered to pay postage but Tammy kindly paid it which was kind and much appreciated. There are just a few things we weren't happy with firstly the curtain in the lounge fell off and it's rail came off each time we tried to draw it I told the owners so hopefully ok now,the nest of tables in the lounge were broken and brought our Amazon stick but WiFi wasn't very strong so didn't work well lastly the dog living at the back of them who sounded big was barking a lot on the second night about 2am I think he lives outside the owner tri ed to stop him barking but it lasted a long time I love dogs have one myself but he's always quiet at night.

- Marie (10/5): Excellent apartment - The location was excellent. Our granddaughter's dance comps were held at the Winter Gardens and the apartment was just a short walk away. The apartment was lovely and roomy, with a tv in each room and lots of towels too. Kitchen had everything you could need and everywhere was spotless. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again The spare bed in the lounge wasn't very comfortable, which is a shame as it was the only thing that was a negative. All other beds were excellent
- Dani (8/5): Very good - Apartment was ideal location to the Blackpool Tower where we were attending a dance festival. it was only a few minutes walk.
Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for the short time we were there.
Parking was ideal as managed to get parked outside of the apartment. The area is quite rough, my friends car got broke into outside the apartment which was no fault of the owner of the apartment. Just ensure you have your car locked at all times or park it in a secure car park to avoid this happening.
We seen a few junkies hanging around the street but this is pretty much everywhere is Blackpool.
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. Toiletries and cleaning supplies provided too. Lovely and clean and a great central location. The host Tammy was very helpful and informative and communicated well.
- Elizabeth (7/5): Excellent location and good value - Location was fabulous - 3 minute walk to the Winter Gardens ballroom and shops/cafes/beach. Easy walk to the station.
Excellent Italian restaurant also 3 minute walk!
Free parking was a bonus. All instructions were sent on time and were clear.
Plenty of hot water. The side tables in the lounge were not very robust - you needed to move them carefully otherwise they may have broken. Possibly need replacing or the wooden pegs need a bit of glue!
- James (10/5): Would certainly book again. - Very close to town centre and very clean. Not a complaint but maybe a hook on the inside of the bathroom door would be good.
- Yokekum (9/5): Superb - Spacious , clean, kitchen, location Mattress in master bedroom
Wifi offen unable to connection
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Magro (9/5): Superb -
- Wrigley (8/5): Very good - Location was brilliant, spacious apartment, parking right outside, had 2 good night's sleep. Would stay there again has everything you need, good value for money Everytime I walked on the kitchen floor my feet stuck to it, not sure if it was the cleaning product used or something else as the floor didnt look dirty.
- Niki (10/5): Stayed here a couple of times now for dance weekend . Very comfortable close to winter gardens . Owners friendly and hel - Comfortable apartment very clean rooms a good size close to town centre and winter gardens for dance weekend . Good size kitchen with everything you need .
- Angela (10/5): This is my 3rd year staying with Darren and Tammy and they never disappoint. Exceptional hosts the apartment is basic bu - Love the location, the fact the property has a washing machine and is a self contained flat and also has its own little garden. Not do much I didn’t like, just more an observation there was a musty smell from the drains and few cobwebs on ceilings, and think bathroom flooring may need changed but the place is amazing.
- Carole (8/5): Very good - Location Great for a cheerleading competition at the winter gardens and for shopping centre. Free parking was a bonus . Beds really comfy . Tea / coffee / sugar / hand-wash/ washing up liquid provided. No instructions for the oven.
- Terry (10/5): Exceptional - It was clean and comfortable. Felt just like a home. Polyester bed sheets made me sweat during sleep.
- Sarah (9/5): Excellent -
- Ian (7/5): It might be a good idea to put the heating on a few hours before the guests arrive especially in the winter honestly I’v - It’s beautiful and clean and plenty of space the owner was so helpful We went beginning of January and the place was freezing when we got there it’s such a big space it took a very long time to get warm , which wasn’t good with a 5 month old baby . We could work the heating out so was woke up a few times in the night very cold , the radiator in the kitchen didn’t work so we had to keep the door shut .But other than that the place is really good
- Lindsey (10/5): Great apartment - The apartment was really good size, with everything needed. Location was great. The travel cot had cob webs in the corners.
