• Feyga (8/5): Great homebase to explore Berlin! - Clean cozy apartment, close to shopping and the train. Peaceful neighborhood. Kitchenette is small and uncomfortable to use for anything more substantial than instant noodles. Unlocking the doors relies on an app/website which is inconvenient and I got locked out after a long day when my phone died. None of the links provided through Booking worked, I had to request separate links by email.

• Anke (6/5): Nicht so schön wie erwartet - Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage war für meinen Geschmack etwas abgelegen, obwohl ich mich in Berlin sehr gut auskenne, da ich mal dort gelebt habe. Die Gäste App hat nicht funktioniert, so dass ich erstmal vor der Tür stand. Außerdem hat man die Gäste im Apartment obendrüber laufen hören, was mich sehr gestört hat. Das Zimmer war schön, aber das Bad war super klein, sogar mit einer verkleinerten Tür. Alles in allem hatte ich mir nach der tollen Beschreibung mehr versprochen von der Unterkunft.

• Isabel (10/5): Stylish, hochwertig, ruhig - Sehr stylische Unterkunft mit hochwertiger Ausstattung in top Lage. Der großzügige Balkon zum grünen Innenhof war mega - dort lockt das Café im Haus tagsüber mit Leckereien. Der Handy Zugang war etwas umständlich, aber die Alternativlösung mit Code war dann deutlich einfacher.
• Cornelia (4/5): Enttäuschend - Die Lage war gut. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht zwischengereinigt. Wir haben bei 11 Nächten Aufenthalt weder frische Handtücher noch Bettwäsche bekommen. Durch den Latextopper hat man enorm geschwitzt. Das Zimmer war lieblos eingerichtet. Es fehlten einfache Dinge wie Schuhlöffel, Garderobenhaken oder ein Toaster. Beim Fernseher muss man sich mit seinen privaten Daten anmelden. Beim Einchecken musste man eine Ausweiskopie und die Kreditkartendaten (Wohnung war schon bezahlt) hochladen. An jeder Tür muss das Mobilfon zur Türöffnung gezückt werden.

• Adriiaan (8/5): Geweldig verblijf in prachtig appartement. Jammer dat de huishoudelijke beloften niet werden nagekom - Geweldige accomodatie. Door de upgrade een prachtig en splinternieuw appartement van zo'n 120 vierkante meter gekregen. Ruime en goed uitgeruste keuken. Mooie badkamer met inloop douche. Alles zeer positief. Ook de ligging in centraal Charlottenburg wss perfect. Ook dicht bij de metro en de S-Bahn. Verreweg het meeste was goed tot zeer goed. Wat beter had gekund: In de beschrijving was aangegeven dat bij een verblijf van langer dan een week het beddengoed en de handdoeken vervangen zouden worden. Ook zou de badkamer gereinigd worden en zou er gestofzuigd worden. We waren er elf nachten maar de genoemde zaken werden niet gedaan. Na een week maar om schone handdoeken gevraagd die snel werden gebracht.

• Andreas (6/5): Schönes Appartment, grenzwertige Geschäftspraktiken. - Lage, Zimmer und Frühstückscafe waren sehr schön. Vor der Ankunft wurde ich genötigt über eine App meine Kreditkarteninfos weiter zu geben, obwohl das Zimmer bereits über Booking bezahlt war. Ansonsten wäre ich nicht in das bereits bezahlte Zimmer gekommen. Die Kommunikation lief ausschließlich über Whatsapp mit Chatbot Antworten, die nicht hilfreich waren.
• Anke (9/5): Kommen gerne wieder - Die Lage für Unternehmungen im Westlichen Berlin ist super, ist es dort angenehm ruhig auch , wenn das Apartment zur Strasse hinaus geht.Dringend erforderlich ist die Reservierung eines Stellplatzes bei Anreise mit dem Auto. Auf Fragen wurde super schnell geantwortet. Die Tiefgarage ist etwas eng .
• Petra (8/5): Perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse - Die Unterkunft war super. Modern, angenehm, ruhig und mit viel Stauraum. Home from Home! Pro Zimmer ein Badezimmer. Jederzeit wieder gerne! Am Anfang muss man ein bisschen ausprobieren wie man Zutritt zum Haus, zum Lift und zum Apartment erhält. Das ist im ersten Moment mit den 3 Codes nicht so ganz klar. Achtung, wenn man dies nicht zusätzlich bezahlt, kommt man erst nach 15 Uhr ins Apartment. Ab einer gewissen Zeit abends ging der Lift nicht mehr.

• Jie (9/5): Un séjour zen et bien ressourcé. - L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et bien décoré. La chambre est très grande. La vue sur la cour et sur un mur végétal naturel est super jolie. Les labels des clés dans l'application ne sont pas très clairs. J'étais d'abord bloquée devant l'entrée à l'étage devant les appartements. J'aurais aimé avoir un accueil humain.

Une réception serait aidant mais ce n'est plus au goût du jour. Tout doit être fait avec téléphone. Cela a un impact sur l'expérience. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait un siège confortable. • Andy (9/5): Stunning apartments in quiet location with incredibly good breakfast - The apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast Lotta was plentiful, delicious and hearty. In particular Roberto went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. The apartments are in a nice area with shops and supermarkets nearby, and easy access to the U-Bahn. Others have mentioned the fact that there are no room keys - it’s all done on your phone - but we were absolutely fine with this, just keep your phones charged. We would definitely recommend Carlotta and we would stay here again. Some nights it was very hot in the apartment even though it was minus temperatures outside and we had no heating on. It meant we had to sleep with the windows open which was noisy. The kitchen could also do with a few basics like oil, salt etc and perhaps kitchen roll and baking paper and scissors. We stayed as a 4 and found we kept having to wash cutlery and crockery as we ran out.

