The wifi was pretty slow. The air conditioner on the last night started to leak so we needed to turn it off.

• You (10/5): The accommodation was very comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient, very close to the lake. The breakfast - I think they are all very good. I think the bathroom lock needs to be replaced with a lockable one.

Il est en même temps très au calme et propose une place de stationnement. Il est très bien équipé, et avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Les propriétaires vous accueillent chaleureusement à votre arrivée et fournissent une multitude de renseignements, recommandations, et restent joignables en cas de besoin. Un vrai plus !

• Sandrine (10/5): Super séjour en plein centre-ville de Bellagio. A recommander sans hésiter. - L'emplacement en plein centre de Bellagio, super !!. Village très animé avec beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques cadeaux (cuir, soie, etc). Appartement très confortable, propre, avec tout le matériel nécessaire, y compris le linge de maison. Grande serviabilité des hôtes, qui nous donnent des conseils de visite, des prospectus. Un petit bémol pour l'appartement contenant une seule chambre. Le canapè lit n'est pas très confortable, les enfants ont dû retirer chaque soir le matelas pour dormir par terre. A part ça, ras, super séjour. Nous reviendrions sans hésiter si l'occasion se présentait.

• Jennifer (9/5): Lovely 4 night stay in La Rosa - Location is brilliant, a really short walk to the main pier and in the centre of Bellagio with numerous restaurants on doorstep. Apartment is spacious, equipped with everything you need for your stay, bed very comfortable. Has nice outside space (balcony/terrace) with partial views of lake. Convenient parking outside apartment (additional paid option). Really lovely hosts who provide lots of information and suggestions on arrival, and even a little toy for our toddler for his stay! Bathroom is a bit outdated but completely functional, would benefit from new towels

• Paul (9/5): Fantastic - Excellent location to stay. The hosts were amazing and extremely helpful throughout, during travel and during our stay. Easy walking distance for everything in Bellagio. The parking was a brilliant addition however it was a little unclear initially about where to go. The spaces are just the far side of the Babayaga Restaurant, directly underneath the apartment. Our 4 door pick up fitted nicely. . Rooms very clean and airy. Would stay again.

• Veena (1/5): Awful and overpriced. I would never recommend! - Host was quite rude, and shouted at me on the day of check out. Room was not very clean at all, and very over priced. The bathroom toilet seat was broken. The sofa smelled and had stains, the bed squeaked and the room was very cold. No instructions were provided on how to turn on the heating, we managed to make it work in the living room, but not in the bedroom. No safe provided for valuables. No security and nowhere to drop off the key.

• Rohan (10/5): Loved the location, the apartment and specially the host. Thumbs up on all fronts! - Firstly, the hosts were amazing. They welcomed us and helped us with the bags. Upon entering the apartment they provided us with maps and activity/ ferry schedules and gave great suggestions on places to visit and restaurants to explore. The location of the apartment was great, just 2 minutes walk from the ferry terminals. The apartment was very spacious and the terrace balcony had a view of the gardens and the clock tower. There is also a restaurant right below the apartment which served great food! right next to us was also a salon. All in all, everything was perfect. The apartment does not have a lift, so if that is a necessity for someone then please put this into consideration. However, the host was extremely sweet and helped us in carrying our luggage to the second floor.

Did not want to leave! - Loved the location, the patio area, all the space during our stay (so nice to have a kitchen!), the ability to open the doors to all the rooms and let in the beautiful Lake Como air. The owners are wonderful!! The bed isn’t the most comfortable but we still slept great.

The location was key, as it was a quick walk into the center of Bellagio as well as a quick walk to the point. The hosts were wonderful as well! They met us at the door, briefly showed us around the apartment, and provided recommendations for dining as well as activities. There was a great patio we were able to use and the parking option couldn't have been more convenient. Hard to critique anything with this apartment! The only thing that we noticed was the mattress in the bedroom facing the street wasn't quite as comfy as the other bedroom's. But it was still fine and we'd gladly sleep there again!

• James (10/5): Can't recommend this place enough - Excellent location, right in downtown Bellagio. Right next to a great burger shop with the best burgers I've had in years. You're close to everything. Also, the rooms are spacious and the couple that run the establishment are very helpful and nice people. There really isn't much I didn't like about it. The bed was stiff, but that's been the case everywhere in Italy so it's not anything new. It could also be a little loud so close to downtown and if the restaurants were cleaning up at night but it wasn't that big of an issue.
• Lori (5/5): Good choice except for a few major problems. - The hosts Barbara and Romano were so friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and the location was very good. There was plenty of space . The air conditioning system could not keep the apartment cool enough for the very hot summer days. The overhead skylights in the main room did not have pull down shades so the heat was very uncomfortable. The mattresses on the beds were quite hard. The shower in the one bathroom was extremely small.

• Frank (9/5): Just what we needed given the inclement weather - Excellent host and apartment in a great location. It rained all 3 days that we were in Bellagio and we spent almost all of our time indoors. Thankfully the apartment was pristine and spacious. It had all the amenities required for our stay. It even had a dishwasher! I'd say that the bath was a tad on the small side. It was ok for me but a bigger person would struggle. The apartment itself is located near the top of a gradual incline. Something for the less able person to be aware of.
