• Zsóka Borbála (4/5): - Közel volt a 13.kerülethez. Tiszta ágynemű és törölköző, kényelmes ágy. Egyszerűen kiábrándító. Beszakadt fal, betört ajtó, leszakadt ablakzsanér, hiányzó villanykapcsoló előlap, leeső zuhany szabályozó. Beszakadt kanapé karfa. Koszos zuhanytálca és a zuhanyfüggöny alja. Minden csupa sérülés. A falak, a bútorok. Enyhe dohányszag mindenütt.

• Darian (1/5): This could be a gem if arranged accordingly - Clean sheets - the place was not clean - There was a TV but without a TV Cable - there was no light switch in the bedroom - the couch was really dusty and old
• Damion (9/5): Overall good place to stay. - The heated floors were a please surprise. Outside patio was nice.
• Beka (5/5): Dissapointing experience - The location is good, as it is really close to tram/bus stops as well as metro station. The apartment was not clean, especially bathroom, there were no utensils in the kitchen to properly cook, also no hairdryer. The shower was also damaged. There are electric cables visible in some parts of the apartment without any cover which is quite dangerous. Additionally, no curtains is kind of annoing since it's a ground floor apartment. Generally, I think this can be a great apartment but it needs to be renovated and to be taken care of.
• Ilias (6/5): Pleasant - Close to the centre, easy to find, good communication First of all the hairdryer is not working and smells burned wires so throw it away before someone hurts. The apartment has many potential but it must be renovated. Everything is old, smelly and dirty. If you travel in other European countries and spend 120 euros per night you find fantastic places to stay. Invest in your place and you will get money.
• Anonymous (9/5): Perfect place to feel at home. - The apartment is very nice, with a beautiful terrace. The location is perfect. All was fine. I like it.
• Gabor (5/5): Passable - Easy to get in. Specious. Warm. Comfortable beds. Clean sheets and towels. Plenty of storage cupboard. No curtains on windows. Dirty un-hoovered carpets, sticky dirty table and floor. Mould in the shower. Very few electrical sockets.