- Laura (8/5): Will definitely book again - great apartment! - Fantastic location, the apartment had everything we needed for a weekend away. We were at a competition at Winter Gardens so the location was absolutely ideal and we'll definitely be booking again. Great contact and instructions from the host, everywhere was lovely and clean. Beds slightly soft for our liking and a mirror would have been good in the twin bedroom, but great apartment that was in a brilliant location for Winter Gardens so this wouldn't put us off from staying again.
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good -
- Kelly (6/5): Good location beds could be better - Location was great, host was helpful when another guest was parked in my allocated parking space. All of the beds were uncomfortable. Had to purchase an airbed as the "sofa bed" mattress was so thin the kids could feel the metal of the bed frame. I did relay this back to the host who just laughed.
- Jason (10/5): Fantastic as usual. - Stayed her a couple of times already and in a good location with parking. All things accommodated for. Will use again in the future .
- Linda (10/5): Great apartment, would book again. - Ideal accommodation in great location. Close to the winter gardens, we were there for a dance competition.
Large apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Nothing
- Julie (9/5): Great property, very clean, perfect location. Needs a new bed and mattress! - It’s a great size, in a good location, it’s central but quiet. The parking is a bonus and it’s very clean. The bed is uncomfortable, the property lost marks due to the uncomfortable bed. I would have rated the property a 10 if there was a more comfortable mattress! I commented on this last year as well!
- Molly (8/5): Very good -
- Adam (3/5): Poor - Location was excellent The property needed a cleaning (cobwebs). The bed was very rickety in the main bedroom. Door would not close between the kitchen and living room.
- Charlotte (7/5): Good -
- Karen (8/5): Good time had by all. - Location. Facilities ideal for family visiting Blackpool. Parking was a bit inconvenient but once we asked a nice parking warden. All was sorted.
- Joanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Scarlett (7/5): Great location and fabulous hosts - The location was fabulous, Darren and tammy are also lovely, very accommodating. We had a problem with the radiator and they fixed it straight away. There was just a few little issues like we found a lot of items left behind from the last people that were there behind the radiator and under the bed. The beds were very creaky and uncomfortable and the door to enter it took us several attempts to lock and open it with the key. I think if those issues were fixed it would be worth the money but it is quite expensive with those issues.
- Daryl (9/5): Superb -
- William (10/5): overall very good - Location couldn't of been better for us, close to center but quiet. parking was good, right in front of the front door. plenty of room inside and clean. might be time for a new mattress in the main bedroom.
- Stacey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Florenda (10/5): Our stay is Brilliant, easy access to everything. Reasonable priced for our stay. - We didnt order breakfast, we cook our own breakfast. Location was good easy access to the Promenade.
The appartment is complete but some are missing like Rice cooker, bin bag....but the rest are perfect The double decker bed is a bit noisy everytime you moved it sounds...a bit annoying.... just a bit.
- Henritta (10/5): Excellent place - We loved the apartment it was very cosy, nice and clean. The kids loved it and didn't want to leave. The location is great and you can walk to the beach and town. Easy to find.
- Danielle (9/5): Superb - It was clean and spacious which is rare on both counts for blackpool. The only negative I have is the towels didn't fit around any person.
- Jen (10/5): Brilliant stay in a fantastic flat. - We had the best stay, all super comfortable beds, fully equipped, perfect central location, super clean and tidy, ridiculously quiet for the location, parking close by, nice enclosed outdoor area. Really happy with our stay.
- Cullinane (10/5): Great wee property. Clean and welcoming. - Great location, quiet street yet only 5 mins to the main attractions.
The property is comfortable with all amenities to make a comfortable stay with outside seating hitch is a little sun trap.
We’d absolutely return and thank you for providing a lovely place for our visit.
Best wishes
Annie, Janice & Bea Nothing.
- Ran (9/5): Superb -
- Camilleri (8/5): Lovely stay. - Excellent Location, very spacious, well equipped. Helpful hosts. The sofa bed could have been a bit more comfortable.
- Alison (8/5): Very good -
- Stuart (8/5): Very good -
- Angela (8/5): Very good -
- Gemma (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely accommodation. Perfect location within walking distance to shops, tower and winter gardens. Car park a few meters down the road but you can pull up outside to off load luggage.
