• Caldarera (10/5): Un piccolo gioiello - Antonella e Giampiero ti accolgono con calore ed entusiasmo, la stanza è curata nei minimi dettagli,dai tessuti ricercati alle stoviglie , c'è il kit per caffè e tisane super fornito e di qualità. I saponi in dotazione sono una coccola come gli asciugamani che profumano di buono. Pulizia ottima ,vista sulle colline super, immersa in un verde molto curato. La signora Antonella ci ha omaggiato di una torta di mele squisita sfornata solo per noi , siamo stati solo una notte ma è un posto magico per più giorni,l olio che producono è eccezionale provatelo!! Continuate così siete Host da 5 stelle. Un po' stretta la strada negli ultimi 100 metri .

• Mikhail (10/5): Authentic & Beautiful - Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cette maison en Toscane. La décoration est typiquement toscane, avec beaucoup de détails faits à la main qui créent une atmosphère authentique et chaleureuse. La maison est impeccablement propre et la rénovation est de très grande qualité , tout semble presque neuf. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. On profite du calme de la campagne, avec le chant des oiseaux et une belle vue sur la ville et les villages en contrebas, ainsi que sur les cyprès et les jardins voisins. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons même pu profiter des pâtes bio, du café et d’une sélection de thés de très bonne qualité. L’huile d’olive produite sur place est exceptionnelle, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le geste des hôtes qui nous ont offert une petite bouteille à emporter. Les hôtes sont extrêmement gentils, attentionnés et toujours prêts à aider, tout en restant très discrets. Nous nous sommes sentis parfaitement bien accueillis. Un endroit magnifique pour se reposer et profiter de la beauté de la Toscane. Nous sommes repartis enchantés et recommandons cet endroit sans hésitation.

• Alexandra (10/5): A truly peaceful, beautifully designed escape that left me wishing we could've stayed longer. - Absolutely loved my stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. This was a last-minute find on Booking.com, and I’m so glad it came up. Upon arriving, the owners greeted us and showed us to the room. They were incredibly warm and welcoming and offered anything we might need. The space was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and spotless. I felt like I was transported to a little French country cottage in the middle of nowhere. The bathroom and shower were perfect, truly spa-like. The candles throughout the space made it feel cozy and homey, and the beautiful china and tea ware set-up on the table were such a lovely surprise, especially since we’re big tea enthusiasts. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. Everything felt peaceful and tranquil, and the entire space was inspiring, honestly giving me ideas for a future home. Since we arrived after dark, we couldn’t see much of the grounds at first, but in the morning we were welcomed by the beauty outside the large glass windows at the front. We walked around the property and were taken aback by how peaceful and serene it was, olive trees and green space all around us. Despite being within driving distance to many nearby places, it truly felt like a hidden oasis. I will definitely be saving this place and hope to return again, ideally for a longer stay next time! • kalamakicciola (9/5): Sentirsi come a casa - L'accoglienza dei due proprietari è davvero calorosa e ti fanno sentire come a casa. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, arredato con gusto e dispone di tutto ciò che serve. Lo spazio privato esterno è molto carino, peccato non averne usufruito per il troppo freddo. Sono state molto gradite le tisane e i caffè, che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa dopo una giornata passata in giro :) Abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di fare colazione anche se non era prevista: un merito speciale ai dolci fatti in casa superbuonissimi e alla colazione preparata per noi con cura e amore ogni mattina :) la colazione andrebbe inserita visto che è favolosa!

• Daria (10/5): What a lovely getaway! - We absolutely loved staying at Agriturismo Bellandi! We picked the upper unit with the lovely view and could not be happier. The room was spotless clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, and thoughtfully furnished with beautiful vintage furniture. The Bellandi family are wonderful host! We felt like we were visiting our dear relatives. We aslo highly recommend you try their olive oil tasting experience and grab a couple bottles for gifts! This stay was the highlight of our fall trip across europe!

• Dustin (10/5): Don’t pass this one up. It deliverers! - Everything! Best hosts that we have had. Cleanest place we have stayed. Exceptional view. But it is really about the hosts, they are special and make you feel very welcome. Their attention to sustainability, local businesses and appreciating what their land means to them and others they share with. Truly magical. I honestly don’t think I have ever stayed at a more comforting place across a half dozen other countries. That we found this at the end of our trip, an weren’t able to stay longer.

