- Aleksander (2/5): Terrible conditions - Location The current state of the property is way different than on photos. It really needs renovation. The toilet and shower are broken, which leads to water with feces in shower
- Cass (8/5): Nice place, like the location, very clean, couch bed surprisingly comfortable. - Very clean, like the space, good check in and out instructions. Very toasty (though honestly that’s probably just Milan in summer and we are not accustomed to humidity) and weird plumbing, which was unfortunate but not a deal breaker.

- Sara (2/5): Very poorly maintained and dirty accommodation - The sheets and towels were clean. Nice neighbourhood. Close to train station. The owner was nice and friendly. The apartment is very poorly maintained - there is black mold in the bathroom, walls are dirty, the couch has some weird stains, greasy kitchen, ... In the bathroom if the water is running in the sink and you flush the toilet, water from the toilet appears in the shower cabin (completely unsanitary needles to say). There is some weird flush system that is scarily loud. There was laundry in washing machine. We are completely disappointed with cleanliness of the apartment and we used paper cups just so we dont have to use anything from the apartment. There is stale smell all the time, no matter how long you leave the windows open. The pictures do not match the feel and cleanliness of the property at all. I don't recommend this property.

- Tyulyunova (9/5): Superb - I rested with my son for 3 days in Milan. We found the apartment based on reviews on Booking. The owner was friendly, allowed us to check in early, had everything for cooking, microwave, refrigerator, dishes. Near the metro 7 min. And most importantly, it is a green line, and it is convenient to travel on it for non-stop excursions throughout the city.5 minutes Lidl Supermarket .I recommend You can hear sounds from the street, but that's not a problem

- Denise (3/5): Poor - Location close to train station , metro, spermarket There is no bed only a very uncomfortable sofa bed with metal frame that dug into your leg and hurt when you got in or out, the boiler is very small bearly enough hot water for 2 people to shower in the morning without waiting for another hour to heat up.

- Diego (8/5): Very good - It is located in a very good neighborhood and near to bus ansmd train station. There is also a very good trattoria near the apto. Communication with the owner was very easy. This is a good choice if you want to spend more time exploring the city or the areas around. The apto is small.. is comfortable for 2 adults
- Joanna (6/5): Pleasant - For Milan, it was fairly cheap. You will like it if you only use it for sleeping. The pics are a bit too flattering given the actual standard of the accomodation.
