- Nigel (5/5): Looks lovely, but pictures are deceiving - Location was very good, bed was comfortable, internet was good. Cooking gas ran out, took over 3 hours to get it sorted so we couldn't eat the first night. Promised refund for first night and then owner reneged on offer. Broken window in kitchen, lock on front door exceedingly stiff until we fixed it, very little cooking equipment. On booking.com stated they took card but refused when it came to pay, taking all our pesos. Apartment very cold, one heater not up to scratch, bathroom very tiny.