Nos ha gustado tanto que volvemos a quedarnos antes de irnos de la Toscana. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo! Que se nos ha hecho corto... Nos sentimos tan bien que nos habríamos quedado más días.

Apartment looks like a place where someone lives and not something that is being rented out - a lot of attention is given to details and you really feel like you're at home. It was also sparkling clean and the hosts were very welcoming. Property has very nice garden with chair where you can enjoy views of the valley in a peaceful and quiet surroundings. The apartment is spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. There’s a pleasant fragrance everywhere, and the cleanliness is at a high standard. The bed linens and towels are also nicely scented. The bed is large enough and comfortable. The apartment has its own unique charm, thanks to tasteful accessories and well-chosen colors. We loved the porcelain tea set. As a thoughtful touch, we were welcomed with delicious homemade cookies and olive oil. This is how I imagine a romantic getaway. The owners are very kind, attentive to their guests’ needs, and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

They made us feel very welcome and when I asked if we could use the grill in the garden, Giampiero even got us all the equipment we need. We did an oil tasting (thanks to Simone for the translation) and it was lovely to learn about the farm and oil production. The apartment itself was lovely. It would have been nice to have a little more kitchen equipment such as a bread knife and cutting board. The upstairs apartment doesn't have a kitchen but it would be good to be able to make a sandwich etc.. and also maybe a ping-pong table or something else to do on the property. But these are just extras.
• Matheus (10/5): The best thing you can do in Italy, is to go here! - Everything was perfect! What a warm welcome from the family. The room was very clean and literally had everything. They thought of so many details, which was amazing. We spend a week here to work remote, and this was perfect as well. Two very good working spaces and the WiFi is great. The area is wonderful. The apartment had everything, think of; airco in both rooms, coffee machine, very well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dish washer, and I can go on for a long time. Furthermore it was super clean. There are sitting areas all over the area with a perfect view. The family honestly cared about us, which was so touching. We have spend over a month in Italy and our highlight was this stay. Please don’t hesitate and book! The olive oil tasting was the best thing we did in Italy. Thank you so much for this and we will be back next year! Everything was perfect

• Mm (10/5): Exceptional - This property was by far way superior to so many other italian properties. Every little detail was really thought out. It was so comfy - the bed and the linens pillows etc . The shower was big with great pressure and plenty of hot water . Kitchen was great for cooking. The coffee was AMAZING . The owners have really put their heart into the property and i wish many others would do the same!! Our dogs were welcome, parking wifi all great. Only good things. Owner was accommodating and quick to respond And he even offered to post me something i left on accident. Highly recommend- from a well seasoned traveler :)

Has everything on would need for self catering. Great coffee provided by the accommodation for free, 4 pods per day, which is perfect. Great red wine is given for free on arrival. Owners are extremely friendly. The farm is beautiful. You can walk to the top of the farm, approximately 15min walk uphill and you will have amazing romantic views of the city and experience breathtaking sunsets. So very happy that we stayed here for 3 nights. The wifi is really great too. Everything was perfect.

• Samir (10/5): Paradise in Toscana - Toscana is Heaven on Earth, but Agriturismo Bellandi is even better. I didn't believe such places exist. Hosts welcomed us like we are kings, absolutely amazing. Every detail in the apartment is fabulous. I should have stay longer.

Fantastic apartment, fully equipped and designed to every detail gives you a exceptional feeling on your holidays. We have received a very special and warming welcome by Antonella and her family on the day of arrival, we felt like at home and very welcomed. The apartment, bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped including original historic porcelain, you will love it. During our stay we have received a fantastic excursion on olive production and olive 🫒 oil tasting which, and I have to say their olive oil is absolutely fantastic. We love it and we will try to come back.

• Nora (10/5): Beautiful and peaceful apartment and surroundings - We stayed here in November for one week and it was everything we hoped and could wish for. Both the apartment and the surroundings are great. We traveled with our (hunting) dog and I felt comfortable having him off leash around the house as it's quite secluded and not on an ongoing road. The atmosphere of the house is wonderful, new but with lots of character due to the decoration, like wise the garden, with little spots to sit, plants everywhere and just super cozy. The bed is amazing and the hosts lovely, whilst fully respecting our privacy too. Having a well equipped kitchen was a bonus. The house really feels like coming home after having been away for the day (the location is perfect for trips, we went to Lucca, Livorno and Florence) and the airco works as heating as well so very comfortable warm in the evenings. If travelling to this region again, we will definitely return.
