• Anas (10/5): - Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia en este apartamento en La Manga del Mar Menor. El lugar es simplemente precioso, con unas vistas increíbles que hacen que cada momento sea especial, tanto de día como al atardecer. El apartamento es estupendo, muy cómodo, bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días perfectos. La ubicación es ideal, en un entorno tranquilo y con un paisaje espectacular que invita a relajarse y desconectar. Sinceramente, no hay nada negativo que decir. Todo ha sido perfecto y sin duda repetiríamos sin pensarlo. ¡Muy recomendable!

• Juan Ramon (4/5): Decepción por las opiniones que tenía. - Las vistas Se encontraba sucio, en mi opinión esa suciedad es imposible que no la conozca quien limpia. Tuvimos que pedir sabanas y fundas, etc de recambio. Aún así nos trajeron unas nuevas que olían a limpio pero con matojos de pelo! Si ya de por si , da vergüenza tener que decir algo así, al menos que cuando lo que traigan, lo comprueben. El sillón cama se hundía completamente, otra cosa que no creo que no conozcan. Ya no llamamos para decir nada, me parece que son cosas conocidas, muy amable en la resolución y en el trato, pero dudo que la limpieza y las deficiencias no sean previamente conocidas.

• Lillian (8/5): An easy stay in La Manga - This was overall a good stay. The apartment was spacious, has lovely views, easy parking and it is a straightforward kinda deal. We all found the beds too soft (memory foam, great for some but not all). The neighbours were a little loud late in the day. The location of the building was great if you just wanted to go to the beach - but we were using this as a base of operations to travel around the region and frankly if we would have known the traffic issues getting in an out of KM 17 of La Manga we would have booked somewhere else. And there is only aircon in the living and one of the bedrooms, the other one doesn't.

• YOLANDA (9/5): Con servicios aún siendo Febrero. - Para Miguel el contacto de la agencia un 10, muy atento y disponible prácticamente 24/7. Me podría quedar a vivir en el apartamento. Te dejan un par de capsulas de café de bienvenida y pons para la lavadora. Esta situado al final de la Manga, por lo que para moverte tienes que hacer 20km solo para salir de la Manga y 20 para volver, más luego a donde vayas. Tampoco me gusto que el baño no tuviera unas estanterias para poner los cosméticos. Con eso un espejo de pie y un perchero en el recibidor sería de 10.

• Raluca (9/5): Overall, I would recommend this apartment for its cleanliness, facilities, location, and the friendly host, but I believ - We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. The cleanliness was excellent upon arrival, and the location is great – just a few minutes from the beach (although we visited different beaches in the area every day). The view is beautiful, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very nice and helpful, sending us recommendations and providing all the information we needed clearly and on time – from the first day we checked in until our departure. I have to mention one downside that was quite important for us, especially as a couple traveling with a young child and considering the value for money: the bed in the bedroom is rather small, and the sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable and worn, even missing a support piece. Because of this, my husband’s rest was affected throughout the holiday, which is something essential when you want to fully enjoy your vacation.

