• Kruijfie (8/5): Heerlijk appartement met alle ruimte en zwembad, op loopafstand van het centrum - De grote van het appartement, het is echt heel ruim, zowel binnen als buiten. Ook de prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding vonden wij erg goed, je krijgt erg veel ruimte voor je geld, op een prima locatie met een heerlijk zwembad erbij. Dat er wat dingetjes iets minder zijn, snap ik dan ook wel, was alles perfect in orde, dan denk ik dat je gegaan de prijs ook gelijk goed zou kunnen zien. Voor ons was het niet eens een tegenvaller, omdat we het al gelezen hadden, de wc kan niet op slot, maar dan kun je afspreken, is de schuifdeur dicht, is hij bezet. De achterdeur kon inderdaad niet op slot, maar daarachter zat de poortdeur, die wel op slot was en uitkwam op een afgesloten ruimte bij het zwembad, dus dat vonden we ook geen probleem. En ja niet alles was spiksplinternieuw, maar dan zou je echt meer betalen, als dat wel zo was..
• Gary (7/5): Location good, clean yet very basic. Insufficient crockery and cutlery items for a family of 6. - Location was good, property and pool area were pleasant and clean. There were a few maintenance issues that were rectified within 24 hours, which was reassuring, with the late check out being a bonus for which we were very grateful. The refuse facilities were also very good, with designated bins in a purpose built out-house. Did not receive the key code until in the taxi ride from the airport. This was concerning at the time, but once I WhatsApp my details, a code was received within a few minutes to relieve the initial stressful period! The property itself had a great layout, with clean linen and towels. However, there were 6 of us in our party, and there was insufficient crockery and cutlery for a family of this size. Also there were cleaning items missing such as floor brush etc. The facilities themselves were clean, but very basic, with limited cushions on the outside chairs for example. We had issues closing our back patio doors - a part was ordered but not fitted during our stay, all other maintenance issues were rectified.

• Vitalijs (10/5): Obsidian accommodation, Costa Adeje - I had a fantastic stay at the Obsidian accommodation. The location is simply superb, with convenient parking and easy access to essential amenities. It was just a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and a 15-minute stroll to the beautiful beach. The view from the accommodation was nice and truly added to the overall experience. The kitchen was well-equipped, featuring a big fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in Tenerife! My stay at the Obsidian accommodation was perfect overall. However, there are a few minor issues that need attention. For instance, the door in the upstairs bathroom couldn't be locked. A simple hook or bolt could easily fix this problem. Despite this, the accommodation provided a wonderful experience
• Kristiina (10/5): Nice holiday in Adeje! - Everything was very good! Nice area, comfy beds. Kichen fully equipped. Thank you! The construction next door did not disturb us at all.
• Halla (5/5): Passable - The kitchen was ok and the refrigerator clean. The outdoor area with the swimming pools was calm and clean. Broken window at arrival. Very dirty on the balkony and a broken chair there. Also very dirty in the outdoor dining area and it looks bad so it´s not nice to sit out there. The chairs around the diningtable were falling apart. The pool is not heated. Very loud construction area right in front of the apartment.
• Leanne (4/5): Disappointing Experience with Obsidian - The accommodation, internationally, was good. Comfortable beds. Nice sofa. Nice size TV. Clean. Quite a good location - near a supermarket and around a 20-30 minute walk to the beach. The pool was lovely and very accessible from the back gate, but it was never heated, as stated in the advertisement of the property. There was dining furniture on the patio to eat meals. The kitchen was reasonably stocked for making meals. There is a very large and busy building site right out the front of the property that is working and very noisy from sunrise to sunset; we were not advised of this before our arrival. This gives a disappointing view from the bedroom balcony and wakes you up early every weekday morning. There were also many breakages: the upstairs patio door window was badly cracked, the lock on the bathroom door had been removed, meaning no privacy, the toilet flush was broken, there was no bath mat making the bath very slippery when wet, the back door (and the bedroom patio door) did not lock making security an issue, the bench on the upstairs balcony had a broken leg that someone had tried to glue back on, the kettle was broken (although this was replaced). The third bedroom is in a type of basement, and this did feel very isolated as there is only a very small window in there. There is no furniture on the patio, other than a table and chairs to eat your meals at, meaning you can't relax outside and enjoy the sunshine - which is such a shame. The accommodation had a basic feel - it would benefit from more pictures and artwork on the walls and such like. We did report all the above to both Booking.com and Obsidian; Booking.com were very apologetic and advised that they were not made aware of the building site (or the breakages), and they gave as a small amount of compensation as a gesture of good will. Obsidian, would not accept any liability, offered no compensation for our troubles - even said it was our fault for staying at the property after we noticed the building site; we were a family of 6 people, therefore finding alternative accommodation after our arrival would not have been as simple as they implied.

• Jamie (6/5): Overall not a great stay, Listed through Karat Luxury Rentals, it is anything but luxury right now, could be an amazing - Spacious, good location Waited for keys/access - number/email on booking.com never replied to emails, WhatsApp messages or phone calls, had to search for another number online and wait another 1.5hrs to check in. Maxim helpful and apologetic once we got hold of them.
