• Dániel (9/5): - Nagyon jó helyen van, közel a belváros, mindent pillanatok alatt el lehet érni. Remekül fel is van szerelve, modern apartman. Érkezésünkkor kellemetlen "csatornasszag" volt.A szag a fürdőből jött. Becsuktuk az ajtót, másnap már nem volt büdös, de a fürdőben van egy alap szag. Nehezen szellőztethető, mivel közvetlenül alatta egy pékség található.
• HEATHER (6/5): - Location to main harbour. Paid parking in zone 4, 15 minutes away. Full kitchen though not used. 35 stairs to reach the apartment, no light at top of stairs making inserting key difficult day or night, balcony not as pictured and smell from pizza shop and bakery on either side of building not pleasant, no washer instructions, had to drive on sidewalk to load and unload bags.
• Gillian (8/5): Great location but lacking in basic essentials. - Great location, close to the old town. Quick response from the host to our query about the washing machine. So nice to have some outside space on the balcony. We had a really lovely stay. The sofa in lounge not too clean. We found the appartement was a bit sparse, with only 3 mugs. Small things, like spare waste bags and a clean washing up cloth, would have been appreciated.
• Maike (8/5): Zentrale Lage, gutes Apartment mit Luft nach oben - Zentrale Lage, ruhig. Küche ganz gut ausgestattet. Das Bad hat eine sehr laue Lüftung. Das Ausziehsofa ist kaputt, da hätte man bei dem Preis mehr erwarten können. Küche hat wirklich nur sehr unbequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten.

• Patricija (9/5): Great stay ! amazing location. - the host was really helpful, friendly, kind! responsive in minutes. he even drove us to appartment when we left the car at their free parking that is like 5min walk from the appartment. is located right at the center, above bakery, 1min from store, 2min walk to the sea.

• Sarah (10/5): Great location, helpful host, highly recommend! - Our host was amazing! Very helpful, offering suggestions for activities and responding to all my questions/inquiries. Location was close to old town and parking, while a bit far, was well explained and part of the cost of the reservation. I would stay again!

• Detlev (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is spacious, has lots of storage capacity and was very clean. Good location. Father of host was very helpful. Host did not inform upfront of mayor road works in front of the house. Check-in was therefore quite difficult, although father of host was very helpful. No attention to details: hot water was not switched on, had to wait before taking a shower, no amenities (water, coffee, filter, etc.). Only some tea bags. Internet (5G) was extremely slow. No contact with host, no personal recommendations. We expected more for the price we paid.
• Kuan (7/5): Apartment is nice but just should not let out when the road work is going on. - Location is good - 5 mins from old town. Apartment is clean and view is good. Parking is inclusive and aircon works well. There was major road work along the whole long street just outside the place. Parking is 12 mins away & need to walk through the dusty & rocky road work. Each day - had to walk through this street whether to town center or parking lot. Shoes were dusty when reached apartment!!!

• Yves (6/5): It's a 3-star accommodation. - The proximity to the main attractions is great. The bakery and pizzeria just below the apartment were both great. The small balcony with partial view of the marina was a nice feature. The apartment is rustic. The shower is tiny and the drain was partially plugged. The kitchen had few amenities or appliances making it only marginally functional. The parking was pretty far from the apartment. The communication with the hostess could have been better.
• Robin (8/5): Nice visit to Rovinj, wonderful host. - Melita was the friendliest host and went above and beyond to be helpful and ensure a good stay both before and during our stay (& was very responsive). She walked us through the map of the city noting many recommendations from viewpoints to restaurants, beaches, photo opps, etc. The apartment has one bedroom & a sofa bed (A/C in living room may not fully cool bedroom if hot.) Small balcony w/ partial view of the marina looking southwest (I think) - building next door means view can't really be seen from inside unfortunately. Free parking at a nearby lot - Melita provided the parking pass when we arrived and led us there after we unloaded the bags in front of apartment. Fairly good sized kitchen with dining table. Washing machine in bathroom. Thank you Melita! A few more small amenities would be a wonderful addition - soap/shampoo, paper towels, coffee/tea. Just makes it one less thing to carry or find/buy when traveling. Cooking smells from the grill (onions)/pizza place downstairs were quite strong much of the day & would fill the apt & balcony, so we couldn't have doors/windows open for fresh air and sounds of the town. Fortunately they were minimal for our breakfast on the balcony.

Dust and dirt everywhere on the floor, dirty bathroom, hairs in the bidet, the shower did not drain due to tons of hair in the sink.
