• christiane (6/5): Appartement très bien mais gestion insatisfaisante . - L appartement situé dans un très bel immeuble ancien est très agréable grand et très bien décoré. 2 chambres avec salle de bain spacieuses, bon emplacement pour visiter Florence, proche des principaux sites touristiques et de la gare .Un bon restaurant sur la place , très pratique. La gestion de cet appartement par l agence est très insatisfaisante : difficultés à joindre les multiples interlocuteurs , réponse tardive à nos demandes, pas de rigueur et pas de contrôle des équipements fournis : ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas, un des 2 sèche-cheveux ne fonctionne pas...la cafetière italienne proposée n est pas compatible avec la plaque à induction et aucun adaptateur n est fourni . La 3 ème chambre en mezzanine ne dispose pas de rangement, même pas un portant...sa salle de bain assez sommaire.est en rez de chaussée . On nous a demandé de payer la taxe de séjour en liquide en laissant l argent dans l appartement quelqu un étant censé venir le récupérer...ce que nous avons refusé bien sûr...devant notre insistance, une personne est venue en notre présence la veille de notre départ... Pour résumer, l appartement est très bien mais sa gestion laisse à désirer.

Nice volume and high potential for this apartment Leak in a toilet -> need to clean twice a day ourselves despite warning the host No good water evacuation in any shower, destroying the floor and 1-2cm persistent water minimum when using, no reaction when warning the host. General poor cleaning + few furnitures broken

• Mark (3/5): Generally disappointed and was questioned twice about a deposit that - Location was good Property needs a serious update. Electric sockets hanging off walls. Kitchen tops in really bad state En suite bathroom in one room full of mold around shower basin.
• Philip (8/5): Stylish apartment in a good location to enjoy all central Florence has to offer! - Good place with all the facilities we needed, including air con, and in a good location! Nothing to report!
• Sg (7/5): The location is good, apartment is okay - The location was good, easy to walk to many attractions and transit was very close by as well. The showers floor is angled away from the drain so that the water floods the shower stall. I think for this reason, the whole apartment smelled a little damp. The kitchen is small and doesn't really accommodate cooking.

• Joseph (6/5): Very nice spacious apartment, well located but with some current noise issues. - The location was very convenient for virtually everything. The apartment was spacious. The host/property manager was very pleasant and responsive to our issues, but not able to resolve all. This apartment has the potential to be great with a few minimal improvements, basic upgrades and once the adjacent construction is completed. Unfortunately, the apartment is adjacent to a massive ongoing construction/renovation project and the construction noises which reverberate through the walls, began at 8am-5pm daily (except Sunday) were very disturbing. Also, there was an irreparable problem in the plumbing pipes creating relentless loud noises in 2 of the bathroom toilets. The neighborhood is great during the day, but at night Piazza Independenza was a little seedy, especially on weekend nights where local riff-raff congregate, get drunk, singing loudly, well into the night (after 3am). The kitchen, while adequate, could use some storage space for groceries. The TV was miniscule.

• Nomi/jess (10/5): Great location out of the busy bustle, spacious and comfortable with an authentic Florence feel - A beautiful apartment- spacious and comfortable for our family of six. The host was pleasant and answered any questions we had. The air conditioners worked well. We had a great time and would happily recommend it to others. The beds were a bit too soft, there was no drying rack (there is a washing machine) which would have been useful. Other than that we were very happy and have no other comments. It was a good choice.
• Lynette (9/5): Spacious and easily accessible ground floor apartment in fabulous location. - This ground floor apartment was very spacious giving plenty of room for a large family. The only negative was that it was a little dark and could be noisy in the early morning for the front rooms.
