• Ai chi (4/5): 一入住就發現提供的沙發床背靠是斷掉的，差點因為這個原因跌下沙發；延伸床鋪的支撐骨架也是斷的所以做下去那部分會塌陷 而且沙發上還有殘留的指甲，吹風機也是壞的 客服竟然說要聊天後才能送來 事後甚至還說無法提供補償，最後是booking出面才獲得 - 樓下有家咖啡廳 位地理位置不錯 設備

Aux alentours de Takadanobaba, y a des boutiques, des supermarchés, des restaurants, des cafés. Franchement, c'est un quartier super sympa pour séjourner à Tokyo. Moins populaire auprès des touristes, mais très vivant. L'entrée de l'immeuble n'est pas très entretenue même si l'immeuble est moderne. Le studio est bien aménagé : kitchenette, bureau, machine à laver, bain, télé avec services de streaming. Petite terrasse donnant sur la rivière. Parfait pour deux personnes. Le lit est néanmoins un peu petit et pas super confortable (surtout dû au manque de coussins épais). Je le recommande, surtout pour le quartier

• mayo (5/5): - セキュリティ 清掃が行き届いてないのか、食器等は汚かったです。もちろん利用者が綺麗にするのはもちろんなのですが、確認して頂きたいです。全部洗い直しました。床にホコリ髪の毛がかなりありました。鍵も説明通り開けたら、暗証番号が違い、電話もしばらく繋がらずやっと繋がったらスペアキー開けてくださいと、、、。テレビの使い方のマニュアルも見当たらないし、リモコンも上手く作動しませんでした。電池がないのか利用者の使い方が悪くて壊れていたのか、、。

Dopo averlo segnalato sono venuti a pulire di nuovo ma nulla è cambiato, esattamente le stesse macchie e capelli dove erano prima della segnalazione. L'appartamento oltre che sporco era completamente sprovvisto di prodotti per pulire anche se menzionati tra i loro servizi. Sono venuti una terza volta con noi presenti e abbiamo capito che il loro standard di pulizie è sotto lo zero. Peccato sembrava promettente ma a Tokyo allo stesso prezzo ci sono appartamenti nettamente migliori. Deludente!

• zvi (10/5): Truly incredible - The apartment was incredible! The size and price compared to Tokyo is something you can’t find. The train station that connects to the green line was about 15 minutes walk, and there is also 5 minute walk to another train station that with the Shinjuku line. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice to walk in. There is also a restaurant street quite close. I couldn’t recommend enough, there is also a kitchen and a washing machine. Very recommended!! A bit far away from the train station(15 min walk)

• Fabian (9/5): Sehr gut und absolut empfehlenswert. - Die Entgegennahme des Schlüssels durch die Schlüsselbox hat problemlos geklappt. Eine spätere Nachfrage wurde schnell beantwortet. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig und da wir das oberste Eckappartement hatten, hatten wir eine tolle Aussicht. Auch die Anbindung war sehr gut. Die Sauberkeit war für japanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, allerdings würde ich sagen, dass Unterkünfte in Europa meist noch ein kleines bisschen sauberer sind. Wahrscheinlich ist das auch der Grund für die diesbezüglich etwas schlechteren Bewertungen. Am Abend kamen beim Öffnen des Fensters einige Motten ins Zimmer.

Pas de quoi étendre le linge pour la machine... Avec un bon coup de ménage, ce serait vraiment bien. La propreté, l'appartement était rempli de cheveux en arrivant. Clairement le ménage n'avait pas été fait et les parties communes ne sont pas du tout entretenues, c'est dommage pour une immeuble récent qui pourtant va vite dépérir. Le manque d'un étendoir alors qu'il y a une machine à laver à disposition. Changer les coussins, de très mauvaises qualités.

Il nostro appartamento non era stato pulito e mancavano le lenzuola. Dopo 5 ore di messaggi con l'unico contatto disponibile, ci hanno risposto con un "ci dispiace"l, ma oggi non riusciamo, provvederemo domani". Io giorno dopo finalmente ci hanno portato le lenzuola e l appartamento è stato pulito Inoltre una coperta (abbiamo letto analogo commento su Google) era sporca di sangue

• Brianna (6/5): Good stay for up to 2 people. Affordable and close to station and convenience stores. - The property was clean and located 5 min from the shimo-ochiai station. It is in a quiet, residential area. There is heating and hot water which was perfect for the cold weather. There was a 7/11 5 minutes down the street. Affordable stay for 3 nights. The bed was uncomfortable— we could feel the mattress springs. The accommodation is super small and not spacious, so the floor mattress only fit in the hallway/kitchen area, which we needed to walk through to get to the toilet and shower. However we were a group of 3, so this place is better suited for only 1-2 guests.

