• Shalu (1/5): Worst experience ever - The only good thing about the property was the view. The rest—staff, food, and rooms—was very poor. Hygiene was terrible, with insects everywhere. The roof was also leaking. No hygiene, plus the food is terrible got stomach infection.

• Aarti (10/5): Beautiful and peaceful stay - The property is located in a quiet location. Our apartment, which had three rooms, was very comfortable and was beautiful. The balcony from the attic had a wonderful view of the village and hills, as well as the starry night sky. From one of the rooms, you could look out at the starry nightsky from the bed. There is also a common area with great views and lots of space. The staff were very kind, helpful and friendly, and even dropped us to the nearby junction to get a shared jeep to Kathgodam. There is a very cute dog called Susie who followed us around on our walks in the woods. There is a nice lesser known waterfall in Parbada village nearby that makes for a good short hike and dip.

Nothing ….there was nothing to be liked .

The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, The hotel’s mountain location was absolutely breathtaking — a perfect escape for nature lovers and anyone looking to unwind in a serene setting. The surrounding views were stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Its close proximity to hiking trails and scenic lookouts added great value to the stay. Despite the remote setting, there was convenient access to local restaurants and essentials. An excellent choice for a peaceful getaway. The combination of a well-kept room and a truly spectacular mountain setting makes this hotel highly recommended. I would definitely return for another stay. everything was good except washroom needs to be more clean.

The view from the balcony was stunning, with the Mountains. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, clean linen, and a modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was hassle-free. Specially the restaurant services was great. They serve very delicious food. The location is easily accessible with vehicle. I would highly recommend Himalayan Havenwood to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Mukteshwar.

• Z (10/5): Awesome Himalayan Cottage - What a lovely stay here. We got upgraded to the cottage and it was absolutely awesome. The host is very welcoming along with the staff. They catered to all our needs (we had minimal expectations) and they were all met to extreme professionalism. The views from this place are stunning and I was lucky to be able to see the snow capped Himalayas. Food was awesome. Definitely try the Pahadi Chicken here and the Tehri which is similar to Pulav. I would definitely recommend this place if you're traveling solo, as a couple or a bunch of friends looking to have a good time. This place is located in SunderKhal, Mukteshwar and there are shops close by which is a rarity in this area. I didn't like the parking because it's roadside but I was assured that the staff would keep a watch and that they have cameras everywhere to ensure safety of the car. I had no issues with this but it's good to keep this in mind.

• Ravi (8/5): A good place to stay with friends for leisure, though nothing much is available for the kids - I was travelling with my wife and kids, and I enjoyed the facilities and the view. The host is an amazing persons and very hospitable and accommodating person. If homestays are a thing for you, one can try the property. The property is not bang on the road and one has to travel a uphill to reach the property

• Kushan (9/5): Superb - We booked the standard room through Booking.com for our stay in Mukteshwar for our family of three, including our 7-year-old daughter. This is one of the best homestays in Mukteshwar, with outstanding hospitality, home-like food, clean rooms, and a positive vibe. Property is east-facing, so if you're an early riser, you can watch the sun rise, and they look beautiful overlooking the hills. There's a hall with wide windows, a balcony, and peace all around. A perfect place for long stays and working remotely. Akshay is an excellent host; he makes you feel comfortable and at ease with his genuine and warm behaviour. Pets Tara and Sushi complete the picture by adding their cuteness, as otherwise homestays would be incomplete. I highly recommend you stay at least once.

Having thoughtful structures and best for groups and big families. The service and food is also good.
