• 雅潔 (7/5): 非常不理想的住宿體驗，光拖著行李到不同站拿鑰匙再拖著大行李到住的地方就非常擾人，在國外遇到這樣住宿規定非常不親切，每一道拿鑰匙報到，開大門的密碼，信箱的密碼開法，開房間門密碼，丟垃圾等等實在很困擾如果是拖行李去東京住宿真的很不建議前往，但住 - 整體乾淨度可以 像有獎徵答一樣過關卡拖著行李拿鑰匙還不一樣站拿鑰匙報到，實在讓人很傻眼，如果遇到年紀大的人看是要怎麼辦，如果當初知道是這樣我就不會想訂第二次，很想當下放棄去住的民宿

A lot of reminders from the host about the rules - which was some exaggerating )) Also, to get the instructions how to get in the apartment, we'd have to fill an on-line form - and this also wasn't so easy.

• Barış 2022 (9/5): Super Lage und sehr modern - Super Lage und sehr familienfreundlich. Immer wieder gerne! Direkt um die Ecke Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (bspw. 5 Minuten Fußweg bis 7-Eleven). Maximal 10 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Bahnhof (Yamanote Line). Handtücher zum Duschen könnten etwas größer sein. Kleiner Fleck am Bettlaken. Unsere Tochter (14) hat auf dem Schlafsofa geschlafen und hatte Rückenschmerzen. Vielleicht lässt sich da etwas Besseres finden.

• Polat (6/5): Odalar göründüğünden küçük. - Konumu fena değildi. Hem JR hemde metroya yakın sayılır bir mesafedeydi. Şifre almak için 20 dakikalık bir yolu gitmem gerekti... Bunun Tokyo kanunları gereği olduğunu söylediler ama gittiğimde hiçbirşey yapmadan kodu aldım. Bunun için bu mesafe gitmek can sıkıcıydı. 2 odadan birinde havlu yoktu, istedik neredeyse son akşam geldi.

• Zainal (9/5): Money well spent - It’s 8~10 minutes to Otsuka station (walking distance) and in a quiet neighbourhood. Towels, shampoos etc were provided according to guests’ numbers. Clean but a bit of dust here and there, nothing too bad. The staffs will reply to your inquiries instantly (messages and email).
• Thanthima (5/5): so so - The room is adequately equipped for basic needs, but there is a lot of dust as if it hasn’t been cleaned well — people with allergies should consider this carefully. Guests must take their trash to the dumpster themselves, as the owner has posted a warning that a fine will be charged if they don’t. The walk from the train station is very convenient; along the way there are 2–3 convenience stores and several late‑night restaurants.

Le logement était impeccable et sa situation est idéale car à 10 mn à pied de la ligne JY qui fait le tour de la ville (déservant notamment Shinjuku, Ueno, Shibuya, Akihabara... Idéal pour un couple avec enfant
• Alba (10/5): Cómoda, agradable y tranquila - La ubicación guíe muy buena, está a 10 minutos de la estación y con la línea circular Yamamote se puede ir fácilmente a todas las zonas principales sin hacer transbordos. Esa parte fue la más conveniente. El barrio es tranquilo, y hay un 7-eleven de camino a la estación, por lo tanto fue muy conveniente. Es espacio es perfecto, no necesitamos mucho más, podíamos tener varias maletas sin problema. No estaba dem todo limpio, nada súper remarcable, pero he estado en alojamiento mejores en ese aspecto. Aún con todo, lo volvería a reservar.

• Dario (5/5): - Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier und der Bahnhof ist innerhalb von knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr eng und vom Grundriss her ein langer schmaler Schlauch. Das Bett und insbesondere das Bettsofa ist sehr unbequem. Das Badezimmer ist so klein, dass man es nicht gemeinsam benutzen kann. Es war allgemein nicht sauber. Überall Staub und Haare, Flecken auf den Bettlaken, dreckiges Geschirr, klebrige Flecken am Boden. Es wirkte so, als ob dort schon lange nicht mehr gründlich geputzt wurde.

• Annalena (7/5): Für einen Städtetrip wunderbar Platz bietend - Die Unterkunft war oberflächlich sehr sauber und hatte eine Grundausstattung wie Fön, Mülleimer, Seife, Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel. Die Unterkunft müsste mal wieder gründlich gereinigt werden, auch in den Ecken, die auf den ersten Blick nicht zu sehen sind. Die Unterkunft sollte in Anbetracht der Höhe der Reinigungsgebühr sauberer sein.

