• Girts (9/5): Pretty great, nice apartment, nice location. - The apartment is clean and has the basic necessities, The locational was quiet. It's not far from the city center - you can reach it by car in some 5-7 minutes, by taxi for 4-5 euros, and there's a buss stop nearby as well. Parking in the yard is a plus. WiFi is great. Lacks a hair drier. Dedicated shampoo and shower gel would be advisable. The hot water pressure is a bit unstable, a self-adjustable faucet with a thermostat would be great.

• Anda (8/5): Decent place in a nice, quiet locations - Good location, quiet and central enough. No problems with finding it, very clear instructions. Clean, although showing signs of wear and tear. Great bed, wide and firm. The TV could do with some instructions. The bedding I did not like, very synthetic. Overall, small things missing to make it a good place instead if a decent one - kitchen towels and tissues, for instance, or breakfast bowls. Bath towels not smelling fresh, etc.

• Brokans (9/5): My kids were very satisfied with stay and asked for 1 day more. - Bit difficult to find by reading building numbers while driving car. Should be better instructions how to get to property. Host said that all instructions has been sent to booking.com app. But I did not found (may be I'm not familiar with app enough), so I contacted host by phone. After that everything were ok.

• Mykolas (8/5): Very good - Apartment is clean and has all utensils you need. When it is very hot outside, the stairwell has extremely bad smell (but it's not the hosts fault). Kitchen table is too small for 4 persons.

• Inese (8/5): Good place for traveler to stay for a weekend - The accommodation had everything we needed, special thanks from me for the available coffee. Everything was clean and comfortable. The booking showed that there were three beds, in reality there were two.
• Ivo (10/5): Exceptional - Nice apartment like a normal flat in old house. Apartment house hidden behind other house, but careful finding helps. There are some shops nearby (Selver, Maxima at 100-200m). Lot of space for car parking (little muddy in spring time). d

• Verhaegen (9/5): Pleasant stay. - It is a very nicely renovated apartment, equipped with all necessary facilities. The entrance to the apartment gives you a bit of a scare, but when the door of the apartment opens, you immediately forget this. Parking space for the car is available. There is a large store nearby where you can find all foodstuffs. (very handy) The entrance to the apartment building. But the apartment itself, makes that more up for it. If we need to stay in Tartu again, this is DEFINITELY a consideration.
• Agris (10/5): Happy to stay there. - Apartament is just renovated, clean and nice. Stairs to apartament isn't at good shape, but it doesnt afect apartament condition.