• Damian (1/5): Verschimmelte Ruine mit kaputtem Backofen - Nichts UNBEDINGT LESEN BEVOR DU ES BUCHST !!! Ich besuchte 25 Länder auf und habe bei booking mehrere tausende Euros ausgegeben und habe den höchsten Genius Level. Die Lage, die nicht mal schön ist, macht den Gastgeber Muguel Nicolas so selbst-sicher, dass er automatisch frech und unhöflich wurde. Schon beim Betreten der Unterkunft kam uns ein intensiver Geruch nach Schimmel und Essig entgegen. Es war sofort klar, dass hier etwas nicht stimmt. Offenbar wurde versucht, den Schimmel einfach zu überstreichen – man sah deutlich, dass die Wände mit sogenannter „schimmelfester Farbe“ gestrichen wurden, um den Geruch zu überdecken, anstatt das eigentliche Problem zu beseitigen. Der Gestank zog sich durch alle Räume, besonders stark im Schlafzimmer und bei eingeschalteter Klimaanlage. Diese war selbst verschimmelt und roch nach einer beißenden Mischung aus Schimmel und Essig, sodass man sie unmöglich benutzen konnte, ohne Kopfschmerzen oder ein Kratzen im Hals zu bekommen. Dazu kam, dass der Ofen überhaupt nicht funktionierte, obwohl genau das einer der Gründe war, weshalb wir diese Unterkunft gebucht hatten !! Als ich den Gastgeber darauf ansprach, reagierte er völlig respektlos und meinte nur, wir sollten „halt draußen essen gehen“. So eine unverschämte Reaktion habe ich noch nie in meinem ganzen Leben erlebt!!! Die Pfannen und Küchenutensilien waren zerkratzt, verrostet und in einem Zustand, der einem Appetit gründlich verdirbt. Auch die Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren alles andere als sauber – voller brauner Flecken, Haare und mit Löchern. Danach hat uns alles gejuckt!!! Die Badezimmer Tür war defekt und ließ sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen und schließen. Der Balkon war stark verschmutzt und mit Vogelkot bedeckt, das Badezimmer ungepflegt und die Tür klemmte so stark, dass man sie kaum schließen konnte. Zusätzlich waren die Parkplätze so eng, dass man mit einem SUV nicht reinpasst, unser Auto wurde auch gleich an selben Tag zerkratzt!!! Obwohl der.

• Liliana (8/5): Hôte au petit soin - Bel appartement, bien agacé, spacieux, magnifique vue que ce soit depuis les chambres et depuis le magnifique balcon. Toutes commodités dans l'appartement et dans les alentours. Il y a même un emplacement dans le garage. Il y avait du gel douche, shampooing, café, lessive. Franchement impeccable. Hôte super serviable, au petit soin pour bien nous accueillir. Parfois une forte odeur d'eau stagnante à l'extérieur et dans les WC.

The location is excellent - close to the beach and with a tennis court available. The host was very helpful and responsive. The only minor suggestion would be to update the headboard and sofa. Apartamento 5 estrelas com todas as comodidades, com a vantagem de guardar o nosso carro no estacionamento subterrâneo do empreendimento. Lugar tranquilo, ótimo para relaxar para quem procura para descansar, excelente para todos. Perto, temos paradão, piscina, padel, praia de um lado e do outro. Bela paisagem para amantes de fotografia. Vimos o nascer do sol sob o mar mediterrânio e o por do sol sob o mar negro. Águas quentes, sol abrasador brisa morna, ambiente perfeito para quem procura sossego e muito romântico. Nada a dizer.

La place de parking en sous-sol est très pratique. Les exploitations lors de notre arrivées ont été parfaites. Miguel est vraiment disponible pour toutes informations. Il nous a tout expliqué en détail aussi donné beaucoup des informations sur des endroits où aller pour rien rater et rendre notre séjour plus agréable. On lui remercie. La vue imprenable sur les 2 mers, magique. Un levé de soleil magnifique. La propreté des lieux avec un nettoyage impeccable. Les vacances sont toujours trop courtes 😉

Great place to relax. No sun loungers for pool, however, I noted that no other privately hosted apartments do either, so unless you book in a hotel, this will be the same wherever you book. We just bought some while we were there to overcome this issue

The apartment is comfortable (though an armchair in living room would be nice and a larger table), best bed EVER including linens, all appliances worked, underground parking was a bonus, low season (February) both the building and streets quiet. • Clarke (10/5): Great, I was along for SEonthebeach and the property was really close to the venue, 10 min walk. - Miguel set out all the instructions in English and Spanish, and it was straightforward to follow as he provided photos for every step and same when leaving the apartment it was all clearly laid out what you had to do.

• Victor (10/5): Exceptional - Miguel provided excellent directions and things to do during our stay. Property was spotless and had everything we required. Views from balcony are stunning. We would have no hesitation returning to this apartment or recommending to others. Thank you for a wonderful short break. There was nothing that we did not like about the apartment.
• Alistair (10/5): Stunning Views From a Dream Terrace! - Stunning apartment with stunning views. The host was extremely helpful and provided lots of local information.
• Yehia (9/5): Very nice place and amazing sea views - The apartment was very clean, and you can see amazing view from the balcony we didn't have access to the pool to use it, and the place is quite far - 30 minutes driving from the beginning of la manga.
