• Axel (7/5): Gute Lage, tolle Terrasse mit kleinen Einschränkungen. - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Terrasse auch sehr schön. Wirkt auf den Fotos größer und ist schon recht klein. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist mehr ein Schlafplatz unter dem Dach und ohne Fenster. Für zwei Personen etwas beengt. Küche ist mäßig ausgestattet. Keine Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler.
• Martijn (9/5): Absolute toplocatie in historisch centrum - Heerlijk appartement in de meest fotogenieke steeg van Cefalù. Dat heeft wel als gevolg dat je vaak om fotograferende toeristen en dansende influencers moet slalommen om bij de straatdeur te komen. Je zou je bijna een VIP gaan voelen. Uitzicht vanaf het dakterras is spectaculair, op il duomo, la Rocca en de zee. De ligging boven in het palazzo betekent wel dat je fit genoeg moet zijn om telkens 60 traptredes te betreden. De accommodatie bevat verder een goed uitgeruste keuken, badkamer, slaapkamer op zoldertje en een hoofdslaapkamer. Het appartement ligt midden in het historische centrum van Cefalù, op paar minuten van il duomo en het strand. De matrassen zijn hard, maar dat is vrij gebruikelijk in Italia.

Instructions for property all clear and we were provided with very good restaurant recommendations Stairs to the mezzanine bedroom were steeper than expected but are clearly shown in the website pictures.

• Nicholas (10/5): Cefalù è bellissimo - Property is in a great location and within walking distance of all the main attractions that Cefalù has to offer. The terrace is the perfect place to watch the sun go down and also provides fantastic views of the Rocca and Duomo. The property is spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again.

• Katharine (10/5): Modern and prime location - lovely stay! - Best location in Cefalu! Easy to pop in and out throughout the day. Beautiful, modern apartment with great aircon and wifi. The rooftop was a lovely touch. Nothing! But be aware of the many stairs (common in cefalu) when booking.

• Silke (8/5): - The location of the property was unbeatable. The little terrace was a lovley add-on where we could sit in peace and enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. The cleanliness of the apartment left room for improvement. There was sand on the floor everywhere, and the bed sheets weren't ironed, making it look like used beds and made us feel uncomfortable.

• Charlotte (9/5): Stunning top floor apartment on prettiest street in Cefalu! - Beautifully designed apartment on a very pretty painted pot lined street in Cefalu. Wonderful handy location. Lovely terrace. Thoughtful decor. The “second bedroom” isn’t really a bedroom - more a bed on a mezzanine floor with no window. It was very hot and I felt uncomfortable sleeping there. This apartment is stunning for a couple as the main bedroom is fab. So many stairs up to the property!

• Cassie (9/5): Lovely central apartment on a very pretty little street. - Great location for exploring the town, very close to the beach, all the restaurants and shops and cathedral etc. Great roof terrace with wonderful views. Modern, clean and tidy apartment with a very helpful host. Could have benefited from a bit more kitchen equipment, such as a sharp knife and some more glasses/cups. We were a family of 4 and the second bedroom is up some very tiny open stairs on a mezzanine which is fine if your kids are older but just something to note if you have small children.

WIFI worked very well (even on the roof) and good options on the TV . The kitchen was well equipped and a few essentials were provided and Andrea the host was very helpful. Finally the location is perfect - you enter via the prettiest street in Cefalu right in the centre yet only 3mins from the beach and good restaurants. Nothing really

