• John (10/5): A beautiful spacious apartment as a base for a relaxing holiday in the stunning Stubai Valley. - We had a wonderful family holiday staying at Haus Alpenprinzessin for 9 nights in early July 2025. There is ample free parking outside. The host, Georg, was very accommodating for a late arrival, met us with the keys and explained everything in detail about the apartment. We had the top floor apartment, with beautiful and different views from each room. A balcony wraps around two sides of the house with furniture to sit and admire the views. The apartment is spacious (3 double bedrooms), generous living space and a very well equipped kitchen, with all conveniences. There isn't a washing machine but Georg offered to wash clothes for us. The entire apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, good wi-fi and very good value for money. There is a delivery service for fresh bread, but we preferred the short (albeit hilly) walk to the local bakery to take in the views. The included Stubai Super Card was brilliant for all sorts of local amenities in the valley, from swimming pools to Cable Cars. Everything was fantastic.

• Natasha (9/5): Beautiful roomy house presented in exceptional condition! - The house was immaculate - every window spotlessly clean with amazing views from every one. Beautiful new timber house with plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out. It was a bit annoying that at the exact moment of checkout (10am) - not one minute later - the owner came downstairs to check we were on our way out. This put a dampener on our stay, as we were just about to roll out bags out the door. The other issue for us was the steep hill to access the property - being with someone who has trouble walking, this was a problem and we had to take a taxi each way into the town, despite it being only about 600 metres away. Luckily the taxi was only 8euros each way.
• Archibald (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful property with modern interior and plenty of space. Closer to the village than it looks as you can walk through the field straight down to the centre. (there is a gate in the corner of the garden which is not obvious at first!). The only downside is that, although a washing machine is listed, there is no washing machine in the property itself - the owner will do a wash for 5 euros.
• Maud (7/5): the appartment is very beautiful, but misses atmosphere. Furniture does not match the price setting. - hospitality feeling was missing
• Daniel (10/5): Comfortable and cozy accommodation with friendly owners and high-standard equipment. - Nice and quiet, clean and with high standard equipment. Very cozy, warm and we felt like at home. Beds big and very comfortable. We were surprised by additional bathroom (one big and one small in one of the rooms). Owners very nice and helpful. Not really something to worry about (I think ): 1. Small area in the apartment itself for trash. If you segregate it properly you have to put some of the trash outside the sink cabinet and quickly you have a mess in the kitchen. This is not a big problem though because probably we should have move it to outside trash area. 2. Also was not a problem for us: House is on the steep area so if you are already tired after whole day probably you want to travel by car like we did.
