- Regula (6/5): War ok für eine schmutzige Grossstadt. - Die Schlüssel wurden persönlich übergeben. Er war sehr freundlich, hat uns alles gezeigt und uns auch tips mitgegeben. Die Lage war super zum Bahnhof aber sonst war das Quartier nicht besonders schön und auch nicht Central gelegen. Das Wohnzimmer hat nach abgestandenem Rauch gerochen. Das Haus selbst war nicht sehr sauber, die Wohnung war ok aber nicht blitzeblank. Es war sehr laut im Haus. Man konnte die Strasse sehr gut hören und auch im Haus selbst konnte man alles hören. Der Vermieter war nach der Schlüsselübergabe aufdringlich, er drängte auf eine 10 ner Bewertung und schrieb mir immer wieder per Wahts app.

- Kacper (10/5): Fantastyczny apartament w doskonałej lokalizacji, idealny na krótki wypad do Palermo! - Mieszkanie jest pięknie urządzone, czyste i bardzo przytulne – dokładnie tak, jak na zdjęciach. Największym atutem jest jednak lokalizacja w samym sercu Palermo, co pozwala poczuć prawdziwy klimat miasta. Kontakt z gospodarzem był bezproblemowy i bardzo miły. Wszystko było w porządku, nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Pobyt spełnił moje oczekiwania.

Conosco Palermo e apprezzo molto la zona, che è tranquilla ma anche sicura (si può andare in giro la sera serenamente) e ben servita. Ho visto apportare migliorie piccole ma importanti nel tempo, sia per rendere l'appartamento più confortevole (nei limiti del possibile per questo tipo di attività), sia nelle pulizie. Infine, mi sembra rilevante annotare che l'appartamento si trova al quarto piano. Molti appartamenti con affitto breve nella zona sono al pianterreno. Premesso che si tratta di dettagli che incidono poco sulla valutazione complessiva, il palazzo è un po' al di sotto degli standard della zona e senza portineria e la cucina potrebbe essere completata con un forno a microonde.

- Gabriel (9/5): A comfortable stay in a nice place - The apartment is charming and spacious, it has all the amenities you would need. The host is friendly and communicative, gave us tips for what to visit and where to eat. Location is fairly accessible to tourist spots, about 15-30 min walk depending on the attraction. Wifi was quick and reliable. Nothing to really complain about, just note the lift is quite small and old and wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility issues. Also note payment is in cash only, which you could miss at the time of booking.
