- Mireille (9/5): Une adresse pratique et un très bon accueil - Le bon emplacement pour un court séjour balnéaire - la disponibilité et l amabilité du personnel. Le bus en bas de l appartement et la plage toute proche. Un peu plus d équipement dans la salle de bain (savon et/ ou gel douche)

- Valentin (3/5): Quite disappointing in Retimno's outskirts. - The property manager was waiting for us at the property as arranged. A/C was up and running. The bus stop to Retimno town is just outside. The fridge was working, but old and dilapidated. Located on a VERY noisy street with a very, very, VERY dense traffic 24/7. No chance to leave the terrace door open - noisy and polluted. No mosquito nets. The place was not clean - animal fur - dog/cat ?!? - was all around the place (be careful, if allergic). The electric appliances were old and dilapidated. The bed mattresses were not comfortable - 4 of 10 No good place to have dinner around - there are a couple of restaurants downstairs, but the quality of food and the service are mediocre. Expensive, too! No place to park around.
- Viktoriia (2/5): It's a nice place once the owner cares to clean it. - The location was good. The host was there to provide the keys. The facilities in the apartment correspond to the description. The apartment was very dirty. There was dust on all surfaces and sticky stains from cups on the bedside tables. The sink had egg shell remains in it, and the toaster was full of old cheese remains. The dishes weren't washed properly, so that there were old food remains stuck to them. There was hair in the bathroom. All in all, it was quite disgusting, and I spent the first two hours of my vacation cleaning the surfaces. It was also quite noisy. It seems like the apartment next door has a local family living in it. They have at least three kids, and there was a lot of running and loud screaming (both kids and adults) up until at least midnight. On one day I wasn't sure if I should leave the apartment and check if all is OK, because there were sounds similar to falling objects around or after midnight.
