• Josephine (8/5): Cozy,no view but was fine.very clean.we were 3 ladies and one toilet roll for 2 nights is not enough - Location was excellent. Flat was beautiful and clean. We were right beside the steps going up to the monument, teenagers having parties on the steps.noise thru the night.police buzzing the buzzer at 3am,trying to let someone in, had us all up and awake.

• James (10/5): A perfect choice for Oban - Very spacious common area with incredibly comfortable beds, the most comfortable super-king bed I’ve ever slept in. The kitchen was well equipped and it was spotlessly clean throughout the property. The location is great, and the communication with the host was flawless too. It is a bit pricy, but still competitively priced compared with other options in Oban.

• claudia (9/5): Super consigliato - Struttura centrale, nuova a 2 passi dal centro tutto molto pulito e funzionale In bagno non ho capito perché c’erano dei blister per tenere fermo lo specchio un po’ arrugginito con un lavandino minuscolo considerando il notevole spazio. Inoltre proprio perché c’è tutto quello spazio pensare di metterci un mobiletto dove poggiare le cose sarebbe una cosa carina.
• Alec (7/5): An excellent location and price marred by mattresses that are in desperate need of replacement. - Location was absolutely perfect, except for the lack of a lift, which was our own miss when reading the description and not a fault of the property owner. The beds are TERRIBLE. The king bed was more comfortable than the queen, but they were both excruciating to sleep on after the first night.

• Paul (7/5): Nice apartment in a good location but make sure you’re fit enough to get yourself and any luggage up the three flights o - Apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and very well located No lift in a building this tall (we were on the third floor) is crazy, especially as it’s a new building. This was noted beforehand but it was still a pin. Smoke alarm went off whenever we cooked, even when the toaster (which was completely lean) had just been switched on. Rubbish and dog faeces outside the building were not a great welcome.

• Margarita (7/5): Right in the center of Oban, very nice looking but not very practical. - Location and great shower. Found parking next door. Everything looked good but not very practical. Bathroom no chair, no hooks behind door. Kitchen OK if you didn't want to cook. We got a code for the building main entrance. Why bother, there is a notice asking people not to lock the door.
• Jordan (7/5): Nice stay, unfortunately you can hear your neighbors on top. - Very centrally located, cozy and clean apartment. The shower works very well The walls are extremely thin, you can hear every step of your neighbors above you. An elevator would have been nice but obviously not advertised with one. Furniture is standard IKEA stuff, nothing great but also not terrible.
• Anelise (9/5): Perfect location with spacious rooms in one of the prettiest towns of Scotland. - Stunning location, lovely big bedrooms. No bread knife, the mattresses are well worn and I asked for a 'slightly' earlier check-in but got the run-around and made other arrangements. Other than that it was a very nice, well-kept, ideally located unit.

• Noel (7/5): Nice apartment. The water pressure in the bathroom is very low, difficult to take showers - Good location, easy parking. Close to restaurants The water pressure was very poor. This really should be fixed before people use the place. Also, someone had shut off the water supply to the washing machine, it took a long time to figure out that issue.

• Ian (9/5): Superb - Considering the short notice, the accommodation was better than we could have hoped for. There was a view over the harbour. I have to say, being on the third floor was a little struggle, especially loading / unloading the car. I had two new knees last year. It was a good workout for them.

• Bernadett (9/5): Superb - The cookies are attentive, a wide bed, and a good location. 2 bathrooms would be more comfortable for a family of 4.
• Lynne (10/5): Amazing 2 night break. - We stayed here for 2 nights on a family trip. Although the apartment was on the 3rd floor it was amazing and had everything we needed. Entry was very straight forward and the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very central to the area. We would highly recommend staying there and we'll certainly be back. 3 Adult's and 1 Child. Nothing....but the smoke detector is very sensitive, which isn't a bad thing.

• Angela (9/5): Very nice appartment, would stay again. - I liked the location, back from the town but close to everything. I liked the layout of the apartment, size of rooms, well equiped kitchen, nice bathroom. Had to phone as had wrong code for key box, phone answered promptly and then had problem with shower head broken, again delt with and changed within a hour, very impressed. The fire alarm is a bit sensative in the kitchen, made toast in morning and most probably woke everyone in the surrounding apartments. Bulbs not working in some of the lamps. Maybe need to look at fire alarm for neighbours sake, bulbs a very minor problem.

• Natalie (9/5): This is a brilliant apartment in a great location and will definitely be staying again. - It was stylish and modern, with good sized bedrooms and living area. The shower was great and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the extra bedding was also helpful. We loved the location as it was close enough to the high street without being directly on it. The stairs could be an issue for others as it was on the third floor and no lift. This wasn’t a problem for us however. Sometimes it could be a bit noisy if you have the window open at night, as there were some drunken people making a lot of noise by McCaigs tower. Also the floorboards are quite thin so you could hear footsteps and noise from the apartments above at times.

• Peggy (9/5): Overall, it was an excellent place to stay. - The location was excellent. Within a few mi utes, you could be downtown. We were on the third floor o the steps got to be a bit much.
• Margaret (8/5): We loved our stay in Oban. - Very clean and contemporary. Comfortable beds and sofas. We’ll equipped kitchen area and lovely shower. Plenty of storage space. Up 3 flights of concrete steps with no lift. This was not a problem in general but difficult dragging our suitcases/luggage up to the apartment when we arrived and dragging down when we left. We didn’t remember this being made clear in the details when we booked. We were also concerned because, whilst we had a code for the main entrance, we found that people were leaving the door permanently on the latch (so accessible to anyone).
• Ricardo (8/5): Very good - Location of the appartment is superb, very close to the city centre (literally just down the street). Appartment has plenty of space and is comfortable. Nice and tidy. Felt like it was a bit hard to ventilate the property, but might be due to the warm weather we were experiencing while staying there. In the weekends there is some buzz at night, as the appartments lay next to Jacob's Ladder where drunk people hang around at night (which was quite annoying). While know, the car park close to the apartment is pay and display during the daytime. Free parking options are at the top of Jacob's Ladder which is a steep climb. Not ideal, but I haven't detracted is from the score I've given the apartment.