• Adela (10/5): - Aerul este foarte curat, iar zona foarte liniștită. Personalul este deosebit de amabil. Cartierul este foarte frumos, este atmosfera unui Berlin plin de istorie. Proprietatea unde am stat este de nota 10, este curat, spațios, utilat, iar designul interior este perfect pentru o vacanță de vis!
• Kyung Hae (6/5): 아침을 매우 늦게 드시는 분만 조식 신청하세요. - 예약 사이트에서 조식이 훌륭하단 말만 있고 실제 요일 별 제공 시각에 대한 정보는 없었음. 실제 업무를 보기 위해서는 아침을 7시에는 먹어야 했으나 Lotta에서의 식사는 9시부터 제공이어서 다 하루만 먹을 수 있었음. 숙소에 안내된 Willina에 문의했을 때 구두로는 안된다 하고, 이메일로는 제공하겠다고 해서 다시 찾았으나 매우 박대당하는 느낌을 리셉셔니스트와 식당 직원에게 받아 몹시 불쾌하였음. 단 3일만 먹고 더 이상 이런 대우를 받으면서 먹고 싶지 않았음. 다른 중국인도 아침이 9시에나 제공된다는 것을 알고 매우 당황하였음. 또한 방문이 꼭 닫힌 것을 확인하지 않으면 다른 문이 열리면서 함께 열리는 현상이 발생하니, 매우 매우 주의하기 바람.

• Markus (8/5): Hochmoderne und nachhaltige Unterkunft, an welche man sich gerne erinnert. - Das Gebäude besticht durch Modernität, Nachhaltigkeit und hochwertigen Materialien. Das Personal im dazugehörigen Lokal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksmenü hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Alternativ gäbe es auch einzelne Speißen, welche aber nicht im dazugebuchten Frühstück enthalten sind. Die Raumhöhe, das Design und das Badezimmer heben die Unterkunft stark von anderen Appartments ab. Das Schließanlagensystem ist etwas zu viel des Guten. Man muss so viele (laute!) Türen überwinden und die Anordnung der Türöffner in der App ist komplett unlogisch bzw. nicht chronologisch aufgeteilt. Oft schlug ein Verbindungsaufbau zum Öffnen der Zimmertüre am Ende des Ganges fehl und ging erst beim zweiten Mal auf. Das regt einen mit der Zeit auf. Die dazugebuchte Tiefgarage war nicht in der App aktiviert. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter geschieht ausschließlich über E-Mail oder Chat. Man sieht zwar, ob die Nachricht gelesen wurde, aber man erhält nicht sofort eine Rückmeldung. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man dann mit dem Auto in einer vollgeparkten Kurzparkzone steht und man nicht weiß ob/wann man in die Garage fahren kann.
• Carmen (9/5): Schöne Appartements in Charlottenburg - Gute Ausgangslage für diverse Aktivitäten in Berlin. Ein sehr schöner und interessanter Stadtteil. Der Empfang im Café Lotta war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Der mobile Schlüssel als Zugang zu allen Türen des Appartmenthaus funktioniert nur mit Google Chrome und Standortfreigabe, dieses ist nicht mein favorisierter Browser und es war eine nicht so schöne Herausforderung dieses bei der Kälte vor der verschlossenen Haustür auf der Straße herauszufinden. Eine Info hierzu in Bezug auf Googgle Chrome wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Me and my husband were both sick and were worried we won’t be able to make our reservation - Lina and the team were incredibly kind and supportive in the process. Thankfully we were well enough to travel in the end, and we got to enjoy this beautiful property for a few days. There’s nothing we didn’t like.

Ich mag die Plastik-Schutz-Bezüge der Matratzen nicht (aber die sind ja in den meisten Hotels Standard).

Man ist zu Fuss oder mit Bus und U-Bahn rasch in der West-City, mit S-und U-Bahn in Mitte, mit dem Bus aber auch schnell im Grunewald. Der Kiez ist sehr angenehm, Boutiquen und Antiquitätenläden um die Ecke.

Incredibly comfortable, with stylish furnishings and all the amenities one could wish for in a studio. Online check-in went smoothly, with well-organised access to the apartment. • V (10/5): Μπράβο, το καλύτερο κατάλυμα που έχουμε μείνει. - Μπράβο. Είναι το καλύτερο κατάλυμα που έχουμε μείνει ποτέ. Πολύ κοντά από στάση λεωφορείου, μετρό και προαστιακό. Οι παροχές ήταν φανταστικές, έχουν σκεφτεί τα πάντα, είναι ολοκαίνουριο και καλόγουστα. Τεχνολογικά high tech, γενικά δεν συναντάς συχνά τόσο καλά καταλύματα. Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε.
• Anina (10/5): Mitten im Kiez! - Tolle Wohnung in einer kiezigen Lage, ruhig und trotzdem zentral. In den Nebenhäusern gibt einen Wein- einen Käse- einen Getränke- und einen Marzipanladen, gleich unten ein Café und ein Yogazentrum. Das Apartment ist sehr modern ausgerüstet, ein Fahrrad kann man sicher in der Tiefgarage abstellen. Per WhatsApp ist immer jemand für Fragen sofort verfügbar!
