• Agnieszka (7/5): Skromny apartament w okolicach katedry - Lokalizacja blisko historycznego centrum, katedry Niestety nie było wsparcia i opieki od wynajmującej . Brak podstawowych informacji, wskazówek jak dotrzeć do apartamentu, świeżej gąbki, ściereczki, ręcznika kuchennego, nie wspomnę o kieliszkach do wina, talerzykach, czy miseczkach! Trudne opuszczenie apartamentu, zostawiasz klucze na stole i nie masz jak otworzyć bramy żeby wyjść. Brak informacji i wskazówek jak włączyć ciepłą wodę, Brak rekomendacji o atrakcjach lokalnych. Oczywiście możesz wszytko przeczytać w internecie, ale szkoda, że nie czujesz się zaopiekowany jako gość.
• Hans (9/5): Heerlijk verblijf in ene uitstekend appartement. - De lokatie was top, op loopafstand van het centrum. Parkeergelegenheid in de garage onder het appartement. Alles was aanwezig. Uitzicht op de kathedraal.

• Petit (9/5): Un agréable séjour en famille - Très joli appartement avec tous le confort nécessaire, un dépaysement total avec l'ambiance du quartier. Très bien situé à 5 minutes du vieux PALERME et surtout la résidence à une place privée dans son parking souterrain et ça c'est top . Le bruit de la rue

• Maria Pia (10/5): Soggiorno nella splendida Palermo - Bellissima posizione molto vicina alla zona centrale. Appartamento spazioso e confortevole , ben attrezzato. Padroni di casa super disponibili e gentilissimi. Sicuramente consigliato per un soggiorno a Palermo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

• Patricia (9/5): Rare appartement proche du centre avec parking sécurisé - Séjour de 3 jours, 3 personnes au mois d'octobre. Appartement très bien conçu, spacieux et sûr. Grande loggia avec lave linge et 3 fenêtres avec moustiquaires : parfait pour faire sécher le linge. Place de parking sous terrain sécurisée par un portail. Appartement parfaitement situé pour visiter le centre de Palerme, en marchant 10 à 30mn. Bonnes explications de Rebecca Je recommande ce logement. Immeuble peu insonorisé, les voisins et la route sont très bruyants. Cabine de douche un peu petite. Tri poubelle un peu compliqué rajouter des étiquettes pour nous aider à faire le tri
• mercia (10/5): - A anfitriã foi muito gentil, explicou tudo e foi super solícita. O apartamento é bem amplo e espaçoso, acomodando confortavelmente 4 pessoas. Muito limpo e organizado, cozinha bem equipada e tem também uma máquina de lavar roupas. Muito atenciosa em disponibilizar garrafas de agua mineral, capsulas para café expresso e gel de banho/shampoo. A localização era excelente a poucos minutos a pé do centro histórico. A estação de trem/metro mais proxima do apartamento é a Palazzo Reale Orleans. Recomendo demais esta hospedagem. Um dia voltarei.... Nada. Tudo ótimo.
• GRIJSEN (9/5): Perfect voor een uitje met 4 personen. - Alles op loop afstand en de auto parkeren in de kelder, erg belangrijk in Palermo Appartement is op 4 de verdieping met lift Airco's waren ook fijn. . Alles was prima, maar het was natuurlijk niet super stil, dit mag je ook niet verwachten in een drukke stad.

• Steven (9/5): Alertement within walking distance to the centre - Good location, you can see the Cathedral from the balcony and the centre is a 15 minute walk. The apartment has everything you need including a washer. The host is very nice and helpful. The underground parking is great. A bit tricky to get out of, but not more than that as long as you have someone to guide you. There could be a table and chairs on one of the balconies.

• Martin (10/5): Ideale Wohnung, um Palermo zu erforschen - Eine perfekte und sichere Wohnung mit aller notwendigen Ausstattung. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Die Lage mitten im belebten bewohnten Zentrum Palermos bedingt, dass es im Haus und auf der Straße nicht absolut ruhig sein kann. Tolle Balkone mit Stadtblick. Das Schlafzimmer, das verdunkelt werden kann, liegt zur Straßenseite, das zweite Schlafzimmer zu Veranda und Innenhof. Das zweite Schlafzimmer kann nicht richtig verdunkelt werden (nur Vorhänge). Der Parkplatz ist ideal für ein normal großes Auto und mit Lift erreichbar.