Everything is great except the fact the we had problems opening the key box, since we were provided with a wrong code. • Matyas (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. The bed was comfy, shower hot and spacious. Not much else to say, I’d definitely come back again. Sunshine views were also beautiful. Maybe just the pillows might have been bigger, we used extra hoodies underneath.
• Abisha (7/5): Overall, it was nice and lovely area to stay in and good apartment, just had issues with keys. - Very close to Shinjuku. Close to train stations which can be used to go around Tokyo. Apartment was cute and nice and safe to stay in. Clean and had no issues with our room. It’s a self check in service and I feel like the team wasn’t very organised as we had a late flight and ended up spending our first night outside since they messed up with our keys and we were unable to get inside until morning when customer service were open to chat with.

• Miho (7/5): Safe and clean. Good stay for two people! - Clean, updated, safe, quiet. The place was small but I think it was great if it were 2 people. (We were one adult and two kids) The security was wonderful and felt safe. To the station was close enough and neighborhood was good too. Whole building was pretty new as of summer 2024. Too small for 3ppl. Two of us slept on bed and other kid used futon mattress. It would have been better if they have “futon-mattress couch”. It was just thin futon mattress I had to put on the floor directly every night.
• Ganesh (5/5): Sakuramichi Terrace Shinjuku Ward - 15 minutes walk from Takanadobaba JR station. Compact and small apartment for 2 adults and a small kid. Hand wash was clogging when we checked in, requested support, but didnt get a prompt and favorable resolution.
• Jenny (6/5): Pleasant - The unit was nice and had a lovely tree view However the location for us was terrible as we didn't like having to change train lines to get to it. There just wasn't anything a tourist may find attractive or handy in the location except for lots of restaurants on the main road, an 8 minute walk. It was our last place of stay from the 4 locations we had throughout Japan and we were pretty down about our time here.
• Martin (10/5): Very comfortable and modern accomodation. - It was a very modern place in a nice location. Finding our way in was a bit complicated, and other guests had even more issues with getting in the building.

• Judy (5/5): it’s clean , away from tourists but don’t recommend - It was clean with a balcony and big bathroom The bedding , distance to Yamanote is 12-14 min walk , unlike other places they don’t give basic things like big bottles of shampoo & conditioner , laundry detergent . What they gave was individual shampoo in plastic envelopes and no laundry detergent at all. Other Airbnb make it easy to settle in so was quite disappointed this place just had a few envelopes thrown there and detailed instructions on garbage threatening to charge us if we made a mistake. My other Airbnb said leave it and they will sort . So I wouldn’t stay at this place again . Did not help when I discovered no sofa futon as I thought we booked. Instead a comforter to put on floor with one sheet. Asked for a blanket and sheet to cover with or more bedding as this wasn’t a thick futon on the floor. They refused and blamed us for booking wrong room. It was disappointing to say the least
• Lady (9/5): Superb - There are rows of sakura along the river, but unfortunately we arrived earlier than its blooming time. The place is clean and the neighborhood is quiet. It's a good 10 to 14 minutes walk to Takanobaba Station with a lot of restaurants and store along the way. The only thing missing is, there are no slippers in the airbnb.
• Dave (6/5): The location was in a cool neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. - Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was too small for three people. It could use some space saving furniture that could use the space better.

• Aubrey (7/5): Good - Incredibly quiet, can’t hear street noise or other people. nice hot shower. nice to have a little kitchen. Room was kept warm with the heater. washing machine also a plus. There was quite a bit of hair on the floor and counter from previous guests. Felt like it could have been cleaned better that way. there was a vacuum so I cleaned it up myself.
• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - The apartment had all the amenities we wanted! Bed was comfortable! We liked very much the neighborhood! It is close to train station and has a lot of small restaurants with delicious food on the way to train station!! It is also very close to shopping area and food market!! We had a pleasant stay!! it was clean overall, yet it had some spots that could have been more clean. but we didn’t mind!
