There is a lot of scope for improvement in terms of maintainence and cleaning. Washrooms always remain wet, due to improper ventilation. The Matress was very uncomfortable causing backpain, and could not get proper sleep

- Shaff (2/5): Very poor - Nothing 😡🤬 Everything was the worst, not even the room was clean, nor the bed sheet nor pillow cover and the door lock was also very bad, and the washroom waaak 🤮🤮 just waste of money. And the maintenance was also not good. There is a lot of dust in the floor and at the tv stand and all other stuff.

- Sayantan (8/5): Overall the property at that price range is very good. The beds are comfy and good. - I liked the fact that the rooms are extremely comfortable at a low price range to sleep in for one or two nights. The rooms could be a bit cleaner. Hygiene attracts customers.

- Sigworth (9/5): Manjunatha Residency is a must for an unforgettable, pocket-friendly stay at Chikmagalur. - The room was of standard size with king-size bed, air conditioner, cable television and Wifi, a large closet with hangers, a small table and chair, and plates and glasses. The hotel's charge was surprisingly low (only 700 rs per night) because they have also provided airconditioner for this low price, and they were very hospitable. Hot water for bathing is availabe from 5 am to 9 am. The hotel is conveniently located at the back of the Chikmagalur bus stand with ample eateries and street food vendors at stone throw away. Medical and fruitful shops are also very nearby. 500 meters from the property, you have a police booth, which is a good sign for a new traveller. The hotel arranged an airconditoned taxi for sight-seeing. The chaffeur was professional and polite, and drove us to a dozen spots for 2000 rupees. We enjoyed homely breakfast at a small eatery just three buildings from the hotel. Just a half a kilometer ride from the hotel would lead you to good shopping outlets, restaurants, bakeries, restaurants, and specialty momo shops. I have no negatives to think of because I think no hotal can give such a comfortable airconditioned stay for such a cheaper price.
