According to Royal Decree 933/2021, all adult guests and children aged 14 or over listed on the booking must show a valid identity document (ID card, passport, foreigner identification number) when checking in.

Any requests for extras must be communicated before 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If the office is closed on the day of arrival, you must notify us the day before.
The rate does not include towels or bed linen. You can bring your own bed linen or hire it at reception. EXTRAS: (payable at reception) - Cots: €7/day. - Extra beds: €7/day. - Sheets: €6 per bed/stay. - Towels: €25 for a set of 5 bath towels. (payment in cash) Only available during office hours. - Air conditioning: €10/day.

- Aurelie (6/5): Appart propre, agréable en front de mer mais très bruyant. - Front de mer , la terrasse et le parking . Nous n’avons pas eu cet appartement à cause d’une fuite ! Nous avons été relogés dans un autre sur le front de mer pompeia 1 au 25 av papa Luna . Le canapé est très inconfortable et l’appart est très bruyant mal insonorisé

- Alicia Compains (7/5): Increíbles vistas al mar - Es una zona tranquila con vistas al mar muy bonitas. La terraza es muy amplia y estuvimos muy agusto. El apartamento está muy bien. Todo correcto. La limpieza bien pero había zonas que se veía que no se tocaban. En la ducha estaba el jabón de pastilla del anterior alojado. Al lado de la lámpara de pie no estaba limpio tampoco. Pero todo lo demás muy bien. Había muchas escaleras para subir hasta el apartamento y con estos calores y el equipaje fue un poco pesado subir cada vez.

- Nelson (7/5): - The sea view and castle view was amazing! The best view in my life. The property didn’t have air-conditioners in the bedrooms, just in the room, but you need to pay for use it. It didn’t have fan, was so hot. Because of that the night was bad.
- Daniela (9/5): - La vista fantastica. Posizione eccezionale, sei in fredda al centro pure a piedi. Appartamento spazioso La scalinata e tosta, specialmente quando hai da portare su cose pesanti. Mancava la lavatrice e lo scarico del acqua del wc e molto debole
