- Nadia (5/5): Would never recommend or stay again. - Modern one bedroom apartment Wasn’t very clean. It was tidy but not Clean. There is a difference obviously. The owner left keys at reception her communication wasn’t consistent and the place is a maze so she should have been there to escort and familiarise us upon arrival.

- Maria (4/5): Unexpected Stay, felt like we were intruders. - The location was excellent to what our visit to Canberra was for. It was a quite area and had the whole apartment to ourselves. Firstly, the host did not know we were coming. She did not have any recollection of booking, even though 2 days before we listed our arrival/departure time on the booking site. I believe this was her first time letting out her unit with 3rd party Bookings.com, so I will let that go as an ovesite. After a few phone calls to her, and 90 minutes later, she came to the unit and did what she had to do to get it ready for our stay. The only problem we had was when we booked, we did not know that this apartment was her personal place of residence and felt we were intruding by staying there. All her personal belongings were there, from toothbrush to groceries to personal photos. There was cooked food in the fridge in a frypan, which was off-putting. It felt she had moved out in a hurry for the weekend to let us stay, but when we booked, there was no mention of this, and our expectation was to have an empty apartment as you would normally expect. On our day of departure, I went to remove the sheets to make it easier for the host to clean for the next guest and found a pair of her undies under the sheets. This was very disturbing as I was sleeping on them for 2 nights. Would I stay again? Probably not!!!!
