- Katarzyna (10/5): - Bardzo wygodny, czysty apartament. Do centrum czy katedry zaledwie 15 minut na piechotę. Tuż za rogiem cukiernia z pysznymi ciastkami i chwilkę dalej sklep spożywczy. Do dyspozycji kuchnia z wszystkimi przyborami, osobna łazienka, sypialnia z wygodnym dużym łóżkiem. Podobało mi się.

This is not a loft as advertised. It is an apartment that opens directly onto the street and it is quite noisy throughout the night.

A unos 12-15 minutos a pie de la Mezquita y la Judería, además de la facilidad para aparcar gratuitamente en la zona de Ciudad Jardín. Buena calidad - precio. Los apartamentos les falta insonorización acústica, se escucha a los vecinos de los apartamentos de al lado.

- Marco (8/5): Buona posizione - Check in semplice e intuitivo. All’ingresso ci accoglie un buon profumo e tutto è molto pulito. La struttura è piccola e illuminata solo dal lato dell’ ingresso. Il bagno è cieco ma molto moderno e funzionale. Tutto è curato nei dettagli, esattamente quello che ci si aspetta quando si arriva da un viaggio lungo e stancante. Prezzo un po alto, ma la posizione è centrale e rende tutto accettabile.

The old town as well as the city centre are within walking distance. There are six units with more in the making. I enjoyed my extended stay. Insufficient insulation makes that you are unwillingly party to your neighbours' conversations, whether fights or love making.

La cama tenía las sábanas arrugadas que daban la impresión a sucio aunque estaban limpias. A la cafetera le faltaba el filtro, pero nos dijeron que nos buscarían otro. Le dijimos que no era necesario. El ambientador del servicio estaba agotado. Ponen que tienen parking pero tienes que reservarlo fuera de booking y entre semana no tenían hueco, aunque el lunes parte de los apartamentos estaban vacíos. Para mi que los alquila a gente de Córdoba. Las reservas en su web son más baratas

La ubicación está muy bien a 15 minutos de la Judería y Patios de San Basilio, Mezquita y Puente Romano. Fácil de aparcar gratuitamente en el Barrio Ciudad Jardin. Buena comunicación con la anfitriona Julieta, la cual nos solvento rápidamente varias cuestiones. Buenas relación calidad precio. No hay nada que decir.

You can even do your laundry (although no detergent provided), and had a fully stacked kitchen and dishwasher, and a smart TV! I did not like having to submit my sensitive documents to verify my identity for my stay, as it was all done online on a website, and contact with the host/manager was done remotely on WhatsApp. It is a first for me to have everything done remotely with no reception office to deal with this.

Close proximity to historic centre, about 15 min walk away Apartment 6 is on the street behind the stated location in close proximity to several bars. The street noise level is high at night and restful sleep was difficult due to this.

- Aisling (10/5): Exceptional - I loved my stay here - I booked when there was a reduced rate so it was exceptionally good value for the price. Julieta was so helpful and quick to respond to messages - when my TV stopped working she quickly moved me to another apartment within a few minutes. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking, and the bed was very comfortable! There was a bit of noise from the street and the fridge, but this wasn’t an issue with earplugs.

- Manisha (9/5): Superb - We liked the location, had good little coffee and lunch spots nearby. A lot more restaurants on main roads either side. Easy walk to centre of town and the attractions. Julietta had great communication via msging and was reachable if required. She was very approachable even with the language barrier. Apt was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

- Eimear (9/5): A comfortable, handy location for a short trip - A great location, very walkable to all of the major sites and only a few minutes walk away from the train station. Lots of local café's and bars around and several handy supermarkets. Our host was great to contact and deal with, really friendly and the handing over of keys was seamless. One of the cleanest apartments I have ever stayed in, the bedlinen and fridge seemed to be brand new. There wasn't a hair to be found-there was also great facilities for cooking and eating at home. Very helpful to have a Google drive with recommendations of things to do and see in the area as well as food recommendations. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quite shaded street which means very little natural light comes in, and there's no access to a roof garden/sun terrace. It isn't an issue if you're planning on being out for the day in the city but if you're looking for somewhere to chill and enjoy the sunshine, it won't be possible here! When we were staying (Oct 2024), there was a building site next door which began work rather early in the morning, often by 8/9am. It might be worth checking in to see if it's still on going if you're booking in shortly.

- Maureen (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent. We could walk to the train station, the Mezquita, the Alcazar, and Jewish Quarter. There were markets and restaurants nearby . The apartment was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. It would have been nice to have directions or manuals for the appliances. It took a little bit of effort to figure out the washer/dryer and the cooktop.
