• SOLAR. G56908049 (9/5): - La estancia en general fue bastante buena y el alojamiento tiene muchos puntos positivos. El apartamento está muy bien equipado: en la cocina no falta nada, y en el baño también tienes todo lo necesario. Además, se incluyen sábanas, toallas, incluso toallas de playa y sombrilla, lo cual es un gran detalle. La ubicación es excelente: está cerca tanto de la playa como de supermercados, y justo en la planta baja hay un supermercado abierto 24 horas, lo que resulta muy práctico. Por último, el propietario merece una mención especial: muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, un anfitrión de nota 10. Hay un aspecto muy importante que afectó nuestra comodidad: las paredes entre los apartamentos son extremadamente finas. Se escucha absolutamente todo, sin exagerar. Podía oír incluso detalles mínimos de los vecinos, como cuando conectaban el teléfono al cargador o cuando abrían el tapón de la pasta de dientes para lavarse, para no hablar de otras cosas... Esta falta de aislamiento acústico hace muy difícil descansar y tener privacidad, especialmente por la noche. Es una pena, porque el alojamiento tiene un gran potencial, pero este problema debería solucionarse para mejorar significativamente la experiencia de los huéspedes.

• Katarzyna (10/5): - Lovely, very well equipped and modern apartment. Very clean. Excellent location with 5 min walk to the beach and 5 nin walk to Mercadona. 24/7 shop just beside apartment. Nice and quiet neighbourhood. Eric is a brilliant and very helpful host. Flexible check-in and check-out. Highly recommended 👌 we definitely stay in vivaldi apartment next time when we visit Teneryf All was well, nothing to complain
• Ignat (10/5): Great location and property! - Great host, great location 5 min from the beach. Super large balcony and enough space inside for a family. Even a gym down the street. A 24h shop downstairs, a large shopping centre is walking distance and it has a kids playground too. Very handy if you want your child to spend some time a bit away from the sun. Literally everything you need. Parking is on a public street and we got our car scratched by someone during the night. Nothing to do with the actual property but something to be mindful of. It's a dead end street and cars are turning around to get out, so it's best to park on the main street just a few meters away.

Comfortable stay and good value for money. - Location was superb (to Mercadona and to beach), apartment has all the needs, what u expect. Convenience stores are max 5-10min walking. Have 24/7 shop also on the street (very expensive). Eric was very friendly and helpful. WE REALLY LOVED THIS PLACE AND WOULD STAY AGAIN THERE! Apartment doesnt have parking space but if u were lucky, u can park front of the house, but when not, then if u drive along the street, then there maybe be spot, where to park ur car. Better location for the washing machine. To add laundry gel into the compartment i had to remove one hinge. The drainage of the terrace is clogged, if it's rainy day, u wont be able to eat at the terrace next 2 days. There were not warm blanket at the bedroom, so my partner were little bit cold when she slept (but she handled it). There were not obvious cooking things (oil, salt, pepper, coffee), laundry gel and dishwashing capsules. We bought them all and left them there. Hope new people are able to use them. Some day and at night neighbours were noisy but u get use to it.