• Emmalisa (1/5): Beautiful Cefalù terribly uncomfortable flat! - Location Top floor, sixty two steep steps, one bedroom without window and door and reachable only by a wooden steep ladder. We ask for two more pillows for the next day ( when some spare linen was to be delivered to us) and the answer was a simple :No. Totally unsuitable for four people. The description of the flat is totally misleading. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!
• Bea (10/5): A gorgeous apartment in the even more gorgeous Cefalù. - This place was perfect for our stay in Cefalù. The host helped us with parking and then greeted us at the apartment and gave us a quick tour, he also sent some great recommendations for restaurants - one of which was his cousin's which had the most amazing terrace/sea view. The apartment itself was very modern and clean, the rooftop/balcony was a highlight, it was lovely to watch the sunset over Cefalù in the evenings and the location was just perfect.
• Susan (9/5): Perfect location - Clean, beautiful roof terrace. Well equipped throughout. Comfortable beds with great aircon. Central location. Easy walk to the beach. The street is one of the most photographed areas in Cefalù and I can see why. Host was very helpful recommending good restaurants to eat at. Lots and lots of steps leading up to the apartment so make sure you are prepared for a good quad workout 😂 More towels would have been great for a weeks stay as there are no washing facilities but shouldn’t put you off staying at this beautiful apartment.

• Martin (10/5): Wonderful appartement with amazing sea view terrace - Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Probably the best I have booked over the Booking ever. The rooftop terrace where you can watch sunset over the sea, have a breakfast or glass of prosecco is the best. The appartement is brand new, equipped with all you need for your stay. The host was very helpful, check-in was easy. 10 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the beach. The bed could be more comfortable. Lot of steep stairs to get to the appartement.

• Terence (10/5): Absolutely super stay in a very special apartment. We loved Cefalu very much! - The location is just superb! The street itself is lined with ceramic potted plants, very picturesque and most tourists stop to take photos. The apartment is very central, walkable to everything, easy to come back from the beach, shower and pop out again. Very stylish interior with great attention to detail. Andrea was a superb host , he really made you feel welcome. the terrace was incredible , beautiful views across the roof tops towards the sea. Its quite a romantic space! We loved the apartment! There are a few steps up to the front door which could be a challenge for some with heavy luggage but every step is worth it! Honestly, Andrea has such a special apartment that has been well designed. Immaculately clean and modern. We could not fault it!
• Diana (8/5): Quiet place in middle of old town - Location, cleanliness, modern, no traffic noise, nice balcony with views of cathedral and sea. Nothing really. Would have liked more relaxing chairs on the terrace and balcony perhaps, to make it perfect. As mentioned by someone else, there were teeny tiny ants that could carry off a crumb of cheese easily - quite impressive - but just needed to be very diligent in keeping foodstuffs and crumbs away and they didn't bother us. As the main door is off one of the most photographed streets we must have appeared in many people's holiday pics 😁

This stunning apartment is situated right in the heart of the old city with easy walking to distance to the main piazza and beach. The apartment is recently refurbished and has clean modern finishes and the terrace is the PERFECT location for an afternoon spritz with a view over the roofs of the old city. Andrea the host was an amazing communicator and gave us brilliant local recommendations. Honestly one of the best stays I've ever had.

• Tom (9/5): Cefalu gem - Great location in centre of Old Town a stone's throw from the Duomo and the wonderful bathing rocks. Apartment has a beautiful terrace, perfect for sundowners. Clean and well equipped. Would stay again. We had to battle ants, but that's par for the course in a place like this. The loft area is quite hot with no skylight. A washing machine could be a handy benefit. Parking in Cefalù is a challenge.

• Ladylee (10/5): The spectacular view from the terrace is unmatched! - Loved this apartment. The terrace is amazing and the view is spectacular! The host is friendly and kind and met us upon arrival to give us the keys and show us the property. Plenty of room for two people, or a third for sleeping upstairs in the loft area. Kitchen was fully equipped and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Close to everything as it is just off the main tourist road in the Old Historical part of town, located within touching distance of The Rock. Just note, there are lots of steps to get up to the apartment. Communication with host was perfect and punctual.

• Calum (9/5): A great modern apartment set in the old town of Cefalu, with a perfect location only a short stroll from the beach, cafe - Was centrally located with an amazing terrace offering sunset views over the water and old town of Cefalu. The location was perfect, being located in the old town you are able to easily walk to the beach, cafes or restaurants.
