• Eliyahu (1/5): - כלום המארחת הודיעה לנו אחרי שהגענו למקום שיש איזה תקלה ושיקרה עלינו הרבה פעמים רק כדי לבטל את ההזמנה כי היה לה אנשים אחרים בדירה. בגללה היינו צריכים ללכת למקום אחר בהרבה יותר כסף.

The host was extremely rude, arrogant, and hands down the worst I have ever encountered. On top of that, she shamelessly overcharged for basic amenities. I was hit with an extra 80 euros just for using the air conditioning, and although the city tax was clearly mentioned as 70 euros at booking, she charged a shocking total of 178 euros! This is completely unacceptable and feels like outright exploitation. • Danny (6/5): Beware extra payments if you want to use the whole apartment - Apartment was clean We booked an apartment with three bedrooms expecting to use two of them. We were told by the owner that to use more than one bedroom would cost another 100 euros, which was outrageous. We would also have to pay another 20 euros to use the air conditioning. None of this was mentioned on the booking. The shower was also cramped and kept on going from hot to cold. The lounge and kitchen was combined and cramped. The TV did not have an aerial and was not a smart TV and so was basically useless.
• Karola (4/5): Zentrale Lage, aber Service und Kommunikation nicht zufriedenstellend. - Die Ferienwohnung war wirklich zentral gelegen. Die Arena und das historische Zentrum waren fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben die Wohnung bewusst mit 3 Schlafzimmern gebucht, denn wir waren 4 Personen. In einer Mail habe ich angekündigt, dass wir auch alle 3 Schlafzimmer (2 mit Doppelbett, 1 mit Einzelbett) benötigen. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass das Zimmer mit dem Einzelbett nicht bezugsfertig war. Auf telefonischer Rückfrage (ich kann ein wenig italienisch) wurde mir von der Vermieterin gesagt, dass dies so nicht gebucht war. Sie hat für 4 Personen nur die beiden Doppelbetten beziehen lassen. Dann wurde gesagt, die Mail konnte nicht vollständig gelesen werden. Wenn also auch das Einzelbettzimmer mit Bettwäsche ausgestattet werden soll, muss ich noch einmal 50 Euro extra bezahlen. Da wir schon vor Ort waren, blieb mir nichts anderes übrig und ich habe das Geld noch überwiesen. Ich erwarte, wenn ich eine Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern buche und auch entsprechend bezahle, dass die Schlafzimmer dann auch alle bezugsfertig sind. Man kann nicht davon ausgehen, dass sich 2 Personen auch immer ein Doppelbett teilen. Auch wenn man sich die Wohnung teilt, teilt man sich nicht automatisch auch das Bett. Der Fernseher funktionierte auch nicht. Er war nur am Stromkabel angeschlossen, ansonsten war kein weiteres Kabel für Antenne o. ä. vorhanden. Ein Radio war auch nicht vorhanden. Der Geschirrspüler war voll mit dreckigen Tassen und Gläsern. Es waren weder Geschirrspültabs oder Spülmittel vorhanden, um das Geschirr abzuwaschen. Ein Geschirrtuch zum Abtrocknen fehlte auch. Die Klimaanlage mussten wir auch mit 20 Euro pro Tag zusätzlich bezahlen (dies stand aber beim Booking im "Kleingedruckten"). Ich habe erwartet, dass für die Gäste zumindest ein "Starterset" mit Spülmittel und Geschirrtuch vorhanden ist.
• Justine (8/5): Fantastic location, lovely apartment, friendly and responsive host, thank you. - Unfortunately it was not made very clear that the lock box was not at the property, but about 500 meters down the road, so it was very stressful as it was the middle of the night. Originally the email said someone would meet me at the property. The shower head needs replacing.

• Bettina (9/5): Great stay, practical, good location, nice apartment but nothing extra. - The location was good. 12min walk into old town. located in a very quiet part of town. Nice size apartment with all needed equipment. Nice size rooms with air conditioning in all except bathroom. Provided all that was needed. Communication in advance how to check-in was held back till a couple of hours of arrival. Collage of images difficult to see. Individual images with step by step guide would be easier but we worked it out. No instructions how to turn on air conditioning which was an additional €20 per day (not stated in description before). Questions about recommendations where to eat for breakfast or before Arena were not answered, so overall responsiveness could have been better. No dish washing liquid and only 1 dish washer tab was a little skimpy. A few other things were broken but nothing that spoilt our stay. Check-in no earlier than 4pm and check out by 10:30am was also a bit tight. Also, instructions where to leave luggage could be better. We found our own very friendly place in the end. Overall, the stay was good, location was good but we did not feel the welcome as we did in other places. Felt like a money making investment with fast turnovers.

• Gabriel (1/5): bad experience - hidden costs after the reservation We must pay electricity for the air conditioning (we arrived in Verona with 35 degrees) 20 Eur …small dog 30 Eur/night non-negotiable..one of the beds did not have a second sheet..they did not give us a oficial receipt upon extra payment ... unfortunately the whole bad experience is above the condition of the apartment and location that is good…will never come back.
