Tatyana (10/5): - Тихо и спокойно място сред хълмовете, но е добре да разполагате с автомобил, за да го достигнете. Собственикът Поало беше много любезен. Препоръча ни ресторант и съдейства с резервацията за вечеря в ден, когато повечето заведения в града бяха затворени. Настани ни в по-хубава стая на същата цена. А ресторантът на място предлага хубава морска храна и прекрасно вино собствено производство. Останахме доволни от престоя си.

Yvonne (10/5): - Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und freundlich, so wie alle die dort arbeiten. Das Samstägliche Fischmenüfand auch statt und wir haben es sehr genossen. Es war großartig. Die Parkplätze sind sehr gut und reichlich Platz. Die Aussicht ist super und die Lage sehr ruhig. Man ist sehr schnell in Triest. Könnem es sehr empfehlen! Mir persönlich hat eine kleine Küchenzeile gefehlt.

The location is quiet and near the sea. The room is comfortable and great to rest after a trip. We will be back for sure. The dining space is wonderfully decorated with objects showing the history of the restaurant. The fridge was a bit noisy at night.

Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne bei herrlicher Ruhe. Wunderbar, um in den Tag zu starten.

Franciscus (10/5): Heerlijk verblijf - Het uitzicht over de olijfboomgaard en het heerlijke diner dat de host serveerde. Fantastisch. De kamer met 2 bedden was simpel maar dat werd goedgemaakt door de host en het uitzicht.
Istvánné (5/5): A szállás szép helyen volt, a személyzet kedves, de a legolcsóbb szobáikat nem ajánlanám senkinek. - Szép helyen van, a személyzet segítőkész, kedves volt. Áporodott, szellőzetlen volt a szoba, és nem lehetett szellőztetni sem, mert az ajtó és az ablak alatt hatalmas szellőző rács volt ahonnan áradt az étterem konyhájának a nehéz szaga. A bútorzat kívánnivalót hagyott maga után, az ágyon nem voltak paplanok csupán egy lepedő és az azon lévő ágytakaró szolgált takarónak. Alig volt konnektor, a mosdó körüli tömítés penészes, a szobasarkok pókhálósak voltak. A reggeli sokszor szegényes volt.

viszogy (9/5): - A szállás elhelyezkedése kiváló,. A Tulajdonos és a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A reggeli finom és bőséges. Könnyen megközelíthető, csodálatos környezet, kiváló parkolási lehetőség. A szobák tiszták. A falak nagyon vékonyak, minden áthallatszik a szomszédos apartmanból. Hiányzott egy kis szekrény, egy ruhafogas. A kanapéágy kényelmetlen.

Biztosan visszatérünk még és barátoknak is ajánlani fogom! 😊 Nagyon jó hangulatú hétvégét töltöttünk el Muggiaban. Trieszt is egyszerűen elérhető busszal!

Julia (10/5): - Fantastisch!!!! Angekommen , gefühlt mitten im nirgendwo, wurden wir herzlichst empfangen. Es wurde uns sofort Café und Wasser angeboten vom Gastgeber Paolo. Alle anderen Mitarbeiter waren ebenso freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gut und groß, einfach gehalten aber mit allem was man braucht. Mit noch zum Teil alten italienischen Nonna Möbeln. Toll. Der Blick nach Muggia und zum Meer ist ein Traum. ( Sonnenuntergang wow ) Das Menü, was wir am Abend serviert bekamen, war wirklich erstklassig. Ein Juwel und Geheim Tipp. Wer in Muggia oder Umgebung nächtigt, sollte dies unbedingt hier tun + das Abend Menü einnehmen! Weiter so 🙌🏽

A nice spot to start your day with a lovely breakfast and finish your day with an amazing fish dinner plus wines. A really super friendly team that will look after you.

Maria (10/5): Exceptional! 👌 - Everything was wonderful, the view is beautiful, the staff are very kind, especially Powlo (the owner) goes above and beyond for his customers, he is very welcoming. Little Charlie (the cat) was so cute. The room was good. Only things that could improve the stay, is to have a kettle, with tea/coffee making facilities, hand soap for shower room sink and more accessible plug sockets around bed, so it is possible to have bedside lamp on as well as be able to charge phone.
John (9/5): A lovely place to stay out of season with quiet and peaceful surroundings. - The proprietor Paolo and Sandra couldn't have been more welcoming and the breakfast provided was ideal. I only stayed for the long weekend but it was the ideal place to stay, quiet with beautiful views.

Melanie (9/5): Great location - We had the room overseeing the olive garden and had a great view. The bed was very cozy and the rest of the room was nice as well. The dinner we had was very good (4 hours, 8 courses, 75€ p.P) and the house wine (of which we received two pitchers for free) was excellent. The breakfast was good (fruit, joghurt, sweets, cheese/meat, bread, juice, coffee and upon request an exceptional omlette). We had our dog with us and we could play with him in the large olive garden and generally keep him off leash unless in the restaurant area. Paolo was always very nice and gave us great recommendations. 20€ per day for the dog is a bit steep, but at least he had a large area where he could roam freely.