- Ben (7/5): Good -
- Winifrida (8/5): Very good - The location (very close to a big supermarket and shopping area and Winter Garden), spacious toilet and bath, spacious kitchen, masters bedroom and living room. The lay-out of the room is not good. You need to cross and go up and down the stairs to get from the kitchen to the dining room. Transferring utensils and food from the kithen to the dining area is not convenient. Since the kitchen is spacious, two to four bar stools can be added in the kitchen (under the counter top) to give one the option of eating right there in the kitchen instead of moving to the dining room.
The kitchen was lacking in basic stuff - a good/sharp kitchen knife (there was a small one that is difficult to use for cutting), a coffee maker that will allow you to use ground coffee (not instant) as there were a lot of good ground coffee in the supermarket. Maybe add an oven toaster for quickly toasting breads like croissants.
- Hollie (9/5): Superb - Lovely rooms very clean The sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest
- Bowers (10/5): Exceptional -
- Niki (10/5): Great stay good value for money will stay there again and would highly recommend to other people - Was central to everything especially the winter gardens property was clean well equipped and quiet just what you need on a family trip to Blackpool for dance . My grandson loves staying here as he has allergies so we can make him his food with no worries and always says he’s had a good night’s sleep Was nothing I didn’t like
- Emma (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good, once you navigated the one way system and parking situation. Easy to walk to the tower, which was our purpose of the stay. Property was tired everything was worn, blinds and flooring definitely need attention.
- Clare (8/5): Nice stay with parking - Location was great for the winter gardens. Nothing
- Dave (10/5): Perfect stay - Perfect location for the town center and winter gardens ,free parking was a bonus , very clean comfortable spacious apartment Honestly say there was nothing I didn't like
- Lyndsay (9/5): This apartment is close to Winter Gardens. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. - Location All good
- Shaunna (9/5): Superb -
- Mark (10/5): Perfect weekend family home/hotel.. everything provided 😊 - Fantastic property for a weekend dance competition in the tower ballroom, everything we needed Only vet minor thing.. socket next to a mirror, for hair dryer!!
- Briana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tony (8/5): We had a good stay and would return. - The location of the property is fantastic. It was spotlessly clean. An enjoyable stay. Cutlery needs looking at. Just two teaspoons.Only one very small tea towel. Plates and plastic glasses for children. Not enough coathangers.
- Bianca (8/5): Fantastic apartment, fantastic location. - Very nicely kept and equipped. Sofa bed was not comfy for two adults. Not the property’s fault. But not really suitable for adults. Advertised as with parking but had to park in car park, space out front for loading only but somebody did park all weekend (could well have been owners which makes sense)
- Wendy (9/5): Superb - Flat was very clean and spacious. Had everything you need for your stay. Parking space was a huge bonus.
- Shun (9/5): Superb -
- Mila (8/5): Very good -
- Dawn (9/5): Superb -
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jamie (7/5): Good location - Good location
Off road parking Uncomfortable single beds with thin duvets- wooden bed is broken.
Only 3 can sit comfortably on the sofas.
Stairs are steep.
Needs hovering in the corners.
Mould in the bathroom
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional - What a great find! Location is fantastic so close to everything Blackpool! Clean and tidy place, main bedroom is large with sofa, car parking wasn’t an issue as car park literally just around the corner.
- Tara (8/5): Would definitely return - Was lovely and clean, nice and cosy. There were little extras like Teabags, coffee and sugar etc. We was very pleased with the apartment overall Only problem was that we couldn't regulate the water temperature in the shower so we wouldn't allow the children in there as it would go very hot to very cold.
- Emma (10/5): Perfect, clean, everything we needed - Every thing was perfect Nothing
- Anonymous (9/5): excellent, lovely clean apartment, brilliant central but quiet location - the location was excellent, it was close to the winter gardens and central, but it was also quiet. it was very clean and warm. the apartment was also a really good size. bathroom and kitchen were Lovely and modern the mattress in the main bedroom wasn’t very comfortable. and the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good.
- Katie (8/5): Very good -
- Tulk (8/5): Lovely stay. We experienced some issues with the people staying in the downstairs flat, messaged the owner who responded - Excellent location

Very clean and well equipped.
Parking right outside the door. Only one tiny thing missing- could do with a bread knife 🤔 other than that all we needed was there.

- Jontysun (9/5): Superb - TV in bouble bedroom was great. Free parking at the property. Location. No wardrobe in twin bedroom. WI-FI was a bit up and down.
- Craig (8/5): Very good -