• MATHIEU (9/5): Logement familial idéalement situé dans Palerme. - Belle superficie pour une famille. La cuisine, le lave linge et le parking ont été très appréciables durant notre séjour. Logement propre dans une résidence avec ascenseur. A deux rues de la cathédrale.
• David (9/5): Great apartment in a good location - Very clean spacious apartment in a good location. In walking distance of the cathedral and other attractions. Kitchen was well equipped and there was a washing machine, a place to dry washing, an iron and ironing board. Host was welcoming and helpful. Bottles of drinking water and shower gel provided. Car parking space in the basement was very useful. The apartment had everything you would need for a enjoyable stay in Palermo. There was some noise from neighbours above but Monia spoke to the caretaker and it was ok.
• Partridge (10/5): Spacious, spotless flat, close to Palermo and with private parking spot - What a lovely apartment! Two good-sized bedrooms, one shower room, and a living/dining/ kitchen area. Double aspect gives two balconies (off living area & 1st bedroom - you can spot Palermo cathedral through other buildings in the near distance) and enclosed terrace (off kitchen and 2nd bedroom). Working washing machine plus drier to hang it on. Spotlessly clean throughout. As quiet as such a centrally-located apartment can be - we didn’t need ear plugs. Aircon in bedrooms and living area worked a treat. Would be even better with a couple of standard lamps or wall lights in living area for more atmospheric evenings - but now I'm just being fussy! TV big and wonderful. Only 5 minutes walk from Porta Nuova and an arancini bar and Granita shop frequented by locals. Best for us was the underground private parking spot. It’s a wiggle around a few pillars to get in and we did master reversing in. So much better than parking on the street though! We had a Seat Ibiza so no problems with size but would imagine a Range Rover could find it tricky / might not fit? Rebecca and her mum sorted key hand over and hand back in person - such lovely people - would not hesitate to stay here again when next in Palermo All was great

• Penny (2/5): A horrible time - It is quite near the centre of Palermo. The boiler broke and we had no hot water. The host came for two hours and didn't fix it then came back the next day with a plumber. They fitted a new boiler so this wasn't a new problem. We had no hot water or shower for two days. The neighbours upstairs are noisy late at night and early in the morning. The apartment is not joyful. The beds are hard.

• White (9/5): A spacious apartment 10 mins walk to the cathedral with a view of the cathedral. - Hello Location was not far from the centre of Palermo. Under 10 minutes walk to the Cathedral. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen, coffee machine, TV, A/C in both bedrooms and the kitchen/living room. The bathroom has a shower and a good size. Balconies on both sides of the property where the cathedral can be seen. One from the bedroom and one from the living room. Then one long one from the other bedroom and kitchen. The apartment was clean and well kept. Thank you for your hospitality Monia Nothing
• Zuzana (10/5): Very good choice - Nice, spacious and clean apartment, very close to the center. A parking space in the garage is a big advantage.
• Aurimas (10/5): Only the best memories - The apartment we lived in exceeded expectations. Everything was clean, the apartments were tastefully furnished. The cathedral towers can be seen through the window. The hostess was very kind, explained everything and showed what could be relevant and useful I personally recommend it to everyone.

• Paolo (9/5): Good apartment 5 minutes from Porta Nuova - The apartment is nice and spacious, clean and with most amenities available. Having a private parking is invaluable in Palermo. 5 minutes walk from Porta Nuova, where you can start your walk of Palermo’s centre. Nothing major. If I had to be picky I would say the mattress could have been more comfortable.
• Agnes (9/5): Great appartement in center - Nice light spacious appartement. Great to have underground parking. Near city center. Host very friendly. There was a problem with the water but was out of control of host. Host was very attentive and solved it the best she could.

• Marcin (6/5): Decent place to stay if you don't mind terrible customer service - - Good location, 5 minutes from Porta Nuova where you can start nice walk to the fun part of the city - Underground garage, it was pretty narrow, but in overall great thing to have as you don't need to worry about parking outside (which would be very difficult) - 2 bedrooms and 3 AC - It was 4th floor but there was elevator so no issue - We had to wait one hour on check in to get the keys. It wouldn't be a huge problem if not the fact that we arrived late and this hour made a difference (and we have been communicating clearly our arrival time through chat) - Check out felt more like an inspection and we felt like intruders rather than guests, terrible experience. The guy who picked up keys made a fuss about a key ring that's worth probably 0.50 euro because it was 'twisted'. And the reason it was twisted is because you had key to AC and doors welded together. What it meant is that if one person went out in the evening and the other stayed home it was either AC for the one who stayed, or waking him/her up when the other came back as there was no way to open the door without the key. - Even though it says English/Italian in known languages when it comes to check out it was just angry Italian, very uncomfortable - Pillows were very hard, not comfy - I did not find any shop nearby, maybe I missed it, maybe its just nothing there