Gerdien (8/5): Lovely and quiet place with friendly people and delicious food. - Lovely place uphill above Muggia, with (olive) gardens as a view. The owner was waiting for me after a long journey on my bike - and had an excellent dinner prepared especially for me. Could not find the A/C remote control, but maybe I should have asked for.
Dern (7/5): Peace and quiet - Spacious room, parking at the building. Owner is helpful by showing us where to go. Even though a breakfast is served, it is very mediocre. Few pieces of bread with jam. Chairs for outside were not that comfortable. Slightly dated.
Dominik (8/5): Hiking the Via Alpina started here - Relaxed atmosphere in a rural setting. Dinner was prepared in spite of closed restaurant. Somehow the bill total went a bit overboard but I never asked what a light dinner might cost. Reaching there with 2 busses from Trieste was a bit cumbersome. Most people travel by car.
Milan (10/5): Exceptional - The hospitality, the smiles, the generosity of the hosts: I came as a solo traveler as a big family reunion was organised, so they had plenty of other guests to attend to, and yet they took care of me feeling well and made sure I had everything. The food was great.
Tat (9/5): Superb - Fantastic, pleasant location and a very friendly, welcoming staff. We really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast could offer a better selection for those less into sweets/carbs. The housekeeping should pay more attention to replacing towels /refilling toilet paper, etc.
Rachna (9/5): Great stay, beautiful views, generous room and lovely hosts made our vacation complete. - We loved our stay at Paolo's place. The location was perfect if you are looking for a quiet place with scenic views. The view of the sea and the olive trees makes your day and then Paolo and Alessandra ensure that your stay is as comfortable as ever. We woke up every day to a generous breakfast and also had a great dinner one night. Our room was generous with all the amenities including an air-con, a much needed one during summer. Paolo is a very kind person and he talks to all of his guests and shares his stories. It makes for an interesting stay versus staying in hotels. He even dropped us off at the Trieste Centrale station for our return journey! His place is accessible by a bus to the centre and it felt like living the slow life (and we liked it) where we planned our travels to coincide with the bus timings. I even walked late night from the centre to his place and it was completely safe. I would definitely visit again if we are back in Muggia for any reason. Thank you Paolo and thank you Alessandra.
Corrie (9/5): Very quiet place. I was totally relaxed through my 3 days there. - Fantastic view. Room was very large with decent sized fridge. Air conditioning worked well in the scorching summer heat. That was a big plus ! Hosts were super friendly and obliging. Nothing.

Magdalena (10/5): Amazing stay - Absolutely amazing, exceptional place, not very far from Trieste, close to Muggia, apartment was very nice and cozy, with all the things you need. The bathroom was very new and clean. However the best was wonderful and delicious food serving there. Everything prepared with passion and attention, best ingredients, served in very stylish taverna. Paolo, the host is the great person, with passion in what he is doing and open hearth. I would definitely come back here again :)

Mary (10/5): Beautiful setting and wonderful host - The property was beautiful with a great view from our room window and our terrace The terrace is covered so even when it was raining we could sit outside and enjoy the view. The check in was easy and Paolo gave us a warm welcome and offered us a room upgrade for the same price. He made it very clear that he was there for us if we needed anything. Each morning Alessandra prepared a delicious breakfast. We enjoyed our conversations with both Paolo and Alessandra. The bus was easy to get both to and from the city center. We only used it for the returns from the center. The walk down was very nice if you like to walk. The ferry to Trieste was easy to use. There is an information center in Muggia that was very helpful and supplied us with plenty of information. On our last day Paolo gifted us with a bottle of their olive oil to take home to remember our stay. We will definetly return if we are visiting that area again. Nothing

Anthony (8/5): We felt relaxed at this place and enjoyed the atmosphere and the generosity of the owners. - An out of town location which suited us and a warm greeting from Paolo on arrival. Plenty of free parking on site and the room was a big space. It was warm so we appreciated the aircon in our bedroom. We enjoyed the outdoor space and could eat at our patio table with items purchased at Muggia supermarket, and with the good wine Paolo gifted us. Breakfast was very good. And Paolo also gifted us a second bottle of wine on our departure! There was no kitchen in the space and so no plates, cups, cutlery to use. There was also no tea or coffee making facility in the room.

Shuqin (10/5): The whole stay was extremely satisfying. I strongly recommend it if you are on holiday nearby. - The room was very clean with everything we needed. The host was very friendly. We arrived late but they still hosted us very nicely. Also, they served drinks at night when we arrived and breakfast the next morning for free. When we were chilling in the yard, we got a pretty nice view of sunset.

The owners are running a very nice restaurant in the same place and visitors can dine in a very relaxed atmosphere with excellent view and service. Breakfast is also served in this place. There is plenty of space for parking within the field and everything runs very smoothly. We enjoyed the company of the owners and they also provided very useful information and directions for things to do and places to visit.
