We really liked everything about our holiday in Centerhouse Wagrain:) I would appreciate keys in addition only for us like guests, but it's a little thing.

After calling the number listed at the reception, the issue was quickly resolved, and we were given another room. Everything was modern and clean, the room was cozy, and we had no trouble parking our car right next to the property. Highly recommend.

• Orli Svetlana (8/5): תמורה שווה למחיר, נוח שיש מטבחון, שקט - זאת דירה, הצ׳ק אין נעשה באופן אוטומטי דרך מכונה, ממש לא מסובך. יש קוד שתקבלו בקבלה וגם כתוב במסך- שאיתו תעשו שימוש לפתיחת הדלת. אם תיקחו עם ארוחת בוקר אז תצטרכו ללכת למלון ליד (שתי דקות הליכה- לא נורא בכלל). ארוחת בוקר טובה. ממש שווה את המחיר. יש גם מטבחון קטן, אבל החדר היה די קטן אז פחות בישלנו בו. שני מינוסים- האחד העלייה ברגל אל המלון- הוא נמצא במקום שקט אבל צריך לעלות אליו דקה ברגל, זה שטותי אבל יכול להיות קשה לחלקנו. בנוסף, המרפסות מחוברות - אתה יכול לשבת ליד השכן שלך ואין ממש נוף, הוא נוף צידי כזה.

Viskas ko reikia jei norėtumetė pasigaminti, gražus vaizdas ir ramus miestelis atvykome pakartotinai apsistoti šiame viežbutyje ir deja labai nepasisekė su kaimynais iš gretimo kamabrio, visą naktį du vyrai skleidė keistus garsus, vėmė pro balkoną, tas sugadino mūsų poilsį.

• Martina (8/5): - Hotel, vybavení, parkování vše bylo v pořádku.Pořádek,čistota na pokoji,hotel je dva roky nový.K pokoji byl i malý balkon.Náš pokoj měl malý kuchyňský kout s lednicí,konvici. Byly jsme v tomto směru velmi spokojeni. Check in v přihlašovacím automatu - bylo vyžadováno naskenování pasu, který z nás nikdo neměl a telefon na zavřenou recepci byl k ničemu.Až po dovolání do hotelu pod kopcem, kam se chodilo na snídani,nám paní poradila po telefonu fintu.Poté už bylo vygenerované heslo na vstup. Snídaně, jak jsem již uvedla byla v hotelu pod kopcem, kde jsme ze začátku neměli od personálu info, jestli můžeme využít snídaňového bufetu, pouze nás zkontrolovali podle čísla pokoje a usadili na určené místo, dále už žádné info.Využili jsme tedy bufetu.😉

• Pascal (10/5): Landschaftliche Highlights, direkt in der Nähe und eine saubere Unterkunft, in der man sich sehr wohl fühlt. - Super, sauber und hilfreiches, freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Fotos zeigen wirklich, wie es vor Ort aussieht und sind nicht schönbelichtet :) -

• Livnat (9/5): Modern room for a fair price - The hotel is located in the center of Wagrain. The room was very modern, fully equipped kitchen and a smart TV. Check in had to be done digitally, which took some time as it was unexpected. No one sits at the reception. There is a code instead of a room key, but it worked without any issues. The room is slightly on the smaller side. Balcony is shared with several other rooms.

Das man im Zimmer 3303 die Balkontüre nicht ganz aufmachen kann, dabei müsste man das Bett nur ein kleines Stück nach links schieben. (Neu verschrauben, wird vermutlichen der Wand verschraubt sein!)

• Lars (8/5): Nice location with easy check-in - Very easy Check-in via check-in automate. Parking lots in front of the door. Beds are comfortable, spacey shower with good water pressure. Everything was clean and with very good quality. The balcony is nice and big enough for two people, but super close to the neighbour room. If your neighbors from the rooms right nex to you on their balcony you don't have any privacy anymore.

Finally had to use my bank account debit card and it worked. Could not call the number written on the wall because didn’t have a local sim.

It's just that there are no stuff at the reception and everything is computerized today. I had problems at the checkin and it took a very long time for us to get into the room... After correspondence by email, they only got in after about an hour. And that really socks. It's was issue from hotel side. Computer not recognized my booking.It sucks that we didn't receive any compensation for the long wait outside the room.

• Julia (8/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Das Hotel ist insgesamt schön und bietet eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders positiv ist, dass die Parkplätze direkt am Hotel kostenlos sind, auch wenn sie leider sehr eng und begrenzt sind. Das Zimmer war sauber und von der Größe her ausreichend für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass die Balkontür nur zur Hälfte geöffnet werden konnte, da das Bett im Weg stand – das hätte man vielleicht noch besser lösen können. Der Check-in am Automaten verlief reibungslos, allerdings war es schade, dass man trotz Online-Check-in die Daten noch einmal eingeben musste. Das könnte man sicherlich noch vereinfachen, um den Ablauf komfortabler zu gestalten. Die Lage des Hotels ist schön, in einer angenehmen Gegend mit einem Bäcker in der Nähe, was Frühstück oder Snacks unkompliziert macht. Ein kleiner Nachteil war die nächtliche Lautstärke, da wir in der 2. Etage waren. Ohne Klimaanlage war das Fenster nachts offen, was bei den warmen Temperaturen notwendig war, aber leider führte das zu etwas mehr Lärm. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einigen kleinen Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Für einen Kurztrip oder eine Übernachtung ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall eine gute Wahl und wir würden es noch mal buchen! Parkplätze sehr eng und nur wenig direkt am Hotel verfügbar „Doppelter“ Check-In

• עירית בהט (10/5): - חדר מצוחצח, יפיפה! מרפסת מתוקה. העיירה ממש נעימה, היה לנו כיף פשוט לפתוח את הבוקר בטיול קצר ברחובות שלה. יש מלא חניה. הופתענו ממש לטובה! הצק אין היה ממוחשב, סך הכל נוח, אבל היתה לנו שאלה והיה צריך לרדת לקבלה במלון ליד. מיד ענו לנו שם, רק לשים לב :)
