• Hopp (8/5): - Drinking water was available in the apartment. The hot shower was very refreshing. It was quiet and the internet worked great. The bed was comfortable. I was anticipating the location to be near amenities like a grocery store or restaurants. Although, it was quiet, it was in a secluded area of a residential neighbourhood.

• The Wanyonyi family (10/5): Wonderful experience!!! - From the moment we made the booking, our host was very congenial and helpful. The staff was so kind and helpful, and there were little details at the property that just were delightful. Everything was in working order and clean. Very enjoyable for our anniversary The bathroom floors do not have nonslip tile, so even in the slippers one must be careful. There is a shower mat and it helps a lot.

We rented a one whole apartment which consisted of 1 double room (on suit). A large family bathroom. Kitchen and sitting room in one.. European Standard. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Fridge, Gas cooker top, oven, microwave, Water boil kettle. Water drinking spender...The decor is simple but as I mentioned very clean and beds are very comfortable. There is washing /laundry Service at affordable price. Your bedding as well as  towels are always refreshed while you stay and toiletries as well. The WiFi in the apartment is fast...Netflix as well l mean all is in just like Home and Away..So we had no problem tuning on more Channels. The location is excellent with plenty of parking. The apartments are situated 10 min walk from town,€6 in a taxi if your don't fancy the walk. Plenty of shops and places to eat near by. Also a 5 min walk takes you to Area for Amusements or Shopping. We loved the tranquility, the Staff who are ready to help. I would highly recommend these apartments as a place to stay while in Bungoma County..and again Staff are so helpful. I would have no hesitation in returning here again... Thank you Arabella Apartment Staff as a Whole...l and my Husband would definitely be back soon as we felt so good here..
