• JOHN (10/5): Home Away From Home - Excellent, large house. Many features to make it a comfortable stay. Nice quiet area. Lock up Garage. Washer and dryer. My family loved it here. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to ensure everyone had their own space.

• Marion (6/5): Good location, large house good for family - 4 bedroom house with 4 good sized beds. Pool table was a bonus for our teenagers and even board games were a hit. House was very cold. Heat pumps were not sufficient for such a large house when temperatures were below 5deg at night. Also bedding wasn’t warm enough. Host has said she will rectify, hope she does because that will fix our main issue.

• wayne (7/5): - Liked how affordable and close it was to where we needed to go I think it needs to be upgraded in certain places such as the lawns and garden maintenance. The garage door plays up sometimes and the sofa beds in the lounge room are not comfortable at all, they are fine as lounges but not as a sofa beds. Otherwise we enjoyed staying in the house which was very roomy.
• RKT (10/5): - This home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to Caroline Springs shops, yet quiet and peaceful. Communication with Leonida was quick and friendly. They provided clear check-in instructions. The beds were super comfortable, and all the amenities worked perfectly. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Caroline Springs. Thank you for being such a wonderful host. Everything was good.

The pool table was a fun bonus Not much to complain about at all, except not enough cutlery for the whole family and the tiny dishwasher was not exactly helpful but the kids did the dishes so all good.

Owner didn’t send any info regarding keys or anything I call by myself on arrival how I can get the keys to enter the property and she said no shoe allowed inside.she put a note on the fridge which says ur duties when u leave the property for example u need to put all ur used linen on laundry door . U need wash all used cutlery and need to put it back . Dryer is normal . No extra linen was provided. Heat blowers was not good enough for that cold weather

Overall it was a good place and location. It was all good for us. We needed some stuff and the host was just a phone call away and very helpful.

• Phoebe (10/5): Warm, spacious and cosy, perfect for a family stay! - This property is a wonderful place to stay. So clean, spacious, so much room to move! Love how it has an amazing washer and dryer and the location was just where we wanted to be. Rear alfresco door and minor bedroom door leading to the side yard need some hard bolting. It kept opening up on its own in the strong winds and was a little bit unsafe seeing as we had all our belongings inside. Dishwasher needs to be a bit bigger can’t fit the plates inside. But other than that I can’t fault this place, I definitely recommend and we would certainly be back!

• Joe (5/5): Bit disappointed - The house and location were good The house was to dusty and we suffer from allergies so that made the stay very uncomfortable. It's poorly maintained the tap in the ensuite is about to fall off the back door to the back yard doesn't open and the sliding door in the garage didn't close so it wasn't very secure.

• Anonymous (10/5): the accommodation was spacious and clean. it was just a few minutes drive to the shops where we had plenty of choices fo - the property was large enough to accommodate most of our travelling family that could attend a funeral lots of space . well equipped kitchen . however we didn’t need to use it
• Sonia (9/5): Terrific except too short. - The property was clean and big enough for mine family with plenty of room for the parent and the children to spent time together or in separate areas, The bedroom were clean and big enough. The area was very quiet and the house was very secure. Next time mine family I visit Melbourne we hope we can rent the property as it was a very enjoyable stay. The host was very friendly and nice the time I spoke to her. The only issue which was not big was that the remote control for the heating system did not work very well, However since it was not very cold in the night except for one night it didn't really matter much. There is nothing I can say that I did not like about this property. Everything was excellent.
