- Arbazio (9/5): Nice, clean apartment. - Although we didn't get to stay in the apartment we had booked, the room was spacious and clean. Location was nice, but a car is vital given it's distance from the city. It's a nice place to stop on a long journey, but maybe not so much for an extended period, unless you really want to switch off and relax. We arrived on a very late flight and after collecting our rental car from the airport, we arrived at the property around 12am. We went to retrieve the key from the lock box, but on opening it with the code that was provided, we found there was no key! A man came over and although we could not understand each other, it seemed as though he was trying to help us. He saw our booking reference and went off to make a call. He returned a few minutes later and handed me his phone. The man on the line, seemingly the owner, apologised and said he did not know what happened, but the groundskeeper will provide us a key for a different apartment (Levada apartment). All in all, there was a 10-15 min delay before we got inside and of course we were concerned given the time of night, but we were reassured by the support provided in admittedly unusual circumstances!