• silvia (7/5): Ottima posizione ma casa troppo spoglia - Posizione ottima, vicino sia alla fermata della Yamanote che alla Metro, casa silenziosissima ma circondata da bar e ristoranti davvero locali, non turistici. Materasso e aria condizionata perfetti. Forniture troppo spoglie: detersivi mancanti, nè spugnette nè sapone mani, asciugamani molto piccoli e insufficienti, se si volesse davvero cucinare sarebbe impossibile, si può utilizzare facilmente solo il microonde. La lavatrice/asciugatrice c'è ma non le istruzioni in inglese. La casa è perfetta per due, in quattro, per le dimensioni, bisogna adattarsi. Il check-in un po' troppo macchinoso con doppi codici portone/porta e pure il riconoscimento in casa con QR code. Sarebbe ottimale semplificare e dotare meglio la casa.
• Wallis (9/5): Perfect - Lovely local, location. About 5 minutes from the train station, 3 minutes from 7/11 and other restraints. Great surrounding area, again having many options of restaurants, bars, and rlly anything else you may need. The neighbourhood itself was very clean, and safe. The hotel was comfortable, we crammed 4 people in there, and had no problems. Very clean as well, it has everything you need for a long and short stay. Definitely recommend!

• Isabelle (7/5): Bon emplacement mais propreté à revoir - L’emplacement près de la yamato line pratique pour aller à shibuya et shinjuku. Les serviettes de bain sont de petites tailles et une seule serviette pour 5 nuits ce qui oblige à faire une lessive tous les jours. Manque de propreté dans la salle de bain avec lavabo bouché dès le 1er soir et la douche dès le 3e. L’hôte a réagi très vite pour venir le déboucher mais pas la douche.

• Jai (3/5): I can’t trust this company personally - Good area, cheap, decent facilities. Very close to the station. The reception lady on the phone was nice, helpful, fast and spoke good english. Our room was double booked (they assumedly lied to us saying it was a facility malfunction but before this was conveyed to us we had already seen another pair’s luggage and shoes in there, pointing to a double booking; not even a bad thing just weird) so we had to go to another building (they paid for our taxi which was good). However the new room had hair EVERYWHERE and sauce on the floor in front of the fridge. The drain in the bathroom was clogged with hair i swear they must’ve set up a barber in here this shit was crazy. Anyway it was just really gross, clearly not thought out properly and lots of disorganisation.
• Caroline (2/5): Disappointed - The place was clean and looked quite new. Listing is very misleading, we booked the 2 bedroom that was supposed to be good for 4 people. It was a one bedroom at best. There was no space to even place the futon bed without running the risk of that person getting stepped on through the night! The one "bedroom", the sliding door couldn't even be closed at first because the other bed was cramped into the sliding door area. The bedroom itself also was only able to hold the sofa bed once it was expanded, and some suitcases. This is NOT a good option at all if you're travelling with more than 2 people. Morevoer the listing says 7 minutes from Otsuka station, this is more like 10 minutes, and when you're lugging suitcases expect it to take even longer. They did provide nice amenity packs with shampoo, condition, body wash, etc. but there is no shared commodities like hand soap already in the bathroom, by the sink, etc. which is slightly inconvenient. Moreso, when we arrived the bathroom's toilet paper roll was not even a complete one, yet there were no backup rolls provided. Checking in to this place was also more convoluted than other stays I've booked. The m2m site was annoying to use, and I would have preferred the host provided detailed instructions directly with the passcode to the main door and room door.
• Kazumi (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and quiet. I was bit worry about cleanness because of reviews of other properties they have. But so clean and so comfortable! All dishes were plastic. There’s no normal trash bin, only recycle.
• Rinja (9/5): Really nice quiet place for longer stay - Spacious and very clean apartment. It was really quiet residential area with good shops and services. Proper kitchen for storing your food. Good large tv, air conditioning, easy to use washing machine and clothes drying system. Otsuka station really near. Perfect for a longer stay. I would have liked manuals for some of the equipment, the thermostat in shower was complicated to use. Could not get cold water from kitchen tap, only lukewarm. Also you will have to purchase your own trashbags after the first ones are used. Towels could be better.

• Clara (9/5): Great location and perfect for small groups - Great location with a variety of eateries, shops and near the Otsuka JR station. The apartment is just right for our group ( parents and a teen) and equipped with all necessities including toiletries, hair dryer, hangers and have a well equipped kitchen. Clear instructions for check in and out. Great value :) There is no prior check in or luggage storage for early morning flight arrival. Need to search and make reservation for the storage in advance.
• Kujibiki (10/5): We enjoyed - Good youthful place, everything is provided very well and it is very convenient to use. We checked in and checked out without a person, which made us happy. It was very clean and very comfortable, especially the bathroom with shower and drying function. The kitchen was a pleasant surprise even though we did not use it. The finishes are modern, spotless and the level of cleanliness is high. The additional accessories for the bed and the extra bedding were completely satisfactory. There was a privacy curtain inside the room where we stayed, which was nice. We could not hear the neighbors at all. Key obtaining process was a little bit complicated, like a small quest. But if you read instruction before check in, it would be easy to access.
